Bad idea

What a joke ordered a sweater from this joke of a company says its received nope nothing can't call cause i don't have a 8 digit order number more like 10 can't speak to a human can't email these **cks DON'T make the same mistake i did and didn't check the reviews first

Wrong color cup

I guess I was lucky

I ordered t-shirt and a mug from them. It came in two separate deliveries but it came. I've read so many bad reviews that I didn't expect to get it at all. Quality is good and t-shirt fits well. I waited for it for around 3 weeks but I ordered from Europe. Im happy i got my order but if i had read comments about them earlier, I would have never order. Stressful expierience.

Waiting 11 days, got email saying it was delivered. Emailed them that I did not get order, they email me back that it has not yet been shipped, yet I watched the tracking process, but it never arrived. 2 nd and last time with this terrible company.

Placed an order on 3/28/17 for seven shirts as Easter gifts. After the promised delivery date passed, tried to contact them by phone & email over 4 days.
All 8 phone calls went to a recording saying no one was available. All 4 emails produced no response. It is now 4/23/17 & still nothing whatsoever. This appears to be nothing more than a ripoff - stay away.

Fraud business

I'm in St. Louis too! Company charged me for junk (and I do mean JUNK) and I did not order it.
Do not get anything from here it is not worth it and they just hack your info.

Ordered a shirt, paid on 3/11/17 according to the receipt "When will my order be shipped? We pride ourselves on our speed. Your order should ship within 3 Days.
After your order ships, it usually takes between 3 - 5 business days to arrive."
On 4 weeks later I tried contacting them. Impossible to do. My card was also hacked around the same time, coincidence? Notified bank, cancelled card, got bank refund while they do fraud investigation. Got e-mail today 4/21/17 that my shirt had shipped. SERIOUSLY? Will see if it arrives.
Sent them an e-mail with above info, since they seem to have e-mail again.
Bottom line DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
My advice, NEVER ORDER FROM THESE FOLKS.

BAD COMPANY

Ordered a poster from TEECHIP. It arrived with numerous creases. After examining the poster I found it was printed on paper so thin it was one step up from tissue paper and it looked like it came off a cheap $20 dot matrix printer. Sent a problem report to the company. After many days with no reply I sent a paypal Problem report. Teechip then sent me a email stating they could send me a reprint but no reimbursement of my payment and only if I settled the paypal report. I decline, paypal found in my favor and reimbursed me the funds. DON'T do business with TEECHIP Their a terrible company!

Terrible customer service and no way to talk to anyone. Delivery info on the website changed after what the original estimate was so I tried to contact them but the links don't work. After a few days I tried to cxl but they said it was too late even though it hadn't shipped. VERY UNHAPPY.

FRAUD!

Someone tried to charge my account from this website. I have never been to the site. Thank god my bank caught it and canceled my card. I see that this has happened to a few people today. I am wondering what we all have in common and where they got our card numbers. I am in st. Louis how about you guys.

They use the old bait & switch tactics!... their ads show you a picture of an attractive, good quality t-shirt that you like & don't mind paying that high price for... then they send you a flimsy, poor Quality t-shirt, that doesn't even come close to the design, lettering, or colors, shown in the advertisement.! Then it takes weeks to respond after many attempts to get some kind of an answer, to send this back for a refund!... only to find out they don't give REFUNDS,!

I ordered a T shirt on April 12 with the understanding it would be shipped within 3 days. In checking on the order status the latest status is April 18--still processing order. Today is April 21. Tried using their chat and the box has been open for over an hour with no response. I will be cancelling this order through a dispute with my credit card company.

Horrible company

I ordered 1 shirt and they charged my master card for 50 shirts. Please beware of this company. They are very bad. You cannot talk to anybody live on phone, you can't send emails. All emails come back undeliverable. They never respond to your phone messages. Scammers and dishonest company. Do not purchase from this company... teechip. Working with attorney now to get resolved. They didn't realize who they were scamming when they messed with this girl. Justice will be mine

My account was charged 211 and I have no idea what website this even is. I didn't order anything. Seems like many others had this issue. Horrible security I would not order from these people as they obviously don't have good secure measures if we have all have fruad on our account.

Terrible customer experience: more than 24h just to get order confirmation. Estimated delivery date before paying makes you believe the product will get in X days, right after placing the order, it is already X times 2 days!
Email customer support links sends you to an "unmonitored support inbox".
Rarely seen an accumulation of red flags on a single ecommerce platform!

I found one transaction today on my bank statement for $231.62, and I had never heard of them or visited their site until these transactions were posted. I cancelled my card and reported fraud--- yet must wait 10 days to get my money back. I don't know how someone got my card details or where from! I'm pretty upset.
