If it is too good to be true then it is. Purchased dress for 208.59 for wedding. NEVER received dress and asked for refund. Have not received to this day!

Made a order and they reported my order was delivered but would not give the name of the US delivery service that reported my order delivered, I have a security camera on my driveway and no delivery has been made and they want to refund my money which I refused and demanded my order be delivered.

Ordered an item, they charged my card, realized it was probably a scam, requested a refund, they ask me for an order number, they had not given me an order number, without an order number they can't refund my money. SCAM!

I placed my original order almost 4 months ago at this point and have yet to receive any part of my order. I have reached out to their support team 3 separate times now (with some email threads have 2 or 3 follow ups each) and their "respond in 48 hours" has never been honored. My oldest email reaching out to them goes back two months and has yet to receive a response.

Absolutely would not recommend. It seems like they take your money and run

I watched tracking proceed normally ending with "delivered" and "package in place."
Where this item was delivered and in what place is a mystery. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiry. Lesson learned…

Please do not order ANYTHING from this place! They are quick to withdraw your money and not deliver your merchandise. This place is a scam! I am warning people with this review. I ordered an underdesk treadmill. Got no email confirmation, then emailed them about it and days later got some false order number with some "non-existent" tracking number.it said delivered and was never at my house. I had to go cancel my bankcard and get a new one reporting them to fraud! Not worth your time. Do not browse or even shop on this site. I got crickets when I demanded for a Refund!¡! They have no actual customer service line. When I called it hung up on me immediately. If I could rate this a negative 100, I would. By the way, I never leave reviews! This is worth warning folks about though.

ITEM NEVER DELIVERED - SENT FAKE CONFIRMATION INFO
You never receive an order confirmation after placing the order but the money is charged to your Credit card. They will initially send you a response to your email with FAKE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NUMBER FROM CHINA to US. This number cannot be tracked. When you ask them to confirm the number and address shipped to, they do not respond. Should be Negative stars...

RETAIL CLOTHING *******@outlook.com is the email address used to respond to questions. Email shown on website is *******@outlook.com which is also used for a different website SHOESPIE.com (can only assume this is a SCAM as well)

What a shame Tbdress. I need my bride dress or my money back.
They said it was already delivered and arrived in the United States, but it didn't arrive at my house! I went to all the post offices and I couldn't find WHAT A SHAME

My wedding will be in may. I bought my wedding dress in January. After two months I received an email that they had already delivered my dress a week ago. I never saw the dress. Unfortunately I didn't get it! I don't have money to buy another one and I don't know what to do. Please do not buy from this site! They deceived me.

My friends advised us to use this site when they bought new clothes for a cocktail party. It took me a long time to choose what I want))). Delivery is fast, high quality clothes.

$#*! quality. Not close to pictures. Worst material. Returned it and never gave my money back. I still write them but never receive an answer. SCAM.

THEY CLAIMED THEY DELIVERED MY PACKAGE. BUT THE ONLY THING THE TRACKING SAYS IS DELIVERED TO THE UNITED STATE BUT NOT TO MY HOME.THEN I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO RESPOND. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THEM.

I ordered a garment and paid 179.00 for it. The online photo was beautiful. Shipping was supposed to take 12 days. After no seller response I opened a PayPal dispute. The seller then responded. It took 5 weeks from time of purchase to receive. The garment was of the worst quality, I even took it to a professional seamstress and was told it was not alterable due to it's poor workmanship. Another dispute was opened with PayPal. Once PayPal looked into TBdress account the case was closed in my favor for a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought this dress because I had a similar dress but what I received was far from the pictures shows. This dress is a printed version of the original and not worth the amount spent including having to pay duties which the site does not warn you about

Good price quick efficient delivery with good communication. Excellent service. I am highly recommended.

I ordered 3 dresses it took over a month to arrive. The worst quality and I can't reach anyone in customer service for a refund. No phone number to call just an email address that no one answered.
Do not waste your money!

If I could give this company a zero review, I would. They sent me the wrong dress and haven't responded to the dozen or so messages I've sent to them. I want a refund for their error

No item received months later. No communication nor updates through all platforms! Complaint coming to ACCC Aus
Take action people, this is unacceptable!
