I've been waiting over 6 months for my order. Customer Service just replies with the run around. They refuse to refund my money. Warning everyone to please stay away from ordering with this company.
I ordered 2 dresses back in February. Got one dress but it wasn't the one I ordered. I contacted them and they wouldn't let me return it. They have never sent the second dress, as apparently they lost it in the warehouse. They've lied over and over to me. I would never recommend them. Horrible company and fraudulent pictures of merchandise!
I placed my order on January 27th and its now May 4th and I still haven't received my dress. I paid around $34 for the dress and was so excited for it to arrive but they kept saying their factory was running slow. They actually answered to my emails but i don't reccomend anyone buying from this company.
My order is now 45 days old and I have not received it. I saw so many nice things on the site and I am glad that I didn't order everything I liked. I started slowly with one dress and it appears that I have lost my money on that order.
Do not order from these idiots

Never received my order. Customer service sucks they didn't nor won't to help me with my order. I will never order here again.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I ordered a dress. They charged my account the same day. 13 days after I placed the order, I recieved an email from tbdress saying that i would be compensated for late shipping, since they still hadn't shipped my order. 5 days later, they finally ship it. I wait for 21 more days, expecting some form of compensation they informed me of, and waiting for my dress. I never recieved either. But, on the 21st day, the tbdress app told me my package had been delivered, but I never received it. Ive been messaging back and forth with their completely useless customer service, for the past 11 days, to no avail. They can't issue a refund, full OR partial, until they get the dress back. The dress I never got. So I dropped any hope of getting a refund and simply requested for the compensation they had told me I'd receive a month ago. Still the customer service can't do a single thing to help me. I wouldn't have ever even expected compensation if they didnt email me telling me I'd get it in the first place. Theyre awful and useless and I will never buy from them again.
I ordered a dress the beginning of April and still havent gotten it and my bday party is in two days!
Like the variety of options and very fair and good price points on everything. Beautiful Dress and cannot wait to wear.
They are the worst company to do business with. I spent my money back in February 2020 and they have refused to give me my money back and we are into April getting ready to go into May 2020. They are thieves. I just checked my email and now they have shipped the item out. I have asked to just cancel the items with all that is going on around the world with the Pandemic. Their clothing is horrible. I received one top and it is the ugliest top I ever received. It looked so much better on the website. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau because they are thieves. How can you send me something when you feel like it? All I wanted was my money back. I messed up and purchased from them. I will never purchase from them again!
Placed an order on 2/27/202, and paid for standard shipping, but never received my item. Reached out and requested a refund, but was offered a 10% discount off new order. Placed new order, and was told I need to pay an extra $15. I refuse to pay anything extra, and they will not refund my money!
I NEVER received the dress for my daughter's wedding. I contact Jack and he told me my order shipped on 3/16 and it would take 36days. He also said tracking was updated weekly but it hasn't updated since 3/16
My teenage son bought a jacket with his hard earn money on 3/12 he still has no jacket and we can't get in touch with anyone for his refund

Ordered a three piece dressy navy blue outfit. It arrived and the best thing about it was the plastic bag it was shipped in. M Poor quality all puckered seams- couldn't even wear it as pajamas. Website said 100% guaranteed- when asking for return address- they said I need to take it to a seamstress to fix it! Will not give me full refund. Shoddy quality- shoddy company!
It has been 2 months there is no delivery, no money back nothing, they keep saying that are sorry but I have never seen such unresponsible people
The item I requested was not shipped within 3 months of order so I requested refund they wanted to give me $5 off I said no please send refund I had to dispute with PayPal to get my money back
Ordered several shirts on January 27th 2020 and never received my order or a response from the company regarding my order until a month later with a fake tracking number, requested for a refund and they went silent.
This company is a scam I, asked that you please don't order anything from them. The process to receive merchandise will take forever to come. I place a order one month ago and I haven't received one item yet. You send a email and they keep putting it out that your merchandise is being package. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MESS. THEY TOOK $158, from me. I asked for a refund and they won't give it to me. I'm reporting the to the BBB, Better Business Bureau.

I placed an order on 3/12/2020 this company took my money from my acct on 3/16/2020 and I have yet to receive my order I have emailed them regarding this matter and too no response. Now that the month of April is approaching still no return email. I have contacted my bank so now it's a dispute I have to file. I don't recommend this website or company to no one. But they still sending me emails to purchase from them. Bad business
