I ordered a tote for a friend who needed cheering up on 2/21/18. The ad I saw claimed item shipped in one week to ten days. As of April 1st I had heard nothing so contacted them and instead of hurrying it along the canceled the order. They must not want business. I recommend you shop else where. Can't help wondering how much they paid for the good reviews.
I made the mistake of buying from this company twice. The first time it took a month and a half for my shirt to arrive. The second time they offered to sell me the same product I just purchased for a discount at the order confirmation page which is incredibly insulting. Their customer service is a joke and is only there for liability reasons.
Long time on-line shopper; 1st time leaving a bad review... I was so excited about this t-shirt. So excited that I didn't check reviews before ordering, something I normally do. I am so sad. As a bigger, busty, bad-a$$ woman, I usually wear a 1X. I ordered a 2X as this was going to be an around the house comfy t-shirt. I just got it and I am soooooo disappointed. It is maybe a size Large... maybe. There is no way the girls will fit up in there! I will not be shopping TeeChip again.

It looks like a photocopy of an image done a a copier with dirty glass. It took forever to receive the shirt, and only when I contacted them after 14 days, it finally shipped! I was so disappointed with the quality of the image. Blurry and dirty looking. The ONLY thing done right was they credited my CC within 48 hours of my email containing photos of the shirt.
Ordered a ceramic coffee mug for my husband via internet. It arrived in a small box and you could hear the broken glass inside. Clearly no room for any packing material in this tiny box. Didn't even open it and gave it back to mail carrier with a note: "Return to Sender - Broken glass" and contacted PayPal to register the dispute. Only response I got was, "Please be advised that without photos of the broken mug, I am not allowed to offer any compensation for you." Sure hope PayPal will back me up on this. Oh, there was a small sticker that stated: "Time Sensitive" because it was for Easter yet there was no, "Fragile" note of any kind (postman pointed this out.) Never order from this company!
This transcript from their "help center" took over 30 minutes. I got an email notifying me of shipment 6 days ago. But apparently it never did.

I ordered a phone case from their website and when it arrived it looked like a child made it the image on the back looked like a fake tattoo and Im still trying to get my refund and the line is always busy and they didnt even send me a order id so I cant even return my defective product
Bought a "limited edition" phone case from them, because on the picture it looked awesome and it said "LAST DAY TO ORDER!" However after ordering, a few days later i found that it still said the same thing and the "last day to order" was just a scam to make people panic and buy the product.
The phone case had no protection while shipping and arrived scratched and looking rather used.
It looked like nothing in terms of quality compared to the picture on the website
There were colour distortions and the image was also frustratingly off centre.
When i put the case on I found that it didn't even fit my phone properly and provided no protection as my phone was able to move around in the case.
The case was unusable so I e-mailed, requesting a refund. I got no response. I couldn't get hold of them on the phone at all. Luckily I payed with Paypal, I escalated the problem onto them and they gave me a full refund, since TeeChip didn't respond to them either. If you buy from here and are willing to take a risk, use Paypal if you want your money back!
Have been waiting and waiting for my order. They took my money and never shipped the order. I had to log on to their site and ask where my order was and they finally are going to ship it after taking my money 16 days ago. Customer service is hard to use and problematic and they take your money and don't send order unless you spend all of your time tracking where your order is. Very disappointing
I bought shirts on 3/11/18 from an ad with a advertised guarantee to "receive by 3/24/18 for the March For Kids. By the week of 3/19/18 I began to email because my order status was still "printing". Their customer service repeatedly sent a formula email which never answered a question or addressed a concern. Today 3/26/18 and still no shirts. $100.00 down the drain. By the way, purchased with PayPal but TeeChips email through PayPal is not valid.

Wish I had seen this site before I ordered. I bought 2 T-shirts. The women's fabric is thick and rough and does not stretch. The fit is short and awkward, like I'm trying to squeeze into a child's shirt. The fabric on the men's shirt is better but not great. The print on both shirts is absolutely terrible! When my husband saw it, he asked what it was supposed to be. There is no contact phone number or email address. You can only email through their website and they do not respond other than an automated email to say you have a claim number and they will reach out, but they will not. I've sent 3 messages now in the last 2 months. No response. Total scam.
I bought 2 sweatshirts and 1 long t-shirt. Overall with shipping I paid 99$. Only long t-shirt is ok, and the print on both sweatshirts are terrible. Not worth the money! I send them complaint so we will see what they say if they answer it.
I ordered an XL Tee, received a SM. Have gotten no response to numerous Emails. Held on their chat line for over 5 minutes twice - no response. Was sent an Email on 3/14 stating someone would get back to me within 72 hours. It's been 8 days. Evidently there is no recourse if they send defective or incorrect merchandise
Up until now I've been satisfied with the shirts I've bought. This sweat shirt is different. The decal is literally peeling off the shirt and needless to say, I'm very disappointed. Didn't keep the receipt (one was not included with shipment and I deleted email) so I don't know how to complain directly.

I ordered a phone case. The print quality is horrible and the image is very grainy. The case is a piece of garbage and is so slick/glossy. It is easily dropped and can fall out of a pocket. I contacted customer service and was told no refunds, just replacements. Why would I want another crappy phone case?

Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
