I have been battling Teechip for the last two months over my original artwork that has been stolen from my etsy site and posted as various campaigns on teechip. They will eventually remove the item in question just to allow another one of my designs to be posted. I'm currently on complaint number 6! Each e-mail I have sent I specifically ask for someone to contact me, the only response I receive is a generic e-mail saying they have removed the item. As reviewers have previously mentioned, they are a ghost company as you cannot contact anyone by phone. This company needs to be shut down!
The website highlighted high quality and all printing in America but the physical goods are with poor quality! DO NOT ORDER ANY T-Shirt from this company. Before shipping, I sent several mails to add receiving information but no one replied. The only thing I am lucky is that receiving package safely.
I was given a tracking number that turned out to be invalid. The company that was to ship the item has never seem my items I ordered. Each and every single email from this company is a total run around. Stay away from this company

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I had a similar experience as someone else. First it took a month to get the product when it should have been 2 weeks at most. Second, I ordered a purple phone case, received red. Sent a picture of the one received and a picture of my confirmation clearly stating purple and they refused to send me the correct product or refund my money. What a crock, don't waste your time or money ordering from them.
Sorry TeeChip, you won't get away with being fraud for too long. I ordered a 30 dollar shirt in the mail and it ripped as soon as I put it on. The T shirt wasn't undersized either, it's just the quality of the material was so cheap. They use the brand Fruit of The Loom, which are notorious for being cheap $8 dollar shirts. You're essentially paying 20 dollars for a print that was poorly made too, its obvious it will scratch off in the wash.
Ordered 2 t-shirts, one logo is very low. Have sent 3 emails, only response "send picture". Will not allow me to return. I am going to file complaint with Facebook and PayPal.

I ordered a t-shirt for $30 (!) and received a completely different shirt, rolled up and wrinkled in a small plastic baggie. After contacting them, I returned it to them with the mailing label they sent me. Weeks later I check in with them, since they still hadn't sent the shirt I ordered. They now ask me to take a photo of the 'damage' (?) before they can make any return or refund. I explained in 5 separate emails that they have the shirt in hands, that there's nothing wrong with it and that I obviously cannot take a photo of a shirt that they themselves are holding. After another email I started to realize that they were just sending me standard ready-made email messages and were just not willing to refund the money. I had to go through PayPal (who handled it very well and refunded the money on their behalf). Yeah. TeeChip is a total scam. Shocking to see how brazenly they went about their nasty business.:-(
TeeChip advertised on Facebook, so I went to their website linked from Facebook, it showed options of many different colors. So when I placed my order, I chose purple phone case. I received multiple email notifications of my order showing "purple" S7 phone case on my invoice. When I finally received my product in the mail a month later, I received a red phone case instead of purple. So I notified the company via email, I received a couple of emails stating that they are reviewing my concerns, then I finally received this:

I placed an order for 2 shirts and then decided to read the reviews for this company and after doing so I decided to try to cancel my order which they have made it impossible to do!!! I had to call my bank and get the fraud department involved!!! Hopefully they can get it resolved. I sure do wish I had read the reviews before placing an order with this awful sneaky fraud of a company!!!! Please do not waste your time trying to order anything from this terrible company!!!
I have been battling them on an order in placed having missing item's, they only sent the coffee mug and the t-shirt and tote bag are missing and they had the nerve to charge my credit card the full amount! And when I tried to call the customer service number my caller ID says it was from South Western Medical University! Buyer Beware!
Do not order from this company. Their customer service is horrible. I placed a order of 3 t-shirts and 2 coffee mugs. I received the coffee mugs but not the t-shirts. Since the carrier says that they delivered the order, they will not do anything. They are not willing to replace the order or give me a refund. I am a very unsatisfied customer and will tell everyone I know not to order from this company.

Contrary to most people, I received my order fairly quickly. But the quality of the printing is terrible, not very clean. The colors are all faded. The picture on their website was much brighter and clean. It's a pity to pay so much for such a poor quality tshirt. I won't order again.
I Didn't know about all the bad reviews until I received my order. I ordered a math mug. The math equation on it is wrong! Not being overly picky, the whole idea of the mug, as a high school math teacher, was to make math class interesting by showing interesting patterns and math on a mug. All they had to do was type in a simple equation correctly and they can't even do that!
Absolutely horrible! Ordered a poster and the resolution is so bad that it's worthless. Wanted a nice Back to the Future poster and I got crap. The resolution is fine if you're planning on putting it 10 feet away and no one will want to look at it up close. But in this case up close is no good. Tried to get a refund and send it back but they said it was in their standards. Be careful when ordering from this company!
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
