This company tries to make it appear like they have US ties but they are China based. The sizes are not accurate (sleeves are very short on men's sweaters) and the website makes it seem like they'd be reasonable with returns when in reality they deny them. Products are overpriced for very poor, cheap quality. The sweater I received would be an embarrassment to wear in public. They respond to emails but are not helpful.

Wish I had read reviews before buying. Paid $25 for a mug that arrived with the Forever Young lyrics so tiny you can't read them. Customer service says it's the same as the picture I saw when ordering but clearly not because I could see that and would need reading glasses to read the font on the mug. Also there is a scratch on the mug which the representative said she'd forward the issue on to her supervisor to "see if she wants to compensate" me at all. This was going to be a gift.
