I ordered one - ONE - tshirt for my niece. I was charged for, and she will receive, three. I have made three attempts to rectify this, but they just keep telling me there is nothing they can do. I am already working with an attorney on another matter, I will just add this issue to the docket. I will never, EVER do business with this site again, and will make sure none of my family or friends do either.
My order originally had the wrong house number, don't know if it was my fault or theirs. Order got sent back to them. I contacted their customer service by email and got a response. They said they would reship. I got my package but it only had 1 mug not 2. I recontacted them and they said the other would be coming. It did. I can't complain about them. All worked out well in the end.
I recently bought a T-shirt from them. Second time ordering something. It took longer than usual to receive it. When I contacted them I received a series of form letters from them. It was almost like talking to a machine. The order did finally arrive and the quality is OK.
I bought a face mask form TeeChip. I never received my item. I contacted the company several times and received a bot response telling me that my mask was "in production". One month later I filed a complaint with Pay Pal. TeeChip did not respond to them. They did send me an e-mail stating that if I dropped the complaint, i would receive a half refund. I went back to PayPal and escalated my complaint to a claim. Two minutes later, my claim was resolved in my favor for a full refund. This company is totally unreliable and a scam.
Send 3 emails cos did not receive items. Bought 2 sweaters from them and they did not include my unit number which the delivery co. In my country could not send and the items were returned back to them. Emailed them about this and no reply till today. Very disappointing.
Recieved my item quickly considering it came from the US to Australia. Think all the reviews come down to the fact that people are more likely to leave a review after receiving bad service. The poster I recieved is good quality and looks really good.
I ordered 2 shirts for father's day 11 business days before father's day weekend... they said it takes 5-10 business days to arrive. Well it's 10 days and it still hasn't shipped. Since it hasn't shipped I asked them to just cancel my order because I don't need the shirts now because it won't be here before father's day and the shirts won't fit my kids next year since they are babies and babies grow fast. The company could easily sell the shirts next year but they refuse to refund me back. So I spent $60 on shirts my kids will never wear. I think thats horrible customer service! Never again!
This was my first time buying from them wanted a George Strait Tee. I ordered a LG and its way to small so I sent a email, then 2 more they say they will get back to you THEY DON'T! I even tried to call them wait time is so long!. Wish I would of read all the reviews before I did this because you can't get a hold of them at all. Then saw they won't exchange it so guess I'm stuck! This company should be gone!
Teechip did the same thing to me. Sent me a low resolution print and then told me it was good enough when i sent photos back. As a former graphic designer, i know the difference between a good image and a crappy one, and what i received was clearly from latter.
Not difficult to print the vector rather than the low res bitmap.
I ordered a t-shirt saying "My Husband is DOPE". Received timely and looked great until I turned the shirt around. On the back it had 2 additional sayings, 100% unrelated to the front and unrelated to each other (the shirt I ordered should have had NOTHING on the back). The back of the shirt sayings were "I'm a Hunting Grandpa" and "My level of Sarcasm depends on your level of stupidity". While disappointed at the thought & hassle required to exchange it - I emailed TeeChip to start the exchange process and they emailed back refusing an exchange or refund saying it was printed per my personal order request. Which Seriously, I can't imagine anyone requesting something like this personalized! I absolutely did NOT order these 3 sayings on ONE SHIRT! Total screw over! Now time to get my bank involved. I shall take pride in this new hassle for refund the hard way!
I placed an order on May 11,2020, as of today, June 11,2020, I have not received my order. I tried to track my order, but when submitting my information, I'm told that my information can not be found. At this point all I want is a refund of my $28.00, and I do not plan on ever ordering from Teechip again.
I looked at all the negative reviews for this company and worried that I would not receive the mug I ordered - or what it would look like. Got it in the mail today - in one piece exactly what I expected! Very happy with my purchase
I ordered a T-shirt, which came in a timely manner. The problem was it was not the size I ordered; not even close. It didn't have any packing slip enclosed.
I initially contacting them via email, to no avail...
So, I turned to Facebook, still no reply!
Why didn't I check online prior to hitting the buy button! That's a lesson I will remember going forward.
I simply cannot get a reply. Don't purchase from them. Save yourself the headache. After reading the comments on here, It sounds like they simply don't have customer service... Terrible, Terrible, Terrible... sad
This site features images stolen from people/artists and used without their permission. The artists get no commission for the use of their work. I will not support this site until they take down stolen imagery and give the proceeds to those who created the images.
In the past week I've had to report a stolen design of mine to them 17 times. Only once did I get an email response that the design was taken down. The thieves just keep resubmitting the design and the teechip company is incredibly slow to take action to get them removed. According to their policy the thieves will only get a strike on their account and will be allowed to continue selling unless they get too many strikes. Needless to say, the results are practically useless!
I ordered a "girls fit" t shirt from TeeChip about 2 months ago. First of all, there was nothing "girls fit" about it. It was just a simple, cotton t shirt. I washed it before wearing it and it came of out of the wash with a giant rip in one of the arms. I contacted them immediately and requested a replacement or refund. Initially, I was denied either. I then escalated my complaint and was informed I would get a replacement shirt which I did a couple of weeks later. Well, this one made it through the wash with only a couple of lose strings... that is until I actually put it on. This time BOTH arm seams ripped several inches. So, to keep track... 2 t shirts, 3 rips, 0 wears. What a complete waste of time and money.
Ordered on 6/3 and still have not received. Contacted the shipping company and they have not even been brought the package yet. TeeChip is telling me they shipped it but in reality all they did was print the shipping label- do movement of the package has happened.

Scammed me as well. Promised school colors on sweatshirt. Then confirmed with wrong colors, wouldn't change so i refused delivery. They keep writing same canned response which does not answer my questions. Now in PayPal arbitration.
Glad I'm only out £23.50, ordered a t-shirt off them on the 21st July it's now the 11th August and still no shirt.
Shouldn't be too surprised though as I had a phone call a few days later from my bank about teechip.
This company is the worst ever to order from. They advertise as if they have authentic shirts and they are awful. I have tried to have someone cal me but they only communicate via email. Apparently they offer no refunds. The t-shirts from Wal-Mart are better quality than these. I spent $70 on two Houston Astros world series shirts thinking they were authentic and they are trash. I will post this everywhere to warn anyone from experiencing this awful experience.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
