I placed an order for several tee shirts. I was given 2 confirmation #'s and then 2 tracking #'s for my order. I received 1 but it's been 3 weeks and the other still hasn't arrived. Turns out the tracking # was not a valid #, the order # they gave me I've been told on their recording is not valid, there is no phone support available and they have not responded to my claim. Bad business to deal with.
What customer service? I called the number on their website twice and both times no answer. I ordered 2 shirts (2 orders because you can't order 2 different sizes for the same shirt). Both orders are to the same address but on one order it kept emailing me stating the address is invalid. Then went to try to cancel my orders... no where to cancel. Emailed customer service only to be told the order I placed no more than a half hour ago can not be canceled because it's in printing. Horrible service. Will not shop their again.
NEVER buy anything from this crap company! I bought a $24.99 Resist Smokey The Bear t-shirt and while I received it within a week of ordering, it was a cheap screen print on an even cheaper Fruit of the Loom t-shirt where the image felt crusty on top of the cotton shirt. Even worse, their size Medium was so small like it had been shrunk beforehand, so I could not even put it on (and I am slender). I emailed them immediately asking about the process to send it back and receive a Large and never heard from them. No response. This is a crap scam and PLEASE save your money. They are rip off artists. DO NOT BUY!
Thank you so much for this awesome shirt. My niece is graduating from high school this spring and with everything going on they are missing out on the last part of their senior year. I figure this shirt will make her smile. Thank you for this high quality shirt
Ordered "XXL", received shirt was definitely a small. Image print quality was very poor. Went of Claim site (for complaint) and it doesn't work when properly entering Order# and the Barcode on the shirt must also vie entered-the Barcode on the shirt was in the wrong format from what it requires. Poor quality product and non-existent customer service!
I saw this shirt on Facebook, so I ordered it. As my last review states they never sent it. Now they say it's a special order and they will not refund my money. This is a terrible way to run a company, Customer service is terrible. They need to go out of business and not rip people off!
Ordered a T-shirt and they said I would have it in 7-10 days. 2 weeks later I contact Tee Chip and they say it shipped. I called DHL and they told me they never got the item. Then Tee Chip says it was lost in transit. I wish they would not lie to me. I will never do business with them again!
I ordered shirt and paid on April 13. TeeChip said 5-10 days to ship.

In other words, a shipping label was created, but the shirt wasnt shipped. I contacted Gary through TeeChip chat. He said he was sorry for the inconvenience. I would receive the shirt in 5-10 days. After a lengthy 30 minute, unproductive chat, and a lot of canned responses, I am still very frustrated. This is not a company I would recommend anyone doing business with. I am now blocked from their FB page and cannot post any negative comments or warn people not to shop with them.

Contrary to most people, I received my order fairly quickly. But the quality of the printing is terrible, not very clean. The colors are all faded. The picture on their website was much brighter and clean. It's a pity to pay so much for such a poor quality tshirt. I won't order again.
I have never written a review in my life but this is outrageous. I ordered a sweatshirt on August 30th. It never arrived, and nobody at TeeChip has returned my emails, calls or customer complaints. I am going to elevate this to the Federal Trade Commission because this is place is ripping people off. Shameful.
I ordered multiple posters. One was the wrong background color. After months and multiple emails, I still haven't received the correct poster. They only use emails, you can't call and speak to anyone. Poster quality is ok but not great. I wouldn't buy from TeeChip again.
I had charges for $39 show up on my card. Didn't use this company - don't even know who they are. Called the number and it said no one is available to help and disconnected me. Tried to do a chat - spent 40 minutes and got no where - they asked the same questions over and over and kept insisting on an order number. Can't do order number when you didn't order and don't know who they are. What a joke - I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are just a rip off and cheat of a company.
Ordered t-shirt on Nov 6th and received tracking info stating that shirt has shipped. DHL tracking number does not exist and still on 2/1/17 have not received shirt. Tried calling multiple times and all choices on phone refer you to website or dead end call. Order #*******. Have no clue about where to go next other than to call BBB.
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I had a similar experience as someone else. First it took a month to get the product when it should have been 2 weeks at most. Second, I ordered a purple phone case, received red. Sent a picture of the one received and a picture of my confirmation clearly stating purple and they refused to send me the correct product or refund my money. What a crock, don't waste your time or money ordering from them.
I ordered 1 shirt over a YEAR ago. I was excited about it and decided to treat myself to something as the price was already outrageous for a t-shirt. 2 months after the "ship" date I still didn't receive my order. I checked the tracking and it just randomly vanished half way through the trip. I contacted customer service and it took over a week for a response. Customer service informed me that they will issue a reprint and get it to me. A few months later still nothing so I contacted them again and was told I would be refunded in 3-5 business days. Well... after a total of 1 year and 4 months of waiting I've gotten absolutely nothing, not even a follow up e-mail. Terrible company. Per their facebook page I'm not the only one this has happened to. It seems to be the norm for this company.
Also, While browsing deviant art I FOUND THE ARTWORK ON THE SHIRT I WANTED. It was stolen!

I purchased a shirt on 03/01/16. They sure took their money immediately. I received an email on 03/15/16 that due to an unexpected surge in orders my order was delayed. I FINALLY received the shirt in the mail today (03/21/16) and I am not pleased. The graphic on the front of the shirt is MUCH MUCH smaller than pictured. It appeared to be a large graphic that would cover the front of the shirt to the waist when pictured for order, but instead it only covers the chest area. I expected more for something that cost me almost $30 that had only one color print. Especially since they made me wait 3 weeks for it.
I ordered a cat mug. The quality of the product(paint) is terrible. They send automated responses and stalls. Like another customer said, they are a scam company and no customer service. HORRIBLE! They go in circles like asking for a picture which I have sent twice.
You will absolutely regret ordering from this company. I paid $27 for a t-shirt, which is already a lot, but when it came it was faded with an iron on graphic on the blandest t-shirt ever. It was for a 'December Girl' but it looked like a man's shirt. I was so disappointed and I wanted to wear it on my birthday. They are the worst, order at your own risk
We ordered our item. In tracking the package, it reached our town, but as I was informed by our postal service, sent to an undeliverable address. Consequently, the package was then sent to the Mail Recovery Center in Atlanta. In the meantime, there is no real contact information... no address, no phone number, a chat feature that doesn't work (tried three times) and an email feature that allows very limited information and hasn't been responded to anyway.
I saw a Facebook ad for a CPR related shirt. I decided to order one for my wife. There are a wide variety of sizes and colors. What you see is what you get. I will definitely use TeeChip for future purchases of quality novelty tree shirts! My wife absolutely loves her shirt.

Also, I can't track my order because the routing number is incorrect. What a waste of money!
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
