I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus G9750 8GB Ram 128GB Rom Dual Sim - Prism Silver on 30th of July. The product came on 12th of August even though in their website it said 6-8 days delivery time. The product came in a sealed box and inside the phone was covered with film protectors on both sides (the Galaxy S10+ comes with a pre-installed screen protector). So I thought the product was brand new and was reluctant to the fact that there was a scratch on the right side edge of the front panel. I thought it was just a scratch on the screen protector but later I found out that the scratch was actually underneath the screen protector and they cleverly hid it with a new screen protector on top. It means the phone was used before and accidentaly got scratched and they sent me the faulty device to begin with. So I contacted their customer service sending them photos and videos of the scratch and they completely ignored the fact that they actually shipped a faulty product to me and said that the scratch was made by me. How can I scratch the screen underneath a screen protector? The phone itself came with a screen protector and the screen protector has no such scratches. They asked me to get it repaired by myself and offered no other assistance. This is completely unacceptable. To everyone looking forward to buying a product from techinthebasket be aware that even though you are getting a cheaper price, I bet your product will come with some sort of fault, either major or minor. If you are lucky then it would be unnoticeable. Sadly in my case I did not get so lucky as the scratch on the screen is fairly visible and the only way to resolve it into get the screen replaced which costs £239, roughly half of the price I had paid for the phone. Choose an authorized dealer instead of techinthebasket when purchasing your product and don't make the same mistake that I have made.

- Liefertermin wurde nicht eingehalten
- Garantiefall wird nicht anerkannt, ich soll die Reparatur selber veranlassen, Rechnung einreichen und die prüfen wieviel davon übernommen wird. Smartphone 2 Monate alt!
Akku lädt nicht mehr
Firma schlecht erreichbar, kein Telefonkontakt, nur Mail in schlechten Deutsch, sträuben sich hartnäckig die Verkäuferpflichten einzuhalten.

Vermeiden!

Es dauerte zwei Wochen, bis der Artikel geliefert wurde, was die Ansprüche auf der Website bei weitem übersteigt. Es war noch nicht einmal verschickt worden, als es ankommen sollte.

Ich habe ein iPad Air 4 bestellt, das mit einem Stecker für die USA angekommen ist - nicht für Deutschland. Ich schickte eine E-Mail und bat sie wiederholt, einen deutschen Stecker zu senden, was sie ablehnten und sagten, ich solle den Reiseadapter und den USA-Stecker verwenden. Reiseadapter sind für den Langzeitgebrauch nicht sicher und ich habe persönlich einen brennen sehen, wenn er auf diese Weise verwendet wird.

Ich gab ihnen die Gelegenheit, dieses Problem anzusprechen, und sie lehnten ab.

Vermeiden Sie diese Firma und kaufen Sie ein sichereres Produkt, das schnell von einer anderen Firma ankommt!

Als Reaktion darauf werden sie wahrscheinlich behaupten, dass es als "internationale Version" vermarktet wurde, was falsch ist. Es war nicht. Es wurde über eine deutsche Website beworben und gekauft. Es wurde überhaupt nicht erwähnt, dass es mit einem nicht-deutschen Stecker kommen würde.

Ehrlich gesagt bin ich sauer auf diese Firma. Sie haben mich betrogen, um etwas zu kaufen, das sie nie wirklich verkauft haben - ein iPad mit deutschem Stecker (und hatten nicht die Absicht, es zu versenden). Das wussten sie von der Sekunde an, als ihre Anzeige live ging. Ich empfehle Ihnen, diese Firma zu meiden.
