I wear female's 1x and ordered bigger, to be safe, a 2x. I received the "2x" and it is more like a large. Very thin t shirt as well.
I too tried to change my order shortly after placing it, but was denied that option. However, their website has on option called modify/cancel order, which is totally deceiving! Then when I FINALLY received my order, one of the items I ordered was the wrong color. I immediately contacted them to get a replacement. They have now sent me the wrong color THREE times! I ordered a forest green mug, but they have sent me a black mug three times! Seriously! I'm so fed up with this company, and will NEVER order anything from them EVER again! DON'T wait your money!
TeeChip only lies to you offering you option to cancel order. I emailed them immediately when I saw an order going through I didn't order. Then I did their form the next day and they are refused to cancel saying "it's already in printing" yet won't be shipped another 5 to 10 days. Print another one to cancel then! They don't care about customers or unintentional one like me. They just offer the option to look good but just wants your money. Off to the bank and wherever I can report on this bad company.
Bought a phone cover and a tank top from them. Screen printing was off and 1/2 the phone cover was double printed. And they didn't notice before they mailed it? Guess what... no return. Tank top was supposed to be women's flare with printing... received men's slim fit, ribbed tank top instead. Also, no returns. Never ever buy there again!
Unable to contact via email, new website under construction stating check back later! Scam I suspect!
I purchased a t shirt after getting served an ad on Instagram and when I received it the print quality was horrible. I won't ever buy a t shirt through this company again.
I'm waiting for two months on a T-shirt that stating on their order info would take 5-10 days. Customer service is the same as non existent.

Received a broken up cup, was asked for pictures and prove, send it to them, keep on telling me they never received, is there that they received. Stay away from them.
I was about to place a rather large order with TeeChip, but decided to see if I could find any reviews. Boy was I glad I did. It was eye opening. I saved a bundle of money and probably a lot of aggravation.
The quality of the shirts are poor for the price, sizing is off and don't get me started about the customer service! Don't do it!
I've been seeing these bad comments about these people and I haven't had a problem. I was a little miffed myself until I went back to reread the terms.
It says that " once the Campaign is over ", which could be sometimes days even weeks is when they actually ship thee items out.
So please realize that they said this in the Campaign and Checkout parts and that is why it takes longer to get your things.
As for any size problems or wrong items I don't know anything about it. I don't work for these people I just know how it works, because I got my stuff and its fine. I hope this helps you understand why it takes so long.

I have never written a review in my life but this is outrageous. I ordered a sweatshirt on August 30th. It never arrived, and nobody at TeeChip has returned my emails, calls or customer complaints. I am going to elevate this to the Federal Trade Commission because this is place is ripping people off. Shameful.
I ordered 3 mugs with a dog design on it. They packed each mug separately and each one incurred a customs fee on top of an £8.00 post office fee per parcel. Which added nearly another £40 to the £50 I had already spent. I refused to pay the customs charge which meant that would return to sender. I explained to teechip that I would expect a full refund on the 3 mugs and they told me they do not do refunds unless the product is not satisfactory. I am disgusted and will not throw good money after bad. But I have learnt a lesson and that is never to order anything from them again!
Absolutely the worst quality t-shirt, size is way too small (and I ordered larger than I normally would) and no information included in package for returns. At that point, I knew I'd been had.
After waiting two weeks, I got my t shirt, the printing didn't stick to the shirt, so it has big streaks of black throughout!

Womens medium fits like a child small. At least $10.00 more than other sites and order takes 2 weeks to deliver. Buyer beware... I know better...
I ordered 3 cell phone cases. Order was supposed to be shipped 5-10 business didn't happen 24 hrs for the tracking number when it got to post office!
Finally received them! Opened it 1 was a matte finish and the other 2 were glossy which was wrong been communicating with them trough email! Not one supporter but 4! How the hell can you get 1 person that handles your complaint? They sent an extra one also for free lol but glossy also. I want what I ordered!

Teechip is actually a great site to use. It did take 2 weeks for my "supreme LV" case to come in but there not a scam there 100% authentic
As a lover of Karate, i found a advert for a very smart looking phone cover on a FB page. The link took me to TeeChip and I placed my order. By the looks of some of the other reviews I've been lucky in as far as my item arrived, but the quality if far from that advertised. I've email Rachel at TeeChip to be told "the item falls look the same as the campaign I've brought from" so basically tuff! Hows that ever customer service... Misrepresented more like. Is there trading standards in the states as these guys need paying a visit..

DHL can't track the order. Online piracy? Fraud? Scam?
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
