Don't bother with people making taylor swift illustrations on etsy.com. You may regret this. It's so easy to get hundreds of 1 stars.
I ordered 4 items from the Taylor Swift online store on December 1,2023, expecting that everything would absolutely arrive by December 24,2023. Well, I was completely wrong. Very wrong. It is now December 22,2023, and they haven't shipped a single item, much less even email me that there was going to be a delay. I wish I would have looked at the reviews for that website, because if I had seen them then I definitely would NOT have ordered anything from that store! I have emailed them at least 30 times and all I ever get is an automated response that says that they are "looking into my order". That's ridiculous! They're not looking into anything! They don't care that their website promises to ship items within 1-2 days and if there was going to be a delay then they would email the customer. They NEVER emailed me about anything! I was NEVER informed that there was going to be a delay and now I cannot even get a response from them after emailing them a ridiculous number of times! Whatever you do, please do not do what I did! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONLINE STORE!

Disappointed is an understatement! I ordered multiple items from Taylor Swift official site on July 24th for a birthday/Christmas gift for my sister. It is now November 19, and I just cancelled my entire purchase. Apparently my order couldn't be shipped due to a sweater that was on back order. When I asked if they could ship the remaining $120 worth of items because I needed them for her birthday present the support team stated that because I didn't select a box at checkout saying I wanted the items shipped when they became available (I was never prompted to do that) I would have to wait, or they said I could cancel my order and try to reorder the other items if they were available. They aren't available of course. To top it off, Now costumer service says that I received a digital album that is non refundable, but when I emailed them saying that I never received it In an email or anything and asked how to obtain them, they ignored it and said "Under no circumstances will the portion of your order that contains digital music be refundable. We are sorry for any inconvenience!" this must be a joke! It's sad when customers are simply trying to support an artist and give gifts to others but we never received them and are forced to cancel. Horrible customer service
If I could rate them a negative number I would do so. Paid 35$ for a necklace that is a junk.

Taylor Swift is a celebrity that is portrayed as really adoring her fans, but her website tells a different story. The merchandise is overpriced especially given the quality is not great, the shipping fees are exorbitant, and they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The first order I placed on Taylor Swift.com took over 6 MONTHS to arrive. It was a $65 sweatshirt that, when we eventually got it, turned my daughter's skin and watchband blue. Even after that, I decided to give the site a second chance. My daughter wanted the signed Red cd. The site was advertising free shipping on orders of $50 or more. I decided to add another item to my cart, just to find out that music wasn't included. So, I added another item. My order totaled $130. I should have gotten free shipping, right? But no! When I went to check out the charged me over $22 for shipping. I knew my daughter really wanted the cd, so I put the order through, thinking it was just an error that could be rectified with a simple call to customer service. Well, I was wrong about that too! There is no number for customer service. You have to email, and it takes days to get a response. After going back and forth with a representative via email I ended up canceling part of my order when all I wanted was a $16 credit. If I had ordered the cd alone it would have cost me less than $6 in shipping. Because I added the two extra items to get the free shipping, they charged me $22 to ship all of it, stating that when music is included in the order, the shipping is not free. How ridiculous is that?!? If I had placed two separate orders I wouldn't have been charged a shipping fee for the two additional items, but they wouldn't just refund me the difference. They'd rather lose a sale. It was such a frustrating and disappointing experience. I will never order another thing from Taylorswift.com. My daughters will be devastated, but I'm just not willing to be taken advantage like that!
