I ordered the Fleetwood Mac T-shirt in small. When I did receive it, I was immediately disappointed. The shirt is the absolute cheapest scratchy $#*! material, like youd buy to slap puffy paint on at a craft store. Also, the sizing is awful. The shirt is long and has no sense of fit, as a premium T-shirt would, and I paid premium price so I assumed Id be receiving quality. The company refuses to refund any money, but hysterically, offered to send me another of the SAME CRAPPY SHIRT THAT DOESNT FIT. Super, so now I have two shirts that my kids can wear to bed. What a joke.
My son's shirt came with a stain and the screen print is horrible in quality. The screen shot is faded looking and pixalated. I'm so upset I can't get my money back. Do not purchase from them. They are just offering to replace with another crappy product. I just threw money away! Wish I'd known I was paying $27.00 for a fruit of the loom short and wide shirt. Very miss leading!
I've been waiting for 19 days for my shirt while it's been stuck in "Order is processing" status. I emailed them after day 10 asking for a status update and was given a generic answer that made no sense. I requested a refund on day 19 and was told that it cannot be cancelled.
My husband ordered a shirt on 10/1 and here is 10/15 and the shirt still says its in printing status. I need the shirt for 10/21. Bet I wont get it in time. Pathetic.
I have just placed my third order with TeeChip. I had absolutely no problems with either of the first two. It did take quite a while for delivery but it says on the website that Canadian orders add 2 weeks so that would mean a month. I'm sure it was around that timeframe. Both t shirts were great and my family loved them. I'm hoping this third experience will be the same.
I wish I read the reviews before I placed an order. Just like one of the other reviews (they claimed my shirt got lost in transit & had asked for an alternate address). The tracking said it was delivered last Thursday. Its a week later... and still no shirt.

A month ago I ordered a rick & morty supreme phone case (30$) and just received it this morning. It came in an envelope w no protection or recepit. I opened it up and the side part on the phone was broken in two pieces. I've emailed them and I've got the same response every time as an auto response. It's not even real supreme and not worth 30$. I am trying to get my money back but no luck.
Ordered a shirt. It got "lost in shipping." They wanted me to give them an alternate delivery address. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. That did not happen, either. I do not have my shirt or my money.
I will never purchase from here again! Customer service was quick with response, but not helpful. If the order takes so long to ship/arrive, then people should be able to cancel within 24 hours of placing order (as I tried to do with customer service unsuccessfully). And, to top it off, now the ship date is even later than first confirmed. Total scam/shady company. Waste of $58.00 since I won't have the shirts in time for my Halloween party if they ship at the later date and they will go in the trash.
Not only did I not get the phone case I ordered but it was for the wrong type of iPhone! Not even printed with what I ordered. I am incensed that I was so badly ripped off. Stay away!

Shirt had horrible printing, size not correct, finally got through to what I thought would be a return only to be told to take a picture & they would try to replace it. By the time this would happen, breast cancer month would long be over. Very disappointed with this company. What a sham and the shirt was not cheap. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
Ordered "XXL", received shirt was definitely a small. Image print quality was very poor. Went of Claim site (for complaint) and it doesn't work when properly entering Order# and the Barcode on the shirt must also vie entered-the Barcode on the shirt was in the wrong format from what it requires. Poor quality product and non-existent customer service!
Ordered two t-shirts for my sons -- Youth Large and Medium. It took almost two weeks for the shirts to be delivered. The quality of the printing is very low. The quality of the t-shirts is very low. Cheap, scratchy cotton. The sizing is completely wrong. Both shirts are tiny and the same size even though the tags claim that they are Youth Large and Medium. The shirts I received were toddler sizes. This company is a scam.
My order was expected 9/30. Still had not received it. Try to check order. Ithere is still in the same place it was last week with no updates. Really disappointed.
If I could give this company negative stars I would. I was so disappointed in the quality of the shirts as well as the customer service. I spent over $100 on shirts and they didnt even send me half of my order. They have no working telephone number to contact them and they do not respond to emails. When I FINALLY spoke with someone on the live chat. They didnt care that I was missing t-shirts and when I asked to expedite my shirts in the mail they told me they cannot do that. I have to wait another 5-10 business days for my order to even ship. What company manager wont rush a delivery when they are at fault for the reason a paid customer didnt receive their items? They get regular Walmart fruit of the loom t-shirt and add the print on them. They can at least upgrade and get the tag-less tees. This was a horrible experience and I will NEVER give them another penny!
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
