To be fair, most people write a review in response to a bad experience. So here's balance. I had a GOOD experience ordering from Teechip. Mugs arrived in under 3 weeks and were in perfect condition. Product was as expected. I would not hesitate to order again.
I ordered an item from their website - realized my mistake in ordering a product that was misleading and tried to cancel it - all within 10 minutes. They sent me a link that didn't work to cancel it. I contacted their customer service phone line and chat line. The chat line opened up and i waited over 30 minutes for someone to log in to help me. The phone number just rang and rang and then hung up on me. I tried calling about 20 times with the same result. Finally i get connected to chat and the person tells me false information contradicting themselves and then promises me they will cancel the order. It does not happen i get a shipped notification the next day. I will never do business with this company ever again and fully plan on refusing the shipped item and contacting my credit card company for a transaction dispute.
They sent me the wrong shirt in a size 3XL and will not refund my money. Do not order from them. Worst company ever. The way they word there emails is misleading into thinking I will get my refund. Scam.
Its been 3-1/2 weeks and my order is still printing. It is unacceptable for a company to offer items that take this long to process, print and ship.

TeeChip is a scam! I ordered a t-shirt from them on October 10th, and it's October 27th, and no shirt. I did not receive a confirmation email, nor will their "customer service" ghosts return emails or phone calls. I just wish I knew who to turn them in to for fraud.

5-10 business days AKA 20-40 business days. Ordered Halloween shirts in more than enough time, but as of now, no shirts!. You go on the website and it will say it is not a valid email address, but then will email you at that same address. It asks for an 8 digit order number and both numbers on everything I see either has 6 or 12. Not even sure this is a real company.

My Gilden sweater with Ariel on fleek, come in the post after 3 weeks, was happy about the colour but when I seen the print, I was horrified, its been printed badly, the print looks scary, looks nothing like ariel! Fuming! They lie in their discription, and also when I checked the front of the packaging, it said the item I payed for was $10... BULL! I payed $34.98 + shipping! DO NOT BUY!

This company is by far 1 of the worst. Nothing about them is a legitimately run business. Placed an order almost a month ago that is still in a printing status that clearly states will ship in 5-10 bus days. LIES! The bogus customer service number that no one ever answers. Tried to do an online chat waited over and hour no one ever responded. They should be reported to the BBB. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM again. I will make sure every1 I know doesn't Fuk with them either. They suck sweaty balls as a business
I ordered a medium flowing tank top, which is the size I always order. What arrived was so tiny, there was nothing flowing about it. Maybe I can find a child to give it to. The ad on facebook claimed that it would arrive in 5 days. I ordered it late September and it just arrived today, Oct 19th. Very disappointed.

Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
