I needed a flower lapel pin for resurrection sunday and i needed it within two weeks this was my first experience with tbdress.com and I am well pleased with the timing and the prices this website has i would like to see a bigger variety of lapel pins but that's just my thing. All in all i will definitely shop here again...
Dress arrived as ordered and just beautiful. It is my daughters wedding dress and we both could not be happier. The people that we dealt with were more than helpful and nothing was a bother. I buy mostly all my clothes and accessories here. I love that I can be fashionable and yet not lose all the $ in my pocket. Yes, the clothes don't last long, but totally understandable; you pay for cheap but trendy clothes, you wear them for one season and that's it. If I want something classic that will last for years, then I'd also be willing to shell out the big bucks for it.
I bought a green loose long sleeve dress from TBdress (order #*******). This dress is super cute and fits me so well! The color is exactly what's shown online. The material is really soft and very comfortable.
Is this how u people treat your customers, when u make payment no receipt no tracking number, can I please get information about my order, this was they weeding Gown I order for.

This was my first time ordering off this website. I paid $37 EXTRA for express shipping which said 3-8 business days. Mind you, I ordered weeks ago. So all together i spent $77. Well it's past 3-8 business days. I have missed the deadline I needed my order. And when I try to talk to someone, no one is available. It's bad that as a first time customer, I had to deal with this and to spend that much money to never get what I ordered. I advise you all to never order from here! I don't want what happened to me, to happen to someone else. I will NEVER order from this company ever again. And I will continue to tell my peers to never order from here.
I ordered two items. One has arrived only and it is totally different material than it was shown and promised on the web site. This company is scam and all other reviews are probably from within company.
I have never had such fantastic service from a company in my life. I can not understand how anyone is complaining about Tbdress. The quality of each dress I received was amazing. The customer service was outstanding.
Worse company ever for a wedding dress. Ordered mine had to give them my measurements 4 times. When they FINALLY sent it, it was wadded up in a flat shoe box, looked nothing like the pictures and not even close to my size, trying to get in touch with them after they get your money is a joke, so now i have to buy another dress but i will go to a shop. Thanks for taking my money stressing me out more and not responding, customer service my $#*!
I was in shock over how many reviews were exactly as mine was going to be, not kidding. I got my second dress today from this TBdress and its absolutely crap. I cant describe it any better. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS. These dresses are not made with the same quality of materials or sewn properly. They are junk. I have wasted over $500 on two gowns and the photos are not photos of their work, it is from the sites they rip off to make the so called dresses the same! The colors and quality of the stitching on these dresses are like a poor copy. I think I could have made better dresses at my first attempt to sew, not kidding. Save your money. I have a dispute going on with PayPal to get my money back. They need to read these reviews and see what kind of company's are out there ripping us off.

The item was delivered to me in less than 7 days by taking an online payment. I was so impressed on seeing the material as they have high quality maintained. For once I loved something that had been bought online. Sometimes you get that when you buy something online, what is delivered is totally different. TBdress delivered my dress just the way I had ordered. There those online stores that can even send you wrong orders and when it comes to refund it will be a major issue. Well if you want to experience the best way to shop online for dresses, then check out TBdress.
The dresses arrived late, didn't fit, and they will not issue a refund. The website advertises easy returns, but when I requested one, they informed me of how difficult it is to send back to China, and they can only give me a 40% refund. I have emailed numerous times, and most of the responses are the same thing, avoiding the questions, or stating the loss for them if they do the return, despite what their return policy states. I even copied and pasted their return policy, as well as a photo of it, and the response is still the same. After nine emails, and even uploading unnecessary photos of the dresses (per their request), they spoke to a manager and offered a 50% refund. That is not what their return policy states.
I have shopped at VS and many more but TBDress has the most awesome selection ever at incredible prices. I am a lifetime shopper with them for sure for everything and their items are very high quality.
When I came to know about TB Dress I did not have to look anywhere else for any clothes at all. Winter-wear, summer-wear, casuals or formals, I get it all at this one-stop online shop. It would be awesome if you guys can add some variety to the accessories as well!
This was the very worst experience of my entire life.
I ordered an A-Line dress in burgundy from TBDress. When I received this dress, after an extra week of waiting, I opened the package to a bright red dress that was most certainly not an A-Line dress.
When I contacted them about it, I received an email that stated they were out of the office for the next two weeks. I had to wait and never received a reply. I ended up emailing them again regarding this situation. After about seven or eight emails back and forth, with my supplying close to a dozen photos proving that this dress was not at all what I ordered, they told me that they were unable to do anything for me. They said that their product was excellent and I didn't know what I was talking about.
Do NOT order from TBDress. Ever. This was the worst experience - both with the extremely poor quality and the seriously awful customer service.

I took a serious gamble buying a wedding dress online, sight unseen, but I have to confess that the dress I received was absolutely exquisite. Come April 2018, I will confidently walk down to the aisle to marry the love of my life, wearing a beautiful gown that only cost me $168! I am so happy with my purchase and the dress is fabulous, trendy and will probably last me for a long time, since I didn't go for the classic white gown. Ordered denim jeans jacket which looked very beautiful in the picture but when I received it was $#*!ing bad. It's like they made out of old grandpaa's pant and made it. Was super big, very poor quality, threats hanging everywhere, no where to see denim tag even though they fully said that it's denim jeans hood jacket. I regret buying from this TBdress :(.
