Wish I researched reviews before I purchased. Ordered t-shirt as a gift for my daughter. What I received was far from the merchandise pictured on the website. Color was inaccurate, material was low quality (cardboard cotton), and cut/style of shirt was not even close. Customer service could care less, even when I pointed out the obvious discrepancies in appearance. They claimed, "You received what you ordered. Me: "No, not even close!" Them: "Oh well, nothing we can do for you." I'm surprised they have been in business for so long. If there's a class action lawsuit organized, I'd gladly be a part. I am now stuck with a $26 shirt which no one will wear. Please do not make my mistake! Buyer beware!
I ordered the 'Be Dope' T-shirt and I must say that I am EXTREMELY disappointed at the quality of this shirt! It is hard and there is very little, if any, stretch for comfort. The label states 100% cotton, but it feels more like 100% paper! To add insult to injury, I wasn't even provided with a receipt so that I can return this poorly made item that will now be used to clean my home. To be straight to the point, it's a piece of trash and totally NOT worth the money! I would be ashamed to sell something so shabby! I wish there was an option for a rating lower than 1 star!
I ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift. The order came in a nice timely manner and arrived a couple days before I was supposed to get it. I loved the shirt! When my daughter tried it on it was way to small. I was frustrated since that size is usually a little big on her. I emailed TeeChip's customer service then started reading the reviews on this site. I thought "Oh great... here we go, a gift that cant be used or replace". But that is not the case. TeeChip responded to me quickly, asked questions and helped me out with the situation. Customer Service was very easy and nice to work with. Very pleased! Thanks TeeChip for your response and service.

Tee chip is the worst company! I saw a really cool t shirt on Facebook! Decided to offer it to a friend for Christmas, the price was different on Facebook and on the website. I ordered it still, of course paid 10$ for the shipment because I am living in Australia. The package was shipped on the 2nd of December (on them website) and the 10th for DHL. That arrived of course after Christmas! And the quality is just $#*!. Even in a 2$ shop I will not have a look on this shirt. I will of course not offer it to my friend, I want to keep her as a friend! So almost 40ausd lost for nothing
My T-shirt was late and the quality was terrible! Stay away from this vendor! The picture looked perfect, but when I received the product the imprint was so washed out and pixelated, I am soooooo mad! Shame on me for not checking the reviews first! This is what happens when you buy something advertised on Facebook and not amazon!
I did not receive my item and had to purchase another Christmas gift and they refuse to refund my money. They want to send another shirt but I already had to buy another gift and I want my money back.
It was a bit big but that was on me. She said it was of good quality. Phew! I squeaked by on that one. I still don't have a receipt and they couldn't find an order under my name or ANY of my information. I won't be ordering from these fly-by-night companies anymore! My friend warned me that this was a scam site. OH, how I wish I had listened to her. I never received a confirmation receipt but they zapped the money out of my Paypal acct. I saw this shirt on Facebook, so I ordered it. As my last review states they never sent it. Now they say it's a special order and they will not refund my money. This is a terrible way to run a company, Customer service is terrible. They need to go out of business and not rip people off!

Ordered a shirt which looked great from the picture. Just goes so prove pictures are worth a thousand words! When I received it quality of shirt was poor and print was not colorful or straight. Emailed them and guess what no refunds. With all the negative reviews I would be ashamed if I owned this so called company..
Have ordered two t-shirts from them in my lifetime and will not anymore. Extremely poor print quality on the first, and when the second one was lost in the mail just before Christmas a refund was refused. (what good is a reprint present that arrives in January?)
I ordered $109 in shorts for Christmas... they look like a 4 year old printed them out and hacked around the image. There is literally white still around the image, and it is so blurry... unbelievable.

I ordered a poster from this site, just to have the sale campaign taken down a few hours later as the content they were trying to sell was stolen. Finding this out, I attempted to cancel my order the next day. They refused to allow me to cancel it, They will not allow you to return it, and they will not refund it.
I received the poster today, a whole 12 days after ordering and the print quality could not be worse. I intended to give this as a Christmas gift and I would be genuinely embarrassed to give this to anyone, let alone hang it on my own wall. This poster cost $25, plus $3.99 for shipping. Nearly $30 are going right into the trash.

12/8/17 purchase what i thought was going to be a really great vw bus phone case. Bright color, chrome accents. Nope. Cheap plastic and a black and white picture. Wish I had read reviews first. Out $$$. Trying to work with their customer service, what a joke. Going to try and get my credit card company to stop payment if it is not too late. Spread the word. This company is a fake and a HUGE RIPOFF!
On the 27/11/17 I ordered a Tshirt Ive not received a confirmation email! Every time I try to send the email it says my email is invalid! I cant track it as Ive no invoice number but they did take my money!

When you attempt to contact them, they will send you on a wild goose chase with different links to respond to. If you try to "chat" with them... the do not respond... they keep you on line waiting. Very POOR product! Even worse customer service! BEWARE!
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
