Omg, I wish I read the reviews before ordering a print/poster. Sadly I am relieved that other people have had the same issue and it's not just my eyes. The print looks like a much smaller version blown up and out of focus. It's terrible. I reached out and was told no refunds because it's the actual same item, no acknowledgement of the piss poor quality. Stay away!

I ordered a phone case, the one that looks like a Volkswagen bus. It looks nothing like the picture. I paid close to $30 but it's worth maybe $5. It was a Christmas give for my husband but now it's basically going to go in the trash. Super super disappointed. Boo!
You will absolutely regret ordering from this company. I paid $27 for a t-shirt, which is already a lot, but when it came it was faded with an iron on graphic on the blandest t-shirt ever. Ordered one month ago some shirts and mug and tote bag. One month later just a run around and now, no answer to my email. Unreachable by phone. Call your credit card company and dispute their charges if you have already ordered (like me). NOTHING IN MY 6 ITEM ORDER WAS DELIVERED, except for a very cheesy mug.
Should have done my homework better. I ordered a Poster from them- the quality of the print looks like they took a thumbnail of a photo and blew it up to fit on a poster.
I had a horrible experience with TeeChip. You need to think long and hard about using this company. I placed an order, received a confirmation, received an email on 11-20-17 that my order had shipped. I tried for hours today to reach them via email and phone. Of course you can't talk to a live person and my email kept rejecting with an invalid email massage. I finally instant messaged them from Facebook. This is the answer I received on a tee shirt that TeeChip advertised on Facebook...

I received my "red" VW phone case today... it is not red... not even close. Cheaply made and I paid $22.95. The photo on the website was very deceiving. No returns only replacements.

Do not even think to buy a product from them, the quality of the cellphone cases is terrible, the cost is ridiculous high as compared to the product quality, and then the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
I bought cellphone cases, one came with the wrong size, the other one with bad quality (bad fit on the phone)... after emails back and forth, they recognized their mistake and sent me two new cases... same problem with the incorrect size, when and contacted them again, they denied what they had recognized before and decided not to give me anything. Neither a replacement not a refund.
Terrible business
Recieved my item quickly considering it came from the US to Australia. Think all the reviews come down to the fact that people are more likely to leave a review after receiving bad service. The poster I recieved is good quality and looks really good.

This poster came in and was a terrible enlargement done on a cheap printer! It is blurry and you cannot read the writing at all. They should be ashamed to even ship this out! I sent an email and was told I could not have a refund as they don't apparently give them! They sent a second poster EXACTLY as bad as the first one! Do not buy anything from this place. They will ignore your emails, comments and there is no way to get a human on their alleged customer service number! Buyers beware! TeeChip your sorry business practices will catch up with you eventually as you continue to rip people off!

I realize this will get me no where, but for the record, here is a list of things that have occurred that will not only cause me to never order from you again, but will also have me tell all my friends and family, and online reviews about this experience and discourage them from ordering as well:
1. I paid $56.88 for two tee shirts, including shipping. Thats a ridiculous price but I gave it a shot anyway.
2. I ordered on November 9th and received them on November 23rd. Two weeks is an unacceptable turn around time, but again, I didnt complain.
3. Worst of all, you have a no return policy. That has to be the worst customer service policy I have ever heard in my life, and I am the manager of a call center. The package is SEALED. Do you mean to tell me no one else will order a kids dabbing Santa tee shirt from now until Christmas?
4. Whats even worse is that you do not disclose this upon sale. I NEVER would have ordered if I knew this.
5. Your online chat service is awful. I waited over 40 minutes and had to end the chat because no one replied.
6. These canned replies to my emails are embarrassing. At least pretend to care. I received the same copy and paste reply both times and expect to get another one after I send this

Tried to get a refund, but they kept saying they would send another phone case, which I didn't want because it was so cheap-looking. Waste of $25 - I will never order from this company again!

Today I received a Christmas t-shirt I ordered. It's dreadful! Quality of both shirt and print is awful. It looks like there is a scorch mark where the print has been ironed on and also there is a mark where some of the transfer has moved. Not at all happy. Will never buy from them again.
Absolutely crooked company. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! Item received had typo, but because it was very small on the photo, they said Hey, this is what was advertised, you bought it, sorry! And I bought two, because they didnt send out a confirmation email to confirm my order, so I thought it didnt go through. They are NOT to be trusted! Look elsewhere for any type of item.
This company is the worst ever to order from. They advertise as if they have authentic shirts and they are awful. I have tried to have someone cal me but they only communicate via email. Apparently they offer no refunds. The t-shirts from Wal-Mart are better quality than these. I spent $70 on two Houston Astros world series shirts thinking they were authentic and they are trash. I will post this everywhere to warn anyone from experiencing this awful experience.

I purchased a phone case for a samsung galaxy S7 edge. I bought a military marine case. When I ordered the case it looked nothing like the picture I ordered. I bought one similar from wish.com for 5.00 dollars they charged me 24.00 plus 3.99 for a total of 28 dollars and change. They will not refund me. I even said I would take shipping fee from payment

$23 phone case that was supposed to be 3d. Came in as a terrible print, and in the wrong color. Requested a refund for returning the product, and was told they do not offer refunds.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
