I recently bought a T-shirt from them. Second time ordering something. It took longer than usual to receive it. When I contacted them I received a series of form letters from them. It was almost like talking to a machine. The order did finally arrive and the quality is OK.
I ordered a shirt from this company and when it arrived I tried it on to discover it was WAY TOO SMALL. Like not just a little bit small, but very small, even though I ordered the same size I wear in most every other t-shirt. I tried to contact them--no answer on the phone numerous times, emails that went unanswered at first. Finally I got through and they said send a photo of the defective shirt. I wrote and said it is not defective, just really small. They basically said, too bad you are out of luck. They said I should have looked at the sizing chart and there was nothing they could do for me.
This is pathetic. I will not be buying from this company again! Save your money and go elsewhere.
I bought a poster from TeeChip, and it's beautiful. Price, shipping, and the quality of the poster and artwork were all top-notch. No complaints from me but I seem to be in the minority here.
I ordered a medium shirt (adult) and it was smaller than small. I contacted them to exchange. All I got was the run-around for a week. Many emails back and forth - they asked for a photo of the "damage" - you could tell it was not a real person writing - robo-answers. I kept saying it was the wrong size. Finally I just told them "I know you are hoping I'll give up and guess what - I give up. You want to steal my money so keep it." BIG TOTAL RIP-OFF!
I ordered a cat mug. The quality of the product(paint) is terrible. They send automated responses and stalls. Like another customer said, they are a scam company and no customer service. HORRIBLE! They go in circles like asking for a picture which I have sent twice.
I placed an order on the 28th of March and it's still processing. It said on their site that it usually takes 3 days for them to ship it. It's been 8 business days and the order is STILL being processed. I've tried emailing and calling. Even messaged them on Facebook and it's been a couple of days and they haven't responded. I've never experienced bad costumer service until now. My mom and I wanted to give the shirt we bought as a gift for my sisters birthday and because of them, she hasn't received it and probably won't be able to get it. $30 wasted. Never will buy from this site again. Do your research before purchasing!

I was willing to return it. We are the customers! I was NOT satisfied with the product. I finally filed a dispute though PayPall and you even ignored them! They reimbursed my payment. Estimate two week delivery took 3 months. Emailed the company to enquire at least 10 times and contacted postal services who contacted them on my behalf also. Each time my email was ignored. No refund has been offered or resolution. THE most abysmal service I have ever received.
I ordered a tee shirt from TeeChip, I never got an emailed order number. You cannot get any info without an order number. I tried calling customer service and it says it's unavailable. Of course, the money for the shirt did come out of my checking account. Lesson learned, do NOT buy from TeeChip. It's a huge ripoff.

If they made a mistake I needed to file a claim. The url they gave does not work. When you call them they have it set up so you never reach a live person. This company is not customer friendly at all.

Complete rip off do not buy from tee chip. You will just get a pile of crap to fill up your dustbin. I've been lucky enough to have my money refunded by PayPal. More people thay report them the better! Good luck people x
I got my XL tank top to small been emailing on how to get a bigger size exchange it or whatever I need to do and no answers guess 30 bucks down the drain I'm so mad I will never order from this company again.
My boyfriend tried to order a shirt for my birthday two weeks ago (my birthday is in just a few days). He tried looking up the tracking information for the shirt since it hasn't arrived yet, and the order is still in PROCESS; meaning hasn't even shipped yet and it has already been 10 business days since he placed the order. Sent an email to try and cancel the order altogether before it even ships, and see if he can possibly get a refund (shirt was $30/ $25 for shirt + $4 for shipping). Looked up the most recent reviews and came to find almost every single person has had a similar experience...Please, save your money and find a different company to purchase from. Not worth it at all.
If you have a problem with your order, the only way to contact them is through email. Their website lists a customer service number, but trust me, if you call you will ALWAYS get a message saying that phone support is not available at this time. The recording asks you to email or to go to teechip.com\chat, but there is not a chat option on this page. Communicating through email is often not satisfactory when there is a problem with your order (such as NOT RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE!) I would advise anyone to stay away from this merchant.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
