I love the shirt. It is of good quality and the customer service is outstanding! The size ran a little small so I need to order another. I immediately was sent another t-shirt without delay.
I ordered a BROWN shirt from them and received a SMOKE color instead. They will not take a return. The color on their site is obviously brown. Smoke is almost black. They try to tell me the company that makes the shirt considers it browm. BS. The tag with the barcode states smoke. Do not order from them! Horrible customer service!
Contacted company advised them I have a 6s plus and cover is to small and basically I am told you got it live with it I will never do business with them and I would say stay awY from them
I ordered two shirt from them, which I got as specified. However, they sent me a duplicate of one of the shirts ordered, charged me for it, and refused to refund my money and accept the return of the extraneous shirt. This is a basic function of any retailer and they outright refused to correct the mistake.
Absolute scam! So disappointed. Placed an order for a hoodie, the payment didnt get through so had to go back to the previous screen and somehow ended up with 2 identical hoodies. Straight after the payment I tried to modify the order to 1 which was impossible as the only way to contact them is through their contact form in which you cant send a message as theres no subject field. 8 hours later I did the same exercise and even chose the option cancel the entire order since I couldnt modify it. Straight away received email that the order has gone into print and its impossible to be modified or cancelled at this stage. Surely it hasnt been printed and ready for 8 hours! Plus I had no response to my attempt to modify straight after the payment. Be careful with them.
This company shipped my T shirt to my name, city and state according to tracking records. NO ADDRESS? It never arrived, but they certainly charged my credit card. Now I have to protest, etc. UGH.

In other words, a shipping label was created, but the shirt wasnt shipped. I contacted Gary through TeeChip chat. He said he was sorry for the inconvenience. I would receive the shirt in 5-10 days. After a lengthy 30 minute, unproductive chat, and a lot of canned responses, I am still very frustrated. This is not a company I would recommend anyone doing business with. I am now blocked from their FB page and cannot post any negative comments or warn people not to shop with them.
This shirt rocks! It's soft and fluffy on the inside but badass on the outside. I love it! It came earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated.
I will never order anything from this company ever again! They will not give you a refund even though it clearly doesn't state it anywhere on their website. I looked under the FAQ's and under refunds it says: "We stand behind our quality and offer a 100% quality guarantee on any items purchased from our store. If your order is missing or materially defective, you can file a claim at https://www.teechip.com/contact/claim to request a replacement." 100% quality guarantee does not mean no refunds, they are dishonest and once they take your money they won't help you and just offer you another one. Even if you're unhappy with how their product looks it has to be defective for them to do anything and don't expect a refund either.
I ordered an Alabama Crimson Tide iPhone case. The case was a cheap, plastic version that doesn't give my phone much protection at all. I feel like they misrepresented the product, which looked to be silicon. I was not happy with my purchase at all. I won't be ordering from them again.

This company refuses to give me a refund, on something I never even opened. The poster came unframed, which is outrageous for the price they charged me. I contacted them, and they refuse to give me a refund. With all the choices of companies that you can do business with, stay far away from TeeChip. It's a rip off!

Cheaply made. Iron on garbage. The shirt is not soft, feels like bard board. I bought this for my daughter who has Asperger's and most likely wont wear it because the shirt is hard.
The classic t-$#*! is the type of quality you would expect from Target for $2-3. The print is good but because the shirt is so thin, you can feel the ink on the inside.
I had difficulty cancelling an order, but TeeChip customer service came through. They need to add a 'Confirm' button to the order process. (When I selected Paypal the order placed, which felt like a money grab.) I waited 10 mins. On LiveChat but no one responded, and the 888 phone is always busy.) Customer service did respond hours later to my cancellation request via their mail link, which made me happy. Thanks, TeeChip.
I have made two purchases from TeeChip. One was perfect, no problems. The second one NEVER arrived and after numerous attempts to their customer service number to find out the status of my order and a tracking number never resulted in a resolution. I finally had to escalate a complaint to my credit card company in order to receive a refund. Look elsewhere for your t-shirt!
What i ordered what not at all what i received. Poor quality, wrong color and different shape. They would not give me my money back so i had to call my credit card to dispute the charge. In photo the dark grey shirt is what THEY put in my confirmation email. The light grey is what I received.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
