Ordered on 6/3 and still have not received. Contacted the shipping company and they have not even been brought the package yet. TeeChip is telling me they shipped it but in reality all they did was print the shipping label- do movement of the package has happened.

Worst customer service ever. Non existent phone reps. Wrong item recieved, opened claim. They closed and resent another poster. I requested a refund. Poor quality for the price.
After 8 attempts at returning an item I've decided that this site is not trustworthy. When they decide to respond it has nothing to do with my return request, just jibberish that is honestly difficult to understand due to it being completely out of context. It looks as though I'm eating the bad delivery this time, teechip won't get a second chance.
Ordered 2 teeshirts that were not delivered. Customer service is not easy to reach- took a lot of following different links to find a link to the page that allowed me to contact them. Reply was that product is supposed to be delivered and they would have nothing to do with this issue. I contacted UPS as well and received no reply. As an autism parent and advocate this is very disappointing, as I needed the shirts for an event and have no way of locating my order and ended up loosing $80 on this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND

These people are crooks! The only way to help make sure NO ONE ever buys from them again is go to scamadvisor.com. And make sure to write what problems you have, scam advisor is the best with making sure any company that screws you over is put on blast... even with no reviews this company is 44% at risk considered a dangerous scammer site and not trust worthy to use. Please make sure to leave your comments about them so we can atleast get people to understand this company will only scam you out of your money and time.
I just received a wrong t-shirt, I ordered a june-1987-30-years t-shirt and I received a mickey and minnie mouse one, I'm really dissapointed because it was my husband's birthday gift on june 15. I couldn't order anything else because I didn't have enough time. I just wanted my money back and they told that they don't refund money without cause. I got a big cause! What the hell they are talking about? They are really playing with me. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased from then
One star is too much. They refused a legitimate return but instead of saying so up front, they spent three weeks giving me the run around, asking for different kinds of documentation each time. When they ran out of things they could ask for they finally said they wouldn't refund my money.
My artwork is on this site without my permission and being sold by a user in which Teechip refuses to give me any more information on. They also make reporting it a complete nightmare for artists nor do they even seem to care. Do not purchase from Teechip, instead, do a little research and see if you can find the original artist's design. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS! Shame on them!

I ordered 2 tee shirts from this company based on an ad I saw on Instagram. It came weeks late and the items are the poorest quality, way too small, and not the right color. They are NOTHING like the examples that I ordered from. I have requested information on returns twice with no response. Do not waste your money here. I know other places are much more reputable.
Placed an order in March with 10 days delivery - still waiting and its now June - they say it has been delivered but they use a NON TRACKABLE courier service and the package cannot be delivered. Dont believe anyone works there always get the same generic response to my mails but with a different females name. Looking at the other customer responses on TeeChip it looks like I have been scammed and robbed and they are continuing to do this to all their customers
Shipping said 5-10 days. It is 11 days since I ordered and the shirt is "in production." I tried to cancel since this was a gift that is now useless, and they said because it is in production I can not. They even tried to tell me that since they work on orders so quickly this is not an option! RIDICULOUS. Save your money!

The $#*! had holes where it should've been sewed upon arrival in the mail. I've called them no answer, email returns a message saying "unattended email box", the chat doesn't work because it's set up to not accept your order number. SCAMMERS!
Send 3 emails cos did not receive items. Bought 2 sweaters from them and they did not include my unit number which the delivery co. In my country could not send and the items were returned back to them. Emailed them about this and no reply till today. Very disappointing.
