The merchandice has a stain across most of the bottom of the shirt. Im calling the better buisness burea today. And i plan on shutting this company down. Very heartbroken I'm a single parent on a fixed income, I was able to order my older children some shirts and a hoodie for Christmas this year, but I'm embarrassed to give them because they're terrible looking. Contacted the Company, will not refund my money, now I'm left without gifts and money, I'm contacting the BBB, don't order from this company

I placed an order and at check out it was stated my order would be shipped with 7-10 business days.
The confirmation email I received then gave the product details.
I had ordered an iPhone case and when the email it is silk screened I immediately canceled my order.
I received an email back that it was too late, my order was already in production.
Over the next couple of weeks I sent several emails and never once were my questions answered!
As if this writing it has been 25 days I placed my order and have still not received my order!

I had/have no issues with teechip. I received my cups & sweatshirts within two weeks & I won't hesitate ordering from them again.
I write from Italy. When I bought a T-shirt three weeks ago I did't check the website reviews before, but only after, and I was quite scared about loosing both T-shirt and money. Well, it arrived today, it's nice, good quality cotton, right size. I don't know if I'm just lucky, but that's it, I've got the T-shirt.
Product is expensive, terrible quality and very very poor customer service after they have your money...
I recommend to all buyers not to use this company. I have been waiting a month and a half for a tshirt, I constantly get emails that my package has arrived when it hasn't so the company can cover their asses of their poor business. They have done nothing to track the order or ensure that i will receive my package soon. I will never order from this company again as it is a scam! Stay far far away
I purchased a print and it looks like a xerox copy of the studios original artwork, When you look at it just at a normal distance its super low quality and just not worth what I paid for it. Don't ever buy anything from here.

This place is the absolute worst, we ordered a shirt Sept 28th, they said it would be delivered 5-10 days. We emailed them at least twice before 31 Oct, Halloween, for when we needed it! When we still didn't have it at Halloween, we tried to cancel the order and they said we couldn't. Now we have a shirt delivered a week after Halloween and they won't take it back. F@$K TeeChip you cheap bastards!
Wish I could of given a zero star rating! I paid just over £45 for two kids t-shirts with saints doing the dab. Nearly a month later I received a card from Royal Mail through the door saying that they had a parcel for me but couldn't deliver until I paid £11.84 as the sender hadn't either paid enough shipment or hadn't paid the customs charge. I paid it & within a few days received the T-shirts. They were poor quality & certainly not worth paying nearly £60 for! I emailed the company asking for a refund if £11.84 & surprise surprise I never heard back. DONT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

Ordered Halloween shirts for my boys, They put my email in the shipping address instead of my street. Needless to say DHL couldn't/wouldn't deliver. Missed the holiday, missed the whole point of buying the shirts. No refund, no expedited delivery, nothing. Now we wait for the "replacement item(s)" to SHIP in 5-10 business days. So with luck, we'll get our Halloween shirts the week of Thanksgiving. Or not...
Horrible quality and they do not offer refunds, product is printed on a poor phone case, they said they cannot give a refund so I called credit card and got a refund on my own, screw Teechip and their horrible items!
Ordered two phone cases from this poor excuse of a company. The cases were cheap and didn't look anything like the promotional picture. I asked to return the cases for a refund and they flat out refused. Stated they don't offer any refunds, guess that is how they stay in business. They take your money, send you crap items, then refuse to refund your money. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!
Terrible. My wife finally opened her poster for her birthday and the resolution of the image is terrible. This art was not meant to be blown up to this size and shouldn't be advertised as such. There are compression artifacts everywhere, especially around the characters. We didn't see it until now because I bought it for her birthday. I wish I could return it. The pictures I have attached are actually that quality in the printed piece.

Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
