I ordered a "Never underestimate the power of an old man who graduated from Virginia Tech" shirt. I received an Australian themed sweatshirt. I called their support phone number which directs you to put in the order number and they send a link. I live chatted (from their website) with someone who also said she would submit claim. I got an email asking me to send a picture and explanation. I did and then they said that it was sent to wrong department (REALLY; sent it to link I was sent and anyway, THEY couldn't just forward it?) Sent the picture again and I have heard nothing back. Now the live chat is removed from their website so can't even do that. They aren't responding to emails, their phone line directs to send email, and no live chat--how convenient for them! I had asked the live chat person why you couldn't talk with someone on the phone and she said that they were upgrading it; I seriously doubt it. This is EXTREMELY poor customer service and I am very upset as this was to be a gift!
I ordered a t-shirt on 1/22/17, size 2X, blue & pink, words printed on the front. Was told it would ship when promotion ended, on 1/25. I received the shirt sometime in the beginning of Feb. It was a size 3X, in black & pink & the words were printed on the back! Looked weird. But I did like this size better & the colors too. Was told to file a claim, which I did. I was surprised to get a prompt response. Explained everything & they would mail me a free t-shirt. Received the shirt, a size 2X in navy/pink with the words printed on the back again! Neck opening small too. I emailed again & no response. Never will I order from them again!
I received a poster and it's very poorly done. It looks like worse than if you took a picture of something and blew it up at Walgreens.
I wish I would have checked the reviews before I made my purchase, that was bad on my part. I bought a tank top and the material is very sheer... and the picture on the front looks like it was ironed on. One wash and this thing is garbage! It is the cheapest thing I have ever seen! And of course I cannot return OR exchange it. Lesson learned, I will never buy from them again and I will be sure to spread the word!
Ordered on 4/2 with the promise of 5 to 7 days to ship. Nothing as of 4/28 and I started investigating. They are NUMEROUS complaints on FB for the same issue. I started a dispute with PayPal and won't shop there again.
TeeChip is the unsavory hub of criminal enterprise, and they are more than willing participants. They willingly allow stolen artwork to be sold by criminals, while making it exceedingly difficult for artists to get their work removed from TeeChip's website. TeeChip will eventually take down the work if given proper notice (sometimes taking a week or more to do so), but another link will likely take its place or already be on standby for the criminal to use. The artist then has to submit another takedown notice, as TeeChip will allow the criminal user to upload as much as they want, as it means TeeChip continues to make money. Besides all this, TeeChip creates an inferior product with only shadows of customer service that can never actually be reached. Avoid by all means necessary.
The order never arrived. And they told me they will not give me my money back. After sending a few mails, they are now ignoring me... I send then mant times a mail, but never get answers back. Bye 30 euro's. All gone!
I received a 36x24in poster which was obviosly taken from a photo with an inferior resolution. Instead of a true reprint it was blown up to size and the result was a blurry mess. I contacted customer service and was asked to submit proof by sending in a pic. Request for a reprint (i didn't even ask for refund just to have it reprinted) DENIED for lack of proof. SCAM SITE...

Today 04/27/17 I found in my bank statement 2 charges of $222.45from this company for ORDERS I NEVER DID!... I tried to contact them per phone and they never answered the phone, only said that you need to send an e-mail. I made my claim via e-mail. Guess what? I received SEVERAL answers from DIFFERENT agents, same answer: "I am sorry to hear that you have experienced problems with your order. I have forwarded this issue over to the appropriate team and someone should be contacting you shortly to assist you.

It's a huge scam! You will never receive your order. And if you do it will be wrong, broken, or damaged. All the positive comments is made by employees and friends. If you don't believe me check on FB.
I ordered 2 mugs and one came broken. I was told to send a photo which I tried but their email system won't allow me to attach a photo. And then I submitted and it told me I contacted an unsupported email address. Terrible customer service. I'll be going to my bank for stop payment.

They never sent a Purchase Order number, needed for tracking, emails go to unmonitored mailboxes. When you put a stop payment on your order or a PayPal dispute, then they contact you, offer you a 50% discount if you remove the "hit." Once you do, then they insist your order was previously shipped and sent a broken link to a DHL tracking page.

To sum up my experience: TERRIBLE! Ordered a shirt on 4/3, says it was delivered 4/18. No item was delivered. Been trying to reach customer service but cant get through. The emails don't go through, the live chat does not work, and the phone # goes to a recording even though it is during valid business hours. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company.
They're not only a bad tshirt company... they are thieves. Our credit card was hacked by them. BEWARE OF TEECHIP!
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
