Can even cancel

2 minutes after making order, they won't let you update an address even if you have no idea where the package is being shipped. They expect you to go to the address thier website sends it to and then deliver it back for a refund... won't even let me cancel order when it won't ship for 4 more days.

Very poor experience
January 4, 2024

I placed an order on 12/11. On 12/18, they printed a label for one of my items. It actually shipped on 1/2 and will arrive about a month late. The other item also shipped late. They only provide an email for customer support and do not respond for a week. I asked to cancel my order multiple times. Now, I have items to return and there does not appear that there's any way to initiate a return on their website. There's nothing about how to return in the package. Once again, there's only an email and they do not respond. This whole experience has been horrible.

Paid a ridiculous amount of money for overnight air shipping but didn't care, it was for my daughter for Christmas. Today makes 10 days and the item hasn't even shipped yet. Emailed them, no response! Beyond angry! Hell of a business you have going there! Great service.

I purchased several items from the Taylor Swift Official website to ensure authenticity, avoiding random knock-off sites. Despite placing my order in early November, my items have not arrived as of the end of January. Despite numerous emails, I only receive automated responses without any real answers or updates from a human representative. The lack of a contact phone number and transparency adds to the frustration. It seems they are selling merchandise they don't possess, which is unacceptable. I have asked for a full refund and again have been ignored. This experience has been disappointing, especially considering the reputation of Taylor Swift's brand.

Items Never Received
January 16, 2024

Placed an order on December 17th for my nieces birthday that was in January. After weeks of receiving nothing more than a confirmation email, I contacted support only to get a copy paste reply about delays. Waited another week before I again reached out and got the exact same response. Luckily I used PayPal when purchasing so opened a case against them. It was only after the case was opened that I got a response and then the sent a shipment confirmation trying to satisfy a response to the case. Unfortunately the tracking sits at label printed because they apparently still don't have any product to actually send out. What an absolute joke. Working on getting refunded through PayPal now. Will never order here again and would advise anyone else to do the same.

Beware!
December 27, 2023

I ordered 2 items for my daughter for Christmas in November. Order says unfulfilled. Paid 42.00 in shipping even though it said free shipping if total was over 50.00. I still ordered because I thought her official site would be legit. Still unfulfilled status on order, no phone number to call and same email responses every time. Don't waste your time on ordering here, just giving your money away.

I ordered and was charged $85 for 2 t-shirts for my daughter for Christmas. I have emailed the website 7 times over the last 4 weeks and only get bot answers, the same generic email each time. I have asked for an update, nothing, I have asked for a refund, nothing. Have never had to deal with such a horrible company that just outright steals from people.

Unbelievably bad service over months they have driven me to the point of tears. Numerous orders never arrived and ruined xmas for the kids, we got a refund. But the last order I waited on til today they just refunded me - for months they had 4 items and waited on 1 more - they just deleted the whole order today because 'whilst you were waiting on one item the others sold out'. They literally sold my items that I bought last year, that were in stock, now sold to other people. From underneath me. Un-freaking-believable I am livid. And so sad to tell my daughter xmas got ruined twice. And that's how they drove me to tears of frustration.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts and a T-shirt for Granddaughters' Christmas and paid an extra $30 for expedited shipping even though Christmas was over two weeks away. Now 1 week post Christmas and still nothing. Not only have I not received the merchandise, I've not even received an order confirmation. I've emailed several times but have only been given the run around. One email response stated they had my order for TWO items. I asked for clarification but only got vague responses. I asked to cancel a few days after Christmas and was told they would send the merchandise and a refund. I've received nothing. Avoid at all costs!

Purchased hoodies for the grandkids for Christmas. Never arrived. Now 1/6 and after i sent them an email asking they said it shipped and sent tracking. Tracking shows nothing even 3 days later. I paid for next day air so sent another email that they did not read and responded with i needed to wait a week to see if it arrives. Again i paid for next day air delivery, would never buy from them again. Buyer be ware

I would give them a minus stars if that was an option. Ordered a hoodie it said shipped never arrived The shipper was created but FedEx never received the pkg. Sent numerous emails only a cursory reply no help. Ordered another in stock item paid for next day air, got an email saying it was out of stock till April 2024 Then they hit my credit card in 12/19 for the full amount, send an email saying it shipped 12/30 to date no shipment info from UPS even though it has been 6 days and I paid $35.00 extra for next day delivery to have it for Christmas save yourself alot of Grief I order knock offs from Etsy less $ and hassle

The Worst
February 5, 2024

If I could give these guys zero stars, I would. I never received my order in time for Christmas as promised and when I tried to cancel it, they said I couldn't because it had already shipped. However, when I tracked it through Fed Ex, it was just sitting at a warehouse in Michigan. When it arrived I took the order BACK to Fed Ex to refuse it and file a claim. They said they never received it, despite my sending a copy of the Fed Ex receipt. I'm still battling with them over $41 -- at this point, it's not the money -- it's the principle of the matter. They are a disgrace to Taylor Swift!

I love Taylor but the customer service on this website is NOT Swiftie like. Days to respond, only to respond with some canned BS that theyll respond in few days. I have been trying to return an item I purchased in October (received in December), since December. They received it before christmas according to tracking. Still no replacement or refund. I am so done with this cardigan. It isn't worth the time at this point. By the time I reeive it, itll be spring or possibly summer. No thanks.

So I was in the United States staying with my mother for 6 weeks and ordered a hoodie from the Taylor US site for my daughter for Christmas. It was mid November and it said it would ship within one week. Well 6 weeks passed and it had not shipped. Even when it said it shipped it really hadn't. When you tracked it it said label was created but hadn't shipped. So unfortunately I returned to Canada without receiving the hoodie. Well to deal with the disappointment I ordered a hoodie from the Taylor Canada site. Guess what same terrible experience! Order still hasn't shipped even though it said it would ship by December 27th. So right now down $200 and still no hoodies in hand.

I made 3 orders at the beginning of November and none of the items have shipped yet! Everytime my daughter begs me to buy her things from the Taylor Shift store it takes MONTHS to get it even though you pay top dollar for the items... 65 dollars for a cardigan and yet it takes 12 weeks to even begin the shipping process?!?!?! By the time my daughter gets it, it won't be winter any longer... I will not order anything else until shipping can be done in a timely fashion...

I'm a huge TS fan as is my niece. When Folklore dropped I immediately ordered merch for her. Some of it shipped but the Folklore CD did not. I ordered it the day of release in 2020. It is now February of 2022 and it has not shipped. I emailed the customer support team and they said that there is nothing they can do per company policy because the item has shipped. However, if you look at the tracking information, USPS has not received the package from them. I do not recommend ordering through the merch store. I hope Taylor is able to get a better merch team in the future because I want to support her, but unfortunately Universal Music does not care to serve their customers well.

I 3 ordered Christmas ornaments the day after Thanksgiving. It's Decenber 22 and I just got email saying 1 item has shipped the other 2 are still preparing to ship. I'm guessing they took more orders than they had product, but this is the first communication since my order was confirmed. I ordered from the "official store" for the sake of legitimacy. But Universal obviously can't handle merchandise. Maybe they should let Target run their storefront.

We bought a signed album for $50. Waited for about 90 days and it didn't show up. Contacted so-called Customer Service, who said "You only have 60 days after receiving a ship date to let us know." They truly said 'Screw you, you didn't catch us in time!' Unbelievable! Will never purchase anything else from Taylor. I hope she doesn't know what's going on, but that's also on her if she doesn't look into any of these reviews.
