Purchased Sony Xperia 1 IV XQ-CT72 5G 12GB/512GB Dual Sim - Purple 11th Jan. Chased delivery 17th. Arrived late Jan. Stopped working wouldn't turn on.
Reported problem 2nd May. Advised I go to a Mobile Repair Shop as their was a long wait.
Shop advised they couldn't fix the phone. Reported this to them. Advised I needed to return the phone.
They then asked for £70 as part of payment for the repair. After being advised they could fix the phone and no data would be lost. I was told the Motherboard had failed.
I was offered a lower spec refurbished phone.
I requested a full refund.
They advised they could return the phone and refund the £70 for the repair.
Again I requested the full refund and advised them that under the consumer protection act I'm entitled to a full refund. The phone was less than 4 months old.
I wrote a review on trip advisor. They replied advising that I would be contacted.
Still waiting!
This isn't a small amount of money. £791.99 plus £35.99 total £827.98 plus £70 for repair £897.98!

This website is a scam! Not only did my order never arrive, but they also sent me multiple emails asking me to transfer them more money! STAY AWAY!

As described, arrived on time, was the cheapest price for this product that I found anywhere. And I had been looking for a while.

Received my order today in 8th business day as they stated, there's no problem with my iPad at all, and the price was really low.

Many people complaining about the long delivery here but I guess I'm lucky, I ordered and received the parcel in 3 days, that's really unexpected and I'm surprised.

I am really happy with this product - very easy to use and in exact way described. I use the iPad for procreate and it workshop really well!
