I have purchased from this store once and it is definitely not an experience I would wish to ever repeat. I purchased 5 items. After a couple of days I received an email to tell me that the top I had purchased was no longer in stock. I had to choose something else up to a max of $5 difference. Ok. I chose a dress. I emailed their customer support, I use that tile with regret as there is no support in their customer support. I asked how I would go about buying the dress using the money from the top that was not in stock. No reply. My account showed no amount credited to me and any time I tried to buy the dress it came up with the full amount. I continued to email customer lack of service using their on line contact us options. 24 hour online help told me to contact them using the reply on an email I'd been sent. Their emails come from an automated service with no reply option. I tried their ticket service. The reply was the same every time, the item is out of stock. Please choose another item up to the value of $5 max difference. Would not answer my continuous question of how to do this. I tried the online email but they just never replied. Yes I did add them as contacts so no, reply emails did not go to spam, they were just never sent. This went on for two weeks. I realised that I was going to have to go with the refund option which I had avoided as they informed me that it could take up to a month. The top was instantly marked as refunded on my account but with no tracking number or reference number. I check my bank account daily but as yet no sign of the refund. My package of items now gets delivered. It has three items from my order. I enquire about the fourth item and am told not to worry it will be sent seperately. I am worried as all four items are showing on my account as being sent under the same tracking number. The first dress is very badly damaged. It's obviously been returned by another customer who has ordered a size that did not allow for her bust size. The stitching has been stretched to breaking point. When I tried it on the whole top of the dress is just stretched stitching, not a band and material. All that's visible is the stitching. It also had a blue stretch line in the middle of the skirt. Very small but still it's there. The dress is definitely not wearable. The second dress has feature boob cups. The cups are wire lined to keep them up and cover the wearers boobs. The wire had been twisted so the cups did not face in towards the body, to cover the boobs, but away from it, leaving the boobs totally exposed. The wire was only half way around the cups and was too thin to retwist back without the wire just breaking. The dress was also described as bodycon but it had been cut away from the seam so it was not body hugging but quite flared. Again for me not wearable. The third dress was perfect. It fit comfortably and looks exactly like the picture. Cannot complain about it at all. I now receive the fourth item. It is not a dress but two pieces of metal material roughly sewing together. At least that's what I think. I can't get close enough to it yet due to the chemical smell coming from it. It smells like a car service garage. I've left it to air and doused it in nearly a bottle of perfume but still the smell lingers. I contacted IVROSE and told them about the items. Again no response. Continuous emails have gone unreplied with the exception of two that gave me the response of, our records indicate that you items have been delivered. If you have not received them then please contact your local post office. I have never said I didn't receive them only that they were damaged. So, out of five ordered items one was out of stock and as yet has not been refunded, three were damaged and unwearable and I have one that is as expected. One out of five. Just the same as the stars I've given this company, but in honesty I have only given that star as there isn't an option for zero or minus stars. This has been my experience. I truely hope nobody has the same experience as I did with this store and receive their purchases as they expect them to be. Thank you for taking the time to read of my experience. I wouldn't normally write a review but IVROSE has taken the time to email me twice to tell me my purchases are showing as delivered and could I please review them and have taken the trouble to include links to two review sites so after replying to them that I would be happy to review them but that it would be an honest account of my experience, and yes, you guessed it, receiving no reply, I have done as they asked and wrote a review of them.
