WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
April 20, 2017

Do not purchase anything from this company. Awful products. No customer service. Refusal to address problems, offer refunds or to help you speak on the phone with a person. They simply cycle you from one customer service rep to another without actually helping AT ALL. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered a sweatshirt and was told I would get it in three days. 12 days later it was still being processed. Tried to e-mail them but they claimed the e-mail I was using was not the one they had so no dice there. Tried their chat button, and guess what, no dice there either. Checked a few days later and bingo, they say it was shipped and gave me a DHL tracking number, but when I went to check I got a sorry, we cannot track this. Called DHL and was told tracking number was not valid. Ok, I get it. Got on phone with American Express and told them company is a fraud and not going to pay for the charge. They are investigating and will get credit eventually. Do Not Do Business With Them...

I did order a poster a while ago. Unfortunately, it must have gone lost in the mail as I only got an empty poster roll delivered. I contacted TeeChip and told them about the problem and showed them photos of the empty poster roll. They reacted very quickly, reprinted my poster and sent it out. It arrived incredibly quickly without any problem. The quality is very nice as well. After reading comments here, I really didn't expect such a positive outcome. They were very good to deal with.

Wanna wait forever?

If you want an experience like no other, where customer service ignores you for a week at a time, your order constantly says pending for weeks, and the response you get is it will ship soon, then this is the junk company to order tshirts from. A month plus now, and haven't received our 1 tshirt, or a refund like requested. Have fun.

Ordered a beautiful Selena poster and matching
T shirt. The shirt came 2 1/2 sizes to small I gave it to my daughter called them off and on and emailed on all day I finally gave up it'll be a cold day in hell before I give them a penny!

My order was placed on March 28, it is now April 18th. When I tracked it, it's still in the processing stage, which means nothing. I emailed and tried to cancel order but someone emailed back and said it was too late. This is a horrible company, using manipulative and lying tactics to sell goods for a 'good cause.' For shame!
One way or another, I'm getting my money back.

Order never came.

I got a coffee cup for my daughter from TeeChip. It came very fast, but a 2XL T-shirt never came. A note on the coffee cup order said some orders do not come together. Obviously sometimes they never come. I am still waiting for my shirt. And/or a call.

Worse online business I have ever dealt with. Slow turn around time and when I received the item, it wasn't as advertised. They offeredand reprint but it was still not correct. The only thing this business did right was to refund my purchase price

Still haven't received my phone case, I wrote one email to them, never received a response. When trying to write another one, I finally got a response, with information I already knew. Seriously, I either want my phone case in quality order, or my money back!

Hands down the absolute worst online buying experience of all time.
First off, once you hit that submit button forget about changing or canceling your order--you will never speak to anyone or anything.
When and if you finally receive your order, you'll be in shock about at the poor quality of the fabric and the graphics, and the fit (my extra large fits my skinny 11-year-old niece. Let me put this way, if there was a. Cheaper fabric and method for applying the graphics, they would use it.
In the end, you'll be left with the certainty that you have been scammed.

I wear a small and ordered a medium. Still too tight. The writing is so far off to the side that you can't read it without pulling it over. Junk. Won't order from them again. Will be sending a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered an overwatch shirt from them which arrived in bad quality - half the design wasn't intact, and what remained was also peeling in places. After submitting a complaint and sending a photo of the shirt they quickly offered a free reprint - which arrived in just as bad condition, with faded colors to boot. I sent another complaint demanding a refund, and within a few days my bank account was refunded.

Paid for the shirt in January.
It's April 12 and still no t-shirt.
After 10-15 emails still no solution.
I have repeatedly asked Customer Service to call as their *******250 number says "phone support is unavailable".
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Accidentally order 2 T-shirts instead of 1 due to an error with ordering through PayPal.
I had to, according to TeeChip withdraw my complaint with PayPal in order to receive my refund. 3 months later I'm still fighting for my refund.
