What an incredible rip off! Ordered an eclipse shirt, and "eclipse" is misspelled! They are refusing to acknowledge the glaringly OBVIOUS defect! ECLIPS? I mean seriously?!? I am angry and disappointed, but from the sound of it, we're lucky to have gotten a shirt at al! The Better Business Bureau is hearing about this- you should all report them too, and maybe we can get them stopped together!
This is an absolute joke. Been over a month and a half of waiting and I have heard about 6 different excuses from 6 different agents. My item was delayed/shipped/delivered/lost in transit/ in the same day. Absolute worst online service I've ever dealt with. This company should be ashamed of themselves should go bankrupt in my opinion. Special place in he'll for you greedy manipulative scum bags

I bought a poster with the saying from one of my favorite Christian songs. After shipping, I spent $33.00. When I received it, it was rolled up in a tube and when I took it out, it looked like something I could have bought at a poster shop. Very disappointed!
Received my Paypal confirmation, but not one from TeeChip. So I didn't have an order number, thus was unable to use any Teechip help forms. Their phone numbers--one doesn't work, the other doesn't allow you to talk to anyone without an order #. Only way to reach someone was Facebook Messaging.

Ordered a Game of thrones map - I received a pixilated picture - quite clearly printed out on a normal printer on thick paper - what a waste. How can they still be in business.
Ordered an iPhone case from this company via a link on Facebook. They charged a $3.99 shipping fee not seen until the order was placed. I received the cheap case with the logo blurred and printed off centered. They allow NO REFUNDS. This is not known prior to placing your order. They are sending me a reprinted case. I don't want another piece of crap. I want my money back. Never using TeeChip again.
I am one of countless people who believed the promise that my solar eclipse shirts would arrive 5-10 business days. On Aug. 21 an email promise they would arrive August 26! They are meaningless now, and after waiting 29 minutes for a live chat, I got the runaround; the rep even tried to assert that the 5-10 days meant after processing and that they were still on time! This is NOT a reputable business and they should not be allowed to make their fake promises on Facebook.

Ordered a shirt at beginning of May 2017, I am in South Africa, spoke to DHL mid June they advised the order was being processed through customs, could not tell me where In SA and DHL was a call centre in India ( I Think). To cut along story short I complained to Teechip and they did a reprint, it is now the end of August and I have not received either order asked for a refund they said they can not do that only a further reprint, shocking service from a first world country, they will never see me again
Promised delivery of shirt by eclipse and it is now 36 hours post eclipse. No sign of it even though it was ordered weeks ago.
I ordered a shirt from them. Received the shirt. Size was what I ordered and it was the logo. I ordered it in brown and received charcoal grey. At least the design is right! The shirt is poor equality. Some of the seams aren't even sown right. Kind of scared to wash or wear it. I think it may fall apart or come unsown in some places.

Sad that the mother company could not have forwarded my email to the pro department. I ordered an eclipse snoopy gooey tank in grey. I got blk. So this company sucks. I am provident all documentation to my bank to dispute the charges. I hope this helps someone else been trying for a week to figure out correct contact. Oh and when u call the main number and it ask for order number and comes back and says invalid. It's because it's the work f department. Which they never tell you. Nothing in confirmation email or on packing slip that it came fro pro teechip. Lousy. Will continue to get my refund. Will post updates hoping it will help someone else. Don't give up.

One month ago. Still no shirt. Tracking says it will arrive August 22, one day after the eclipse event. Called customer service before the item was shipped to cancel because I knew it would not arrive in time and they refused to cancel my order. Very unhappy
I ordered a Mr Humphrey's shirt back in Sept 2015. They claimed it was sent. I never got it but someone pocketed the money that I sent for it. After numerous tries to get a refund or another shirt, I have given up. They'll tell you they need this number and they need this and this... you supply everything they have asked for and more and still nothing is ever done about it. One of the most unprofessional companies that I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Stay away!
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
