I purchased a women's t-shirt in good faith. When it arrived the material (heavy cotton) felt so rough, itchy and uncomfortable. I immediately started to itch. This joke of a company is refusing to refund me, which is disgraceful. Everyone I talk to will hear about my experience. Also going to the BBB to start investigating the laundry list of complaints regarding this business.

I ordered a t-shirt saying "My Husband is DOPE". Received timely and looked great until I turned the shirt around. On the back it had 2 additional sayings, 100% unrelated to the front and unrelated to each other (the shirt I ordered should have had NOTHING on the back). The back of the shirt sayings were "I'm a Hunting Grandpa" and "My level of Sarcasm depends on your level of stupidity". While disappointed at the thought & hassle required to exchange it - I emailed TeeChip to start the exchange process and they emailed back refusing an exchange or refund saying it was printed per my personal order request. Which Seriously, I can't imagine anyone requesting something like this personalized! I absolutely did NOT order these 3 sayings on ONE SHIRT! Total screw over! Now time to get my bank involved. I shall take pride in this new hassle for refund the hard way!

I really had a terrible experience: a product ordered by the end of November recieved on Genuary 31st after a second shipping! On top of that the quality of the tote bag is very poor. I chose a limited edition light blue tote bag with Sailor warriors and "Vogue" logo on it, but the drawing is made in VERY LOW quality: all BLURRY and SHELLED! Luckily PayPal gave me a full refund but the product I bought didn't worth $ 22.99!
AVOID IT!

I ordered some hats 15days ago. Expecting to receive within at least 15 days. They have no customer service period. Phone doesn't work. Chatroom doesn't work. Automated email responses are not any help. It seems they charged my card and decided not to full fill my order.

Avoid at all costs

Terrible quality and even worse customer service. I have written them seven times and each time they give me a run around. A refund which was promised a month ago still has not arrived, and I have little faith it ever will. Avoid Teechip at all costs!

Would like to return item can't get to customer service to get ok to return, yet they say go there Where? Going round and round and I want money back they say only store credit, if all their merchandise is like this shirt I want nothing from them. Never arrived

I bought a poster in November 15th and it was charged in my credit card (Order #RL-*******-*******). It had should be delivered in Brazil, but I didn't receive until now. They say my order has arrived my country in November 30th and then they can't track anymore. They don't give me any brasilian mail code that I can use to track it here. So... that´s it. I bought, payed and didn't receive. I searched in brasilians complaints sites e there are others with the same problem.

My boyfriend ordered yoga pants for me & the order stated shipment in 5-10 days. After 10 days I emailed teechip & my order was still being printed. A week later I emailed again & was told it was shipped. We tracked the shipment & it took another week to get to the USPS. I finally got my order today after a month of waiting... and there is a huge hole in the pants leg. It almost looks like it was cut or damaged somehow when they did the screenprint or iron decal (whatever they did) because the damage is right beside the printing. The quality of merchandise is far below standard considering the price we paid for the pants. I have emailed teechip & am waiting for a response as to how they are going to remedy this situation. I can say that I will NEVER order from them again. The quality is not worth the cost...

I ordered a phone case that arrived in the wrong size (& looked nothing like the ad). I contacted customer service 3 times & when they responded after the 3rd email they told me "too much time had elapsed to INVESTIGATE it"... Thinking they intentionally don't respond when you tell them the product is not right & not of the quality expected. Terrible customer service. The case arrived just before Christmas & they responded January 17th... finally, with their spin. Will never order from them again. You're welcome.

Two different shirt styles with two different sayings. Both arrived with misaligned images/lettering and one shirt was NOT a ladies t-shirt (fitted/tailored) as indicated on their website. (See attached photos and tell me that is a "Ladies" shirt!)
Filed online claim, they offered to reprint. I even called out the boxy shirt and asked that if they couldn't use a true ladies style shirt to put the design on a flowy tank.
Reprints came and SAME EXACT problems! Did the customer service email with 3 different people (Van, Mai and Alan Bentley) and all offered a 3rd reprint but said no refunds. So, I contacted AMEX and disputed the charges. Historically AMEX sides with customer so I expect AMEX to at least do what's right. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ordered 2 shirts back in December and when they arrived there was an identical flaw on the front of both shirts. I emailed tee chip along with a pic of the shirts. They said no problem. Keep the shirts and well send you new ones. Fair enough. Two weeks go by and the newly reprinted shirts come. EXACT SAME FLAWS. So I email again, with pics, and tell them I highly doubt they reprinted the shirts but if they did theres something wrong with their template. They replied that theyd be happy to send me new shirts. At this point Im like no thanks. I just wanted a refund. Even offered to send back all four shirts. Received a very vague email telling me theyll be happy to resolve the issue for me. WTF? So I said please be more specific. Are you giving me a refund or what? To which they replied, we dont offer refunds exchanges or returns due to the custom printing. Again WTF? So now Ill have six shirts, probably all with the same flaw, and no refund. Sadly, its obvious enough that when people look at the shirt they ask about it. Not a satisfied customer.

In the past week I've had to report a stolen design of mine to them 17 times. Only once did I get an email response that the design was taken down. The thieves just keep resubmitting the design and the teechip company is incredibly slow to take action to get them removed. According to their policy the thieves will only get a strike on their account and will be allowed to continue selling unless they get too many strikes. Needless to say, the results are practically useless!

I ordered a Mug from this Company. Mug arrived broken, wrong colour. Packaging was terrible, no protection, padding, just placed in an empty box and posted. None of the email addresses, or contact details are valid, and my emails continually returned by Mail Administrator. I have now gone through Paypal to try and get my money back. Very, very didappointing. Avoid this Company at all costs.

Awful service!

I ordered 2 shirts on October 18. I hadn't received any notification that they had shipped so a few weeks later I emailed them. Their response was that they were still in processing. But, the next day I received one of the shirts in the mail. They offered a partial refund because of the delay on the second shirt. I checked in every now and then and got the same response, that it was processing.

I wanted the shirt for my daughter's birthday at the beginning of December. That date came and went and by this time I was worried that it wouldn't make it for Christmas! They could never tell me why it was so delayed, or where it was in the printing process. They couldn't put me in touch with a manager. I tried calling and always got a busy signal.

Christmas came and went... no shirt. I demanded a full refund, but to not cancel the order, that hopefully it would arrive one day. They gave me the full refund... but cancelled the shirt order! They said I was welcome to reorder... as if! I emailed again to have them reorder at no charge to me, and they said they can't, and said that they are unable to print the shirt.

I am very, very dissatisfied with the company. I will never order from them again.

Poor quality, rip off

Wish I had read reviews before buying. Paid $25 for a mug that arrived with the Forever Young lyrics so tiny you can't read them. Customer service says it's the same as the picture I saw when ordering but clearly not because I could see that and would need reading glasses to read the font on the mug. Also there is a scratch on the mug which the representative said she'd forward the issue on to her supervisor to "see if she wants to compensate" me at all. This was going to be a gift.

I ordered a shirt for my daughter for christmas and there are so many misspellings on it she doesnt even want to wear it. Also when they put the design on the shirt part of it was wrinkled so the print was wrinkled also. I have tried to contact the company to no avail. So im out almost 40 bucks for a pos shirt to sit around! Tried to call the number listed on here for teechip and nothing!

It is very upsetting to see that your artwork is ripped off from some of the original sites you legitimately do business with and it's a public out cry to read these reviews. This site had every piece of artwork I completed in 2017 on 7039 products and if they do not remove the copyright infringed work then I'll have no other choice but to report them to the National IPR Coordination Center US Federal Government Agency https://www.iprcenter.gov/ip-theft which is ran by the FBI. Not only are they scamming their customers with bad quality products but art designers as well. They have no heart to take your money and the financial income of hard working citizens. 5 good posts and 999 negative posts just demonstrates the type of company you truly are.

We ordered our item. In tracking the package, it reached our town, but as I was informed by our postal service, sent to an undeliverable address. Consequently, the package was then sent to the Mail Recovery Center in Atlanta. In the meantime, there is no real contact information... no address, no phone number, a chat feature that doesn't work (tried three times) and an email feature that allows very limited information and hasn't been responded to anyway.
