Ordered tempered glass screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy A12, i received in 4 days, the product was worthy enough for the price offered.
It's a Scam. Simple! Paypal luckily reimbursed me.
This is a truly shocking company that should NEVER BE USED.
DPD had no order of this nature.
I CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW MUCH MISERY THIS COMPANY HAVE CAUSED ME.
They kept fobbing me off.
At one point they said, "Please don't worry, we will be in contact with DPD very soon.
It is hard to believe this company is still allowed to operate. Chances are, they'll liquidate the company and reopen under another name. My guess is they'll pursue this business model because they'll assume most people will not have the appetite to pursue their purchases.
I have told DPD about this course of action.
I was in a hurry to get another phone and £600 and two months later, I now have my money back.

Long delivery time

Bought a iphone 11 (128gb £643) in red, had it a month and it wouldn't connect to my sim. Tried a brand new sim as well as the sim from my wife's phone still wouldn't connect. Took to apple who said they could fix it (2days) BUT it was a Chinese iphone that could only be fixed in Chinese regions. Emailed titb who said it had to be sent to them 4 MONTHS OF EMAILS, YES 4 MONTHS of being fobed off I was finally offered 50% of the money back, bag of youve been warned!

DO NOT USE THIS USELESS COMPANY. You may be lucky (and its is a lottery) and get your product on time. Many are not! I ordered a MacBook Air from TechintheBasket/IDS Hong Kong on the 23rd of December 2021 and paid for faster delivery. TiB told
Me that delivery would take 4 to 6 days, but in fact (DPD) tried to deliver it on the 24th of December when there was no-one in to accept it, so it was retained by DPD. I have since exchanged around 40 email messages with TiB who continue to tell me that they are waiting for the machine to be returned from DPD, but they continually say the same thing, and no actual progress on either delivery or refund is made. TiB refuse to provide any detail on their enquiry with DPD, will not provide a contact telephone number or the details of a senior customer service manager with whom I might discuss the issue. After 8 weeks I was no further forward. TiB had my money and my machine and I had no dependable assurance from them that they knew where the machine is, when I might receive it or when I might get a refund or replacement. Their communication is generic and non-specific, and in fact untruthful. This was only resolved by Paypal who refunded my money. Chris McIntyre
Real personal experience: I bought a Huawei P10 Plus 128G Gold dazzling from TECHINBASKET (PRO) (http://www.priceminister.com//TECHINBA) and it is of bad quality... After using normally for less than one month, it broke down, showing blurry screen with many horizontal stripes... The seller TECHINBASKET (PRO) is highly irresponsible and unreliable... Even though they offer 1 year guarantee, they rejected a direct replacement or refund at first. After I wrote several complain letters, they cheated me that they would replace it. After I sent them the defective phone, they broke their promise and still sent it for repair... I cannot believe there is such untrustworthy seller in this world... Now I have spent 510 EURO and without a functional mobile phone for more than 3 months... and until now TECHINBASKET never offered me a satisfying solution... They even block customers from posting on their Facebook. BE VERY CAREFUL if you want to buy from them! Answer: The same happened to me. I think they ship in from China and until they receive it in the UK, the tracking is on hold. I suggest you give it a little time (they do say 6-8 working days on their website)
