I'm Stephanie and my second time purchasing on this website, this is a trash one, dresses came poor fabric/ they toke 2 months to ship items, receive some of them in 3months/ and the rest of items have been sold out and they refund half of money said that I used discount. I never used any discount at all. Now it's too late I think to discuss with my bank. But I'll call my bank anyway.
Worst worst don't lose your time and money.
TBdress is fantastic! I seriously do not know why some of the reviews have negative ratings on them! I have bought many products off them and I had no problems. I bought a Beige V-neck Strap Floral Print Dress and it arrived within 2 weeks (I live in Australia, so the shipping takes a while), that is extremely quick for delivery across the globe. Whenever I have contacted customer support about any products, they were able to reply to me extremely fast! They have such caring staff that are happy to help you! The sales at TBdress are amazing! You can pick up so many bargains. I had a budget of $100 on my last buying spree and I was able to get a few tops and pants, it added a lot to my wardrobe. The clothing is made with high quality material and won't degrade after washing and excessive use. I highly recommend TBdress to anyone who is looking for a fantastic store to get fantastic items from. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
I have made an order and when check the status it says its hold, since that time until now I don't know why its hold and I tried many times to contact them but no one answer, very bad service I don't recommend any one to buy from this fake site, I just wasted 200 $ for nothing,... shame on you.
I ordered my dress a few weeks ago and I just received it yesterday. I thankfully did not need it for a specific event or any particular date so I would just advise to keep that in mind. I saw a lot of others having issues with dresses being sent and such. I guess I'll consider myself lucky I even received the dress. Other than that, the dress is simply lovely and exactly what I hoped it would be. I would give them another look due to their selection and prices but not if I had to have the dress by a certain date.
Tbdress has everything that you would love to add in your collection. I do purchase from Tbdress regularly and they always deliver me product on time. Last week I have purchased a dress for my friend's wedding and it was amazing like always. It resembled same as the images in their website. Tbdress is always committed towards their words and never lacks in anything.
This dress I received is very flattering! Not sure if the sizes typically run small, but I ordered according to the sizing charts instead of my usual size (M instead of S), and it fit perfectly. All in all, a great shopping experience.
I once bought a pair of black high heels from tbdress and i kinda liked their services as in the staff were friendly when i called to enquire about my order i cant say much but i think its worth a try anyway.
I am 38 weeks pregnant and have a horrible time finding well fitting nursing bras since I'm a 36 H. This is the only site I've been able to find quality bras in my size. I have loved everything I purchased from Tbdress.
Every time I order from tbdress I receive a prompt service and well packaged orders. This time I had to contact customer services about extending their return policy as an exception due to the item being a birthday present and they were absolutely brilliant about it. They replied really quickly and extended the period by a few days so I can now wait until his birthday before giving him the trainers :)
Poorly made/damaged upon arrival. Order a secondary dress on the same day 2 months ago and still hasn't arrived. Attempted contact with customer service to return the product and cancel my other dress order due to the poor quality of the dress I received. The following is what they emailed me back.

Relatives or friend as a gift or resell it locally at a good price."
Sad to say with the information Satisfaction Guarantee at the top is a total lie. I am not satisfied and they really are not guaranteeing anything. I placed this order on 7/21 and just received the one dress 8/30. Tried to open an dispute, but they site will not let you. Save yourself the headache and do not order from here.
I ordered a coat and went according to their size chart. It was way too small for me. They said they did not accept returns, but made an exception but made me pay the return shipping, $19. This was back in November. I was told new coat will be shipped from China. That was 6 weeks ago, not even in the US yet. The people in the customer service can barely reply in good English. STAY AWAY!
I have ordered more than 4 times from TBDress. And i must admit, at first I thought I will have bad experience especially that it was my first online shopping. But, my wedding dress, the shoes and my dinner dresses were amazing. And their size chart helps alot, so follow it when making an order and you wont need to make alterations to your dresses. My 3 year old daughter loves the jacket! There are many details that add style to it, like the ruffles and the bow belt (which isn't something you tie - it's permanently tied with a button behind it) I think that it's fabulous, too!
Right, so I ordered a few items for £52, paid for via Paypal 2 weeks ago - having read these reviews, can I actually expect my order to arrive? If they do arrive will they fit me (size 10) or my 9 year old?!

The turn around time and feed back need to be improved in fact in at 1 time I sent you people an email up to now no response. Though my issue has been attended to as PayPal has advised me of a refund.
I saw a link while reading an article, really glad I clicked on it. Site is super easy to navigate and of course fabulous items at amazing prices. I already have some coworkers sign up and I can't wait for my order of over coats to arrive!
I've just bought from TBdress for the first time. The sizes are, of course, pretty petite. I'm an European S, but I ordered L for my dress (I think I might have fit into M too, but it would have been pretty tight) The size chart is pretty accurate though.
So, yes, the sizes are small, but there is a size chart for every dress. (There is no excuse if you buy a size too small :D)
The variety of dresses and clothes in general is huge! Which is a huge +.
The delivery was very fast. It came within two weeks, despite Christmas holiday madness.
Only critique I have: While the dress was beautiful and a good fit and all, quality-wise the clothes are not the best. Of course, the price is very cheap - especially considering those gorgeous designs - but beware that the fabric isn't really good. (but then, what do we except from such a price^^)
Plus, I wish they would have given me a tracking number for my package. They shipping status was never updated - but it arrived, so... it's okay.
Don't waste your money by buying their disaster products. The quality is not a defined word in this company. There is not even a simple tag on the dresses, I don't know whether they are second hand or not. The size of them is not fit. They shipped my order in 4 separated parcels within 2 months and DHL charged me for the price equal the cost of dresses. So shipping is NOT free.
