Ive ordered many items from this site and Im very satisfied with the quality of clothing and customer service. I always receive my purchase in a timely manner and each item fits well. Its nice doing business with you and I will surely recommend you to others.
I've ordered 2 dresses so far from TBDress and they both came in perfect condition. The tracking is very accurate so it helped me know when I should be expecting the notification from the Post Office. As for the dresses, they look exactly as in the photo. One I had it done after my measurements, it fit me very well, I just had to tighten and shorten it a bit (it is specified that 5 cm would be added to the length for the heels, so be careful when you write the measurements!). The other I ordered size 12 and it was a match! In short, the experience was wonderful, the prices are affordable and the sizes are exactly as in the charts so if you know your measurements right, you won't be disappointed. The quality is superb and the handwork likewise. Thank you! I will definitely buy more dresses from here!
Do more research before ordering. Once again scammed by out of the county product. Just pay the extra cash and visit a real store. I should have done my research. Don't let the cheap cost fool you, it's not the same product as the picture. Support USA
I ordered from TB Dress over two weeks ago.My order was supposed to be delivered in five to twelve days and I still have not even received a shipping statement much less my order. I sent an email that went unanswered. I feel like I have been ripped off. I will never order from this site again and urge anyone else not to. They get zero stars all around.
Ive bought a few things from Tbdress and really like their products. Skirt is really comfortable not too long. Material is soft not see through. I ended up buying 2 more. Perfect for bumming around or dressing it up. I travelled to the Caribbean with it and was able to get lots of use.
My dress is as beautiful as advertised, it's excellent quality. I ordered it in Ivory and used the custom measurement option. I followed religiously all the rules given on dresswe for measuring myself.
Let's just say you always get what you need. I have had several bad experiences when it comes to shopping online but nothing ever went wrong when I switched to TBdress. I have spent most of my time referring my friends to the online store to enjoy what I also enjoyed. Just a quick reminder, the site really offers you an easy way to make your payments and can also offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with the job done by them.
The order took forever and then the dresses were horrible, like a junior high sewing class. Returns have too many steps, only to get a response of "The photo you sent looks like what you ordered. Total scam!
My experience was as follows: I ordered almost a month in advance my order sat in "processing" que for two weeks because of this I emailed three times before the order shipped. Conveniently the order shipped then someone responds by this point I am infuriated. The lies flowed from there. They will pretend that the ordered couldn't be cancelled from fed ex which I took it upon myself to do. They still pushed it through. My order arrived an entire week after I needed it. I had it shipped back to them with permission only of course only to pay for the shipping and never receive my money back. This company is disgusting to do business with.
Great dress! Second time ordering from them. Great quality and fabric for the price. Shoulder length is always a bit large but nothing a quick safety pin or alteration can't fix. LOVED the fast shipping time! THANK YOU!
The agents who had a chat with me were incredibly friendly, and that extra hospitality goes super far in my book—I would highly recommend this site to anyone and will definitely go back for any future fashion needs. In fact, I might have to come up with more reasons to start a fashion center and import stuff from this site.
I have to update as I feel it's only fair. After writing my review i sent a copy to the store as they had asked me to write the review. They replied and gave me the information that when my order was processed, the boots were then requested to be made. No wonder they are such good quality. It does not say that on the site. A week to make the boots is completely different to a week to get a pair off the shelf. Silly sausages. That's a selling point. Don't hide it. As the only reason I'd withheld one star was for the delay I've now given it so yes five stars. Well done
I ordered these boots from tb dresses. They seemed to sit in an awaiting shipment category for a long time. Over a week. I did email and complain as I felt that was rather a long time for a company to take to get a pair of boots out ready to be posted. I was told that they were on their way but there wasn't any tracking number. Can't say in honesty that I believed them but really what can you do. I informed the company that I had several items in my cart but I wouldn't purchase till I had received my boots and gotten an idea of the delivery time. The order was placed on August the 7th and I received the boots, which according to my order on tbdresses is still awaiting shipment, on The 31st of August. So a little over three weeks. Semi acceptable as I did not pay for shipping, but the boots were expensive ($119) so I did expect that I would receive them sooner. The wait was definitely worth it as the boots are absolutely gorgeous and very well made, so not really expensive as they are definitely very good quality and not cheaply put together. I feel I wouldn't have felt the wait was so long if the company had updated its status instead of them showing as awaiting shipment. Ok that's my gripe. All in all I would happily recommend purchasing from this store. The boots are actually better than the picture provided of them and of good quality and fit well. The customer service was quick to respond when I emailed them and didn't give the impression of a brush off and not their problem. They took the time to reply to what I had asked of them and I don't doubt that if something had gone wrong they would have been there to help with a resolution. I will go ahead and purchase the items in my trolly now so I guess that's the best recommendation I can give. I purchased two pants outfits from TBdress. I got two different sizes because sometimes I need a bigger size on top and smaller pants. It took weeks for the items to arrive and, if you want to check on your order, there is no reasonable way to do so. When the items arrived, they were awful; very poorly made, and, neither of the tops came even close to fitting even though they were my size. I have been attempting to find an address to return the items but have been unsuccessful. I sent them an email, as requested, with all my information and also, pictures of the items. I have never received an answer. Nothing works with this company. I can't believe they are allowed to do business in the US! Total Scam!
TB Dress is one online shopping company I can rely on for quality products and promising exchange offers. I’ve been a regular on the site but recently I’ve been encountering problems placing orders and logging in. Hope this bug is fixed soon.
How does sizes work? Do I need to order a size or two up from actual size? Don't have a rating for site, just viewed it today. So just clicked 1 star seeing as how wont allow me to proceed unless rated..

This is not my first experience with tbdress. As always dress arrived earlier than was stated in order confirmation, so I was nicely surprised. I assess that quality of dress is very high, and fits as expected to person who requested it.
Nothing beats the red color fashion dress from tbdress online store. They make me look very elegant when I wear my diamond jewelry. I wore these dress to my friend’s wedding party. I could not stop blushing due to non-stop flattering comments.
I ordered a new wardrobe for the season. When I finally received everything, my daughter saw it ended up claiming everything for herself. I am very happy with purchases, and apparently, need to order again. Shipping did take a long time though.
If you were ripped off like I was, you can contest the charges with your credit card company! Don't let these crooks steel your money! I got ALL my money back through Visa, didn't settle on 30% of price I paid. Don't just complain, get even!
