First order for 2 malamute masks and two days later an order for 10 masks. This was in April 2020. Money for the order was removed from my bank account the same day. It has been over 4 weeks and I have not received my order. When I contact TeeChip I am told to provide my shipment order, I have done this 8 times, called 5 times and they can not find my order. They also tell me they can not find my email address, I have had this address for 20 years.
No one contacts me on emails nor phone calls At this point I believe I am never going to receive my purchase and they have stole my money! Do not order anything thru them.

Frauds!

Do not buy from this company!
They steal art work from on line without the convent from the artist and try to sell it for a profit!

The following link is a local artist in Calgary, Jason Neil, who did not give consent and is not receiving compensation for TeeChip to use his art work.

If you order this it will be terrible resolution because they skimmed a low res image off the internet!

Gibbs cup of rules
October 18, 2017

The writing on the cup was so small that a magnifying glass didn't help me or my 9 year old to read the rules. I don't think Gibbs would have wanted it that way. Worst promotion advertising I have ever seen.

I want a refund and do not want the cup. I don't care if the sales are final. I want my refund!

FRAUD!

Someone tried to charge my account from this website. I have never been to the site. Thank god my bank caught it and canceled my card. I see that this has happened to a few people today. I am wondering what we all have in common and where they got our card numbers. I am in st. Louis how about you guys.

The poster I ordered was horrible quality. And they sent TWO of the same item, so I had to hassle with them to fix that error. Then I returned the original poster and after 4 months of trying to work with them and experiencing complete frustration, I gave up. I never received my refund. Save yourself the pain and don't order from them.

Scam

What i ordered what not at all what i received. Poor quality, wrong color and different shape. They would not give me my money back so i had to call my credit card to dispute the charge. In photo the dark grey shirt is what THEY put in my confirmation email. The light grey is what I received.

Horrible.

They sent me a cup for my granddaughter with the design upside down and also 2 designs superimposed upon each other AND upside down. I called them and left a message they never have returned my call. Do not purchase anything from them!

Don't ever order from these people. There is no customer service. The quality is extremely poor and you're stuck with the merchandise! Don't answer the phone. Same standard response from emails..."too bad, so sad!"

On November 21st I paved an order for 2 shirts. They sure took the money, but never sent the shirts. As of today, FEBRUARY 4th, 2016, they tell me it's been sent and provide a UPS talking number. I enter the number into ups tracker and no such tracking number exists. The customer service number provided does nothing, then disconnects. Do not get scammed like I did.

ZERO STARS...
Do not even think to buy a product from them, the quality of the cellphone cases is terrible, the cost is ridiculous high as compared to the product quality, and then the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
I bought cellphone cases, one came with the wrong size, the other one with bad quality (bad fit on the phone)... after emails back and forth, they recognized their mistake and sent me two new cases... same problem with the incorrect size, when and contacted them again, they denied what they had recognized before and decided not to give me anything. Neither a replacement not a refund.

I ordered a shirt based on an ad on Facebook. I received a shirt but it was not as advertised (screen-printed missing one of two colors). I have not received a response to emails or calls. Although the shirt design was clever, you run the risk of kissing your money goodbye. I categorically will not do business with them again... and wish I'd seen this review site before I did the one time I did.

Never got my order
December 21, 2020

I've ordered two T-shirt in around April and STILL didn't get them. I've tried contacting them asking why is this happening and all I've got were automatic responses. I was able to get them to reship my order in August and I'm still waiting. Never trusting this website again.

I ordered a T-Shirt from this company. They delivered it to the wrong address and they won't send me a new one or give me a refund. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get to the bottom of it. Finally, my local Post Office had a receipt of it being delivered to the wrong address. They still deny my claim.

I ordered 2 Father Day shirts on 5/25. I contacted them on 6/12 asking for a refund because I will not get them on time and they refused and I still dont have the shirts. I think this company is a scam. BEWARE! They will take your money, promise you a 5-10 business days for your order and then never send you the product.

Shipping said 5-10 days. It is 11 days since I ordered and the shirt is "in production." I tried to cancel since this was a gift that is now useless, and they said because it is in production I can not. They even tried to tell me that since they work on orders so quickly this is not an option! RIDICULOUS. Save your money!

Very unhappy
April 10, 2017

I ordered a medium shirt (adult) and it was smaller than small. I contacted them to exchange. All I got was the run-around for a week. Many emails back and forth - they asked for a photo of the "damage" - you could tell it was not a real person writing - robo-answers. I kept saying it was the wrong size. Finally I just told them "I know you are hoping I'll give up and guess what - I give up. You want to steal my money so keep it." BIG TOTAL RIP-OFF!
