I bought a musical snow globe for my granddaughter that was supposed to arrive before Christmas. The charge was on my credit card but the item never arrived. Right after the holiday I contacted the company via email and got an immediate response. I was offered an apology and a chance to cancel my order. I chose NOT to cancel. Shortly after this correspondence, I got an email from the company saying I would be getting a full refund AND the item will still be shipped when it becomes available AT NO COST TO ME. It came two days ago, 3 weeks after Christmas. Customer service was great! I thought the whole thing was a scam but, happily, I was very wrong!
I placed an order on 12/11. On 12/18, they printed a label for one of my items. It actually shipped on 1/2 and will arrive about a month late. The other item also shipped late. They only provide an email for customer support and do not respond for a week. I asked to cancel my order multiple times. Now, I have items to return and there does not appear that there's any way to initiate a return on their website. There's nothing about how to return in the package. Once again, there's only an email and they do not respond. This whole experience has been horrible.

I 3 ordered Christmas ornaments the day after Thanksgiving. It's Decenber 22 and I just got email saying 1 item has shipped the other 2 are still preparing to ship. I'm guessing they took more orders than they had product, but this is the first communication since my order was confirmed. I ordered from the "official store" for the sake of legitimacy. But Universal obviously can't handle merchandise. Maybe they should let Target run their storefront.

Placed order for this cardigan 2 days before Halloween, meant for a Christmas present for my daughter. It's now December 17th and order still unfilfilled! And I receive only canned responses from "customer support". Thinking of writing a letter of complaint to….who? What next steps can I take? Soooo frustrating. Another order took several weeks to deliver. What I did receive from that order was decent quality. But I won't order from here again, I'll buy knockoffs next time from somewhere else.

I purchased several items from the Taylor Swift Official website to ensure authenticity, avoiding random knock-off sites. Despite placing my order in early November, my items have not arrived as of the end of January. Despite numerous emails, I only receive automated responses without any real answers or updates from a human representative. The lack of a contact phone number and transparency adds to the frustration. It seems they are selling merchandise they don't possess, which is unacceptable. I have asked for a full refund and again have been ignored. This experience has been disappointing, especially considering the reputation of Taylor Swift's brand.
Purchased hoodies for the grandkids for Christmas. Never arrived. Now 1/6 and after i sent them an email asking they said it shipped and sent tracking. Tracking shows nothing even 3 days later. I paid for next day air so sent another email that they did not read and responded with i needed to wait a week to see if it arrives. Unbelievably bad service over months they have driven me to the point of tears. Numerous orders never arrived and ruined xmas for the kids, we got a refund. But the last order I waited on til today they just refunded me - for months they had 4 items and waited on 1 more - they just deleted the whole order today because 'whilst you were waiting on one item the others sold out'. They literally sold my items that I bought last year, that were in stock, now sold to other people. From underneath me. Un-freaking-believable I am livid. And so sad to tell my daughter xmas got ruined twice. And that's how they drove me to tears of frustration.

I love Taylor but the customer service on this website is NOT Swiftie like. Days to respond, only to respond with some canned BS that theyll respond in few days. I have been trying to return an item I purchased in October (received in December), since December. They received it before christmas according to tracking. Still no replacement or refund. I am so done with this cardigan. It isn't worth the time at this point. By the time I reeive it, itll be spring or possibly summer. No thanks.

If I could give these guys zero stars, I would. I never received my order in time for Christmas as promised and when I tried to cancel it, they said I couldn't because it had already shipped. However, when I tracked it through Fed Ex, it was just sitting at a warehouse in Michigan. When it arrived I took the order BACK to Fed Ex to refuse it and file a claim. They said they never received it, despite my sending a copy of the Fed Ex receipt. I'm still battling with them over $41 -- at this point, it's not the money -- it's the principle of the matter. They are a disgrace to Taylor Swift!

This woman/girl walks around preaching how much she cares about her fans and yet allows these young people to spend ALL of their money on her crap that they don't even deliver. Somehow in 2023 you place an order and 7 weeks later it still is not shipped BUT they TAKE hundreds of dollars out of your account the day you place an order. When you email you get "they are looking into it and it will take longer if you send a second request". What a load of crap - I will never purchase any of her products or support her in any way ever! She is a fake liar and only out to steal people's money!
Whoever is the printer for her merchandise has a terrible time getting things even shipped. I canceled my last order because of waiting over two months and it was still not shipped now this order has been placed almost 7 weeks ago and still has not shipped. Seems pretty bad that a multi millionaire has a clothing line or a Murch line that should know, or comprehend the amount of merchandise that would be needed to keep up with supply and demand. However, it seems those in charge do not know how to do their jobs correctly.
Placed an order on December 17th for my nieces birthday that was in January. After weeks of receiving nothing more than a confirmation email, I contacted support only to get a copy paste reply about delays. Waited another week before I again reached out and got the exact same response. Luckily I used PayPal when purchasing so opened a case against them. It was only after the case was opened that I got a response and then the sent a shipment confirmation trying to satisfy a response to the case. Unfortunately the tracking sits at label printed because they apparently still don't have any product to actually send out. What an absolute joke. Working on getting refunded through PayPal now. Will never order here again and would advise anyone else to do the same.
Purchased 2 sweaters in July 2023. They didn't "ship" till October 2023. Mid November, I got an email from the Taylor Swift store saying my package was delivered even though it wasn't. The tracking number on Fedex shows PENDING status. Wrote 10 separate emails to Taylor Swift customer service and got 2 bot responses back. No other replies. Now going through credit card company to get my money back. Taylor Swift should be ASHAMED of her online store. Absolute worst customer service ever.

I ordered 2 items for my daughter for Christmas in November. Order says unfulfilled. Paid 42.00 in shipping even though it said free shipping if total was over 50.00. I still ordered because I thought her official site would be legit. Still unfulfilled status on order, no phone number to call and same email responses every time. Don't waste your time on ordering here, just giving your money away.

I ordered a sweat shirt for my granddaughter at the beginning of December and paid for the 3 day shipping, it's December 20th and it the tracking finally moved from received you order to it's on the way but won't get here until after Christmas. This is very disappointing you shouldn't have people pay for fast delivery and it doesn't get here in time. And I'm sure there is no refund for my shipping. Worst on line experience I've had. But who cares right still making that $$
It's lovely to see Taylor Swift preform 7 concerts in Australia but unfortunately the 4 concerts in Sydney NSW have been booked out by demand from other states of Australia which makes alot of young girls miss out on seeing their idol. It would of been more sensible to preform in all the major cities of Australia so that way the 2 states would of not been booked out by other fans from QLD, PERTH & ADL.
That would of made it easier for the little girls (fans) to actually get tickets and not be so heart broken and lose faith in their idol 💔 😢

I ordered and was charged $85 for 2 t-shirts for my daughter for Christmas. I have emailed the website 7 times over the last 4 weeks and only get bot answers, the same generic email each time. I have asked for an update, nothing, I have asked for a refund, nothing. Have never had to deal with such a horrible company that just outright steals from people.

Sent numerous emails only a cursory reply no help. Ordered another in stock item paid for next day air, got an email saying it was out of stock till April 2024 Then they hit my credit card in 12/19 for the full amount, send an email saying it shipped 12/30 to date no shipment info from UPS even though it has been 6 days and I paid $35.00 extra for next day delivery to have it for Christmas save yourself alot of Grief I order knock offs from Etsy less $ and hassle
I purchased a shirt for my wife to wear for a swift event and upon my confirmation it said there was a backorder. I immediately contacted them and requested a cancel and refund. 2 weeks later they email saying order finally shipped. I reached out again saying to cancel and they said since it processed it cant be undone. I have submitted a claim with my CC and hopefully get $88 worth of a shirt with 3day shipping added on top. What a lame company and experience.
I was excited to place my order for Taylor Swift merchandise. After I got it all in my cart, I tried to enter my credit card only to find out that they do not accept Visa or American Express. And this day and age that's absolutely ridiculous.
I decided that I really wanted some of the things, so I had a friend use her MasterCard and order the items for me. We couldn't wait for them to arrive.
Unknowingly when I ordered what I thought was a crewneck, long sleeve shirt, it ended up being a sweatshirt. I don't remember seeing the word sweatshirt in the posting for the item.
Upon receipt of the item, the picture of Taylor Swift, bending over was nothing but a cheap iron on transfer ridiculous and appalling is all I can say. Also, I noticed the band around the collar, and the band around the sleeves are two different shades of white. This item is total garbage and will be going back. I shouldn't have to pay for shipping because of the crummy quality of the product.
Additionally, I ordered six of the posters. They were also shipped in a horrible way. There is a plastic tube that is inside of the posters. The posters are all rolled around a plastic tube, and it is wrapped in plastic bubble wrap. Not only is it wrapped in plastic bubble wrap, but the posters were shipped in a plastic bag. Many of the edges Were not clean, In addition to the quality is so poor, it's almost laughable. It's no different than me getting a low image, quality from the Internet, and printing it on an ink jet printer. Let alone all the wrinkles in the posters. They are all going back to.
Whoever is controlling the merchandise for Taylor, Swift really needs to take a look, and how the fans who dedicate their interest in Taylor, Swift, and come to terms with providing some decent quality merchandise that they deserve for all of their support.
Don't waste your time ordering anything. I've ordered albums and I'm a bit skeptical about those too.
Paid a ridiculous amount of money for overnight air shipping but didn't care, it was for my daughter for Christmas. Today makes 10 days and the item hasn't even shipped yet. Emailed them, no response! Beyond angry! Hell of a business you have going there! Great service.
Placed an order and tried to cancel it immediately so I could order the correct item. The only option is to send an email. That was 2 days ago, and I paid for overnight shipping g, so no doubt is already sent and it will take a long time to return and get my refund.

I wish these reviews of the website would get back to Taylor because I feel certain she would make sure things gets fixed: in a day and age of online shopping and shipping, these guys need to do so much better, I ordered a $500+ order at the end of July and all of them showed in stock - I needed them for October and it just never came- none of it. They did give me my money back when asked but never apologized or tried to make it right in any other way. Then I mistakingly tried again for Christmas, placing orders both in October and November. Neither of them have shipped and it's a week away from Christmas. I got an update saying one of the items (out of about ten) from one of the orders isn't available until January so I have to wait until then for any of the things I ordered to ship because of the type of shipping I chose, even though I chose a type that said they'd all be here for Christmas. I tried to talk to customer service and they said "it will be worth the wait" … and when I tried to ask about my other order from November (both items said they'd ship within a week in the website) … they haven't responded in days. It so unbelievable that Taylor who strives for literal perfection could allow her own website and product store to be so awful. If Taylor can be upset at Ticketmaster for not handling the demand of her Eras Tour tickets certainly she can evaluate a better solution when the demand on her own website is "unexpected" as I was informed as some kind of solution to my Christmas purchases. (See below) … These issues need fixed!
