I absolutely love Target! I frequently shop here and love their policies and products. The only issue I had was for my wedding registry (I told you... I love Target!). They kept sending products to the wrong address and the customer service was a pain to deal with on the phone. However, when going into the store and dealing with them they were absolutely amazing and resolved the problem right away!
I will never order from target.com again! I ordered an item for my daughter on 12/13/16 that was estimated for delivery on 12/17/16. On 12/19/16, I contacted target and was told that the item had been placed on back order after I placed the order. I was told it would be received no later than 1/17/17. I then received notification on 1/11/17 that the back order had been extended now until 2/23/17. I called target customer service and was told that the item has been discontinued! Why then, do they keep extending the back order deadline and continue to string me along. I was told that a lot of times their website isn't up to date with what is actually available. I understand the initial oversight with the order placement, but why when they realize that I will never receive the item do they just keep on and keep on giving false hope! This is ridiculous! Never again!
I do a lot of shopping online and love to beat the crowds. Target has some great deals and I buy online and then just go to my local store and pick it up the same day. The only thing is they have to have the item in stock at that store. But for me that saves so much time walking all over to see if they have it to find out they are out. This is just so convenient for me. Love this for those busy days.
I ordered three items offline and one of the item came in a pack of 12 and I only received a pack of 10. Also ordered Vaseline and when I received my package, the Vaseline had melted and went spread all over the other items. Whe taken back in the store they said there was nothing they could do. I would not go online and order anything. They are not dependable.
My gift card balance strangely changes from $37.83 to $13.12 but when I called to inquire about the list the transactions they refused to tell me. Gift card manager named Angel told me I can only inquire about a specific transaction that I know. That's funny. I don't get the list of transactions, how can I inquire anything.
I order from Target all the time- that is the only way I can support them since I do not have a local one. Shipping is always free, and most prices are lower than Walmarts. They carry many more cruelty free products that I love to buy and I like supporting their choice of enriching the changing lifestyle of many young americans to become transexuals and be comfortable using whichever bathroom they deem fit.
Unless you get something that's back ordered, shipping is relatively fast. I have had problems with things taking a while that were back ordered. Saying it was in stock when I ordered it and then it wasn't, because of this I took off a star. Otherwise it's a trusted brand with good quality products and quick shipping.
It doesn't matter what the culture is. However, in order to successfully run your business it's imperative to have employees speak English. What is the point of being in business if customers cannot even get a simple location of a product because employees don't speak a spit of english. I almost left the store and done business someplace else if I was unable to locate the product. The consumer cannot be responsible of learning a variety of languages just to go to the corner store. Please do something about this.
Always my favorite for shopping. They have anything and everything available. Fast and accurate ordering, shipping and quality. The actual stores are always so clean and not overcrowded like other department stores.
My order from Target was lost, which I found out 5 days before Christmas. Target said they would issue a refund in the form of a eGiftcard. I used PayPal, which I love, as my form of payment when I placed the order. I was told there was nothing that could be done other than giving me the eGiftcard. As wonderful as PayPal is, don't use it when ordering from Target online. You won't get your money back. You will be stuck with a Target gift card. Since I don't plan on shopping there again, I don't know what good a Target gift card is to me now. I have never had such an unpleasant online shopping experience.
Love the merchandise selection, quality and prices. They have such a great selection of makeup, perfume and hair products. So thankful we now have one to shop locally. I love to shop online too though.
I don't purchase as much from Target, but what I have ordered was shipped in a timely manner. I'm actually spoiled to Prime Membership. We have a local Target, but probably not as big as the Super Targets. I do have the option of returning things to the local Target, just in case things didn't work out.
I'm doing my best to minimize my carbon footprint, so I decided to switch to compostable trash bags. Got the GoGreen ones from Target online. Honestly, the shortest product review ever: they're great, the ordering was simple, and they arrived in two days. Good job, GoGreen.
I drove 60 miles for a tv that showed on their web site to be available ( in stock) but to my surprise when I arrived at the store they had none... whoever is responsible for their web site should be fired. This is target in selinsgrove pa... very disappointed!
I honestly have to say this review is not about product, but about the company. Getting into a political war when you are in retail, is just bad business and unprofessional. I will NOT shop with Target after their ugly 5 mins of fame. SORRY not SORRY!
I love Target! My biggest complaint about Target is that I spend way too much time there! I walk in for one thing and I end up spending a few hours and come out with a cart full of things (that I probably did not need). LOVE Target!
I like to shop at Target too much. Is so much better than when I going to Walmart. Target have button and they are there to help in less than a minute and with a good attitude. Stores are clean and no long lines and messy and bad attitude workers like Walmart.

Every time I go to Target I am impressed with the quality of the items, the cleanliness of the stores, and especially the superior service offered by all employees. The only reason I went into Target was because my son had a $20 gift card. I bought him a movie that was $10 more than at Walmart/Amazon, which should have been $4 with gift card. 1-800 number said it was $20 with no transys and cashier said there was nothing on it. I ended up paying over price for a movie, not to disappoint my son. I called 1-800 number and spoke to someone I could barely understand, he forward me to fraud and all I heard was the sound of a hurricane for a minute. I went back to 1-800 number and my balance was zero all of a sudden. In my opinion is that Target is taking your money and not putting it on gift card and it's your job to prove you didn't use it.
I only recently decided to shop at the food store in Targets because I had been told the produce was expensive & not that good.
That information was so wrong. There is an extensive range of fresh fruit, better than any other stores I shopped in & the fresh meat & fish was of really good quality. I love to cook so I now adore this shop. The Chicken kievs are particularly nice.
Try the fruit & vegetables there is everything you need & its is on display looking so eatable.
Answer: Looks like Target has sent a lot of ringers here to up their ratings in the last few months. Nice try guys but your whole shopping experience is still subpar. To answer this question, IT DEPENDS on where you live and what you order. If you're right next to their warehouse, SURPRISE, it's there in a day and you think they are fantastic. If you live far away, the item is no longer in stock or they are slow to fill it, it could take six weeks. It did for us on a couple of occasions, SO it's the luck of the draw and certainly NOT better than Amazon.

Answer: I'm sorry. I ordered a lot from target.com and never had a problembefore, but when I finally did have a problem... hours and days on the phone. One of the service techs put me on hold for 30 minutes. Another put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. Horrible.
Answer: I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This fact was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card. I am very disappointed in Target shopping and will never buy anything from them ever again. I do not recommend Target shopping to anyone. Spare yourself some aggravation and shop elsewhere. Enough said.
