I'm from Chile. I ordered a Metallica Tshirt through a Metallica ads on Facebook. I bought it for US$31 and they sent it through DHL. According DHL the tshirt arrived to Chile on march 14th, but since that day I didn't have news about the tshirt.
I've tried to contact TeeChip but is impossible. And I saw on Facebook that thet erase the negative comments from the users.
They also are using illegally the image of Metallica.
They steal designs and art from people and cheat their customers. I ordered a month ago and it still says printing - as if. Sadly i read Trustpilot before i saw this site.
Ordered a "Prince" poster and print quality is absolute rubbish & turned up damaged (small dents everywhere), charged US$35.95 for something not even worth $5 - STAY CLEAR of this fraudulent company!
It's a real shame i had to give this company 1 star... if i could have even them 0 i would have. HORRIBLE customer service and terrible company period. I ordered a poster over a month ago and still haven't received anything. Don't try calling their number, they don't even bother answering their calls. I am furious and really don't recommend this seller. HORRIBLE. Save your money and buy on another site.
They have taken my money out and haven't sent me anything! My order was placed 17 march and they don't respond on emails, and the phone numbers doesn't seem to work at all! Even my ORDER ID now seems to be wrong. This is so much bull$#*!

This company, and their sub companies, are repeatedly stealing my artwork. This involves taking 600px x 600px 72dpi web rips of my art and selling it as full print! Plus they are removing my logo from the art, colour removing the black which looks ridiculous on a non-black tee (see photo) and running countless Facebook adverts. They are either ignoring DMCA takedown requests or taking forever to act, whilst selling this terrible quality to duped buyers trusting it´s my actual product.

The quality was awful, tried to get in touch with them 3 times to take care of the pricing issue on the tiny rick T shirt and never got 10% off. Took over 2 weeks for them to deliver.
The product was printed on a high quality T shirt, and the printing was done in a very good design and a true quality print and well worth the money! The delivery was incredible and arrived ten days before promised. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!
I ordered a poster through them. Took over a month to receive it. When I finally did get it, it was horrible quality. By this time, my e-mail had filtered out their e-mail and I didn't have an order number. Their phone service doesn't work and I wasn't able to e-mail without the order number. There is no way to retrieve the information. I am now out the money and stuck with a poster that is just a huge blur. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and I will never use them again.

I ordered an XL fitted women's shirt - recd an XL men's shirt and to say it's XL is an understatement. I wanted to wear it for Autism month. Will never buy from them again. Also shirt quality is poor.
The shirt I ordered looked very low in quality for the amount I paid. Ordering a woman's tee does not mean fitted like it says. It fits like a one size fits all t-shirt. It looks like it has a pocket, but it's just a print of a pocket. The picture is very misleading. I would have never purchased this item if I knew what I was getting and I will urge others to stay way from this site.
I ordered a coffee mug from Teechip. When I received my mug it had the wrong print. I made a claim & it was ignored. When I re-inquired, it took 2 weeks to get a response. They finally did re-send me the right mug but the picture on it was off center & instead of a print on the 'front & back' of the mug, the picture was literally connected to each other. Very disappointing. I will never buy from Teechip again.
I ordered a poster for my gf on March 23rd the order waa shipped March 24th and received March 28th. I am very pleased with the quality and the timing.
I get why people would try to save a buck, but please realize that a lot of their goods are stolen and breaking copyright law, taking advantage of the digital nature of art. I know some of these artists, and art is how they make their living. Don't buy from TeeChip!
I ordered a T-Shirt from this company. They delivered it to the wrong address and they won't send me a new one or give me a refund. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get to the bottom of it. Finally, my local Post Office had a receipt of it being delivered to the wrong address. They still deny my claim.
Placed my order on March 10th for two shirts for me and my Daughter. Email said it should ship in 3 days. As of Today March 28th, the order still shows as processing. Even going by the order site's Statement "Orders are expected to arrive within 5 to 10 business days"... I should have had them by now. No Responses via Email. Marginal Response from FB Message.
They don't see my order number. All I get is a generic email response. They stole my $$ and I reported the fraud/theft with local police as well as USPS Fraud division
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
