Stealing Artwork

This company is stealing artwork from original artists and removing watermarks and copyright information and selling items as custom artwork without paying artists, giving credit, or having their permission to use their work. Not to mention the hundreds of complaints about them making multiple unauthorized charges on buyers' credit cards. It's a ghost company, so no contact information given on their site leads to actual interaction with a company representative. Stay far, far, far away.

HEED THE WARNINGS OF THE OTHER REVIEWS! I too ordered a t-shirt and received the wrong size. After over a month of going back and forth and sending pictures at their request to prove I received the wrong size... they basically told me... too bad! They would not help to correct their mistake! I will NEVER buy from this company again! I wish I would have seen these reviews first before I made the mistake and lost money with this company!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Website is a crapshoot at best and if you have a problem with your order, just FORGET getting anyone to help you. The phones have been down for WEEKS, and it tells you to email them in which you will get a response that your their email is down to "SERVE YOU BETTER". If you try chat, you will get a completely INCOMPETENT and RUDE customer service rep who will take 10 minutes to reply to each comment and give you FALSE INFORMATION. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!

I previously wrote a bad review regarding my order of 3 Dr. Seus mugs. I had read some bad reviews and thought I was scammed! I also thought I was scammed because when I tried to track my order, it was not found. However, I did receive my mugs and am very happy with them. Don't buy this stuff from this company.
The company TeeChip does this in a way that information is lisleading. Anyone can open a "campaign" you post a picture and they print it out for you and ship it directly to your buyer.
I made the mistake of buying one and this is false advertisement.
I bought the biggest poster for $44 after taxes and shipping. My order was duplicated with misleading information.
They asked me to take advantage of this one time only 30%discount click yes in less than 1min.
Turns out, it is a second order.
Who wants two posters of the same for $85?
Oh, FYI they are NOT FRAMED! Just the poster., just in case you thought it was.

Noticed on my bank statement several charges that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE! Thank God the bank denied several of the charges that seemed to be duplicates. However, they managed to get $118 approved. The bank is currently investigating these transactions as I do not know who TeeChip.com is or what they are selling. I believe they got a hold of my credit card info from a site I ordered a cell phone case from. But check this out! This all happened around 4/27, but just the other day I received a white package with (4) t-shirts, all different sizes and prints (men's shirts). I checked for the sender and all that was listed was "Fulfillment Facility". Had my name (typed twice) and address. NO RECEIPT OR INVOICE inside the package. NO RETURN INFO. Address located in Ca. Now I google this company and this pops up! But WHY ON EARTH DID I RECEIVE SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER? WHERE DID THEY GET MY INFO FROM? AND WHAT THE $$$$ WAS THE $118 FOR? These shirts look very unprofessional and one of them had misspelling. I will copy the complaints from this site and keep to give to my bank. HOPE THEY CATCH THESE CRIMINALS, QUICK!

I meant to order a hoodie for my wife, but instead I mistakeably ordered a t shirt. I wanted to return t shirt and get credit for the hoodie I should have ordered. NO CAN DO! Postage Rip Off

I ordered two shirts from teechip paying postage separately for each. They were then sent together in one package which was ok but when they arrived I was charged extra by the post office as not enough postage was paid. They then chose not to respond when I tried to get in touch with their customer service department.

This company does not deserve any stars. I ordered a phone cover on April 11. It is May 3 and nothing. When you email them you get a computer generated response saying being processed yada yada yada. When you call them their customer service is not available at this time. Every time. Thank goodness I paid thru PayPal funds. No card involved. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I've seen them use other names on FB. Always starts with tee something.

HORRIBLE! Ordered two t-shirts on April 21st. It's now May 3rd. My order is still being "processed". Their website states the order will arrive within 7-14 days for domestic (which I am) and I'll bet the farm that these t-shirts don't arrive tomorrow. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

They also offer a service for online businesses to handle their printing of t-shirts and other merchandise, including fulfillment. If you don't want pissed off customers because they never got their stuff, don't use TeeChip.com

Ordered the giraffe t-shirt that arrived with a hole in it. Every site they direct you to for a complaint returns a message that it is an unmonitored site and directs you right back to the beginning. What a joke after numerous tries! Non existent customer service! Wash, rinse, repeat... wash, rinse, repeat! What a joke but lesson learned to never buy from here again!
