I have purchased several items from Tanga.com. Their business model could be really good since they work with 3rd party sellers to drop ship items which keeps costs low. Unfortunately this means major shipping issues where one item was never shipped (per USPS and the local post master who investigated) even though Tanga said it did and it's my fault. Another item was supposed to be shipped to Florida but was shipped to some random address in Texas instead. When you try to reach customer service you have the option of text, email, or Facebook message, none of which give a quick response. You are out of luck if you want to speak to a live person. When they do respond they push the blame for their shipping issues back onto you, the customer. I wish Tanga had their act together because I could see myself making many purchases, but at this rate I don't see them lasting long. Their Facebook page reviews show that others have had the exact same experience that I have. The first several reviews were 5 star with one being from the owner who shamelessly confirms it's him and I suspect the other 5 star reviews are employees and friends.

Why does this company, Tanga, sell you an item, tell you it will arrive by such & such date? Because when such & such date arrives, your item hasn't even been shipped yet. If you order from this company, do so 2 months in advance of when you want it.

I ordered a roller stamper and it was supposed to roll across mailed addresses. Thought cool! I'll order two! Got them... one was a bit damaged and the other totally damaged along with the shipping package too. Emailed them with my phone number and asked them to call and got an email back with (send us pics and we'll be glad to help you) glad to help me as in? I sent another email and another person said to send the pics. I called and all I got was a voicemail before the second email from them. Wow! They gave no email address to send the pics back to. I'm visiting my bank on Monday and this will be the last for me with Tanga. Bye-bye 40 employees. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I oredered a black 32gb Ipad 4. Recieved a white 16gb Ipad 2. Contacted customer service and got a form letter stating they wanted me to send a pic of the damaged and/or incorrect item so they can show their shipping dept. What? Then nothing for 6 days. I wrote every day, even called. All i heard was crickets. Filed a complaint with the BBB, had my bank take the money back and then 6 emails from them. Oh, we are sorry, but our supplier is out. I went on their websight and took a screen shot of one ey were selling on there that day. Their response was- thats a different vendor. Return the other one and buy this one, and heres a $15.00 coupon to use towards it. Serious? I dont give a flip which vendor they get it from! Send me what i ordered! I will NEVER buy from them again

I have placed several orders in the past with Tanga and have always received my orders in good shape and a timely manner. I placed an order the early part of May and I'm still waiting on 2 of the products from the order. I checked the tracking and the products are coming from China. There was nothing mentioned about these products coming from China when I ordered and if it had been stated I would not have placed an order. I sent a message to Customer Service and received a very condescending reply. I will not order from them again and hopefully I will get the rest of my order. I can go directly to AliExpress if there is some little gadget I need. With customer service like they have they won't last!

You would think an online store would be able to weigh their package and purchase the correct postage at USPS.com, but this is the 3rd time I've had to drive to my PO on my lunch hour because they didn't put enough postage on my shipment. Yest their products are a good price for the most part, but I'm no longer willing to give up my lunch hour and gas to pick up and pay more for shipping. Also, never buy any electronics stuff from them -- it's refurbished crap.

I ordered a ring from Tanga months ago and still haven; t received it. The post office showed it delivered, but I never received it. The post office tried, but couldn't trace it. My complaint with tanga is they say contact them. When you call the recording says leave your name, number and any info. And they will call back within 48hrs. Never heard a word, even though I called again, and of course the same thing nothing. Wouldn't ever spend a dime with this company as they may or may not deliver the goods, but their follow-up and customer service doesn't exist. Any company without customer is either over their heads and cann't handle the business or just does'nt give a damn. Will never do business with them again. Thankfully my purchase was not a big, big loss. I'll take the hit and never buy from them again.

Just hope you never need their customer service. I've been shopping with tanga since they first popped up on the internet. I had reached out to customer service before about an issue with an item. Never heard back from them. Then silly me I ordered something else. It's been over a month. And still no order. I emailed to ask for a refund and I was told it was out of their hands because my order is coming from a vendor. And not them... they said don't worry you'll get it soon. One week later and it's still not here.*** EDIT*** after several requests for a refund on an item I never received. I finally got through to someone who gave me a refund. They also told me my order was delivered and tried to prove it by showing me the tracking number. Except the tracking number was for another item from my purchase. Kind of silly of them to try to show me it was delivered by giving me the wrong tracking. Why not just say sorry. Anyway. They gave me a refund. (BTW Try texting them for customer service. It takes a day for them to reply to each message) And almost two months later i received the item. I'm not sure if tanga re sent the item or if it finally made its way from china. Either way it's pretty jacked up that no where on their website do they inform you that you need to give some items "31 days for shipping." But then again Who would wanna buy anything from them if they were up front about that.

I have bought from Tango since they opened basically. At first I was getting good deals on items, no problem. Recently I have noticed that a lot of their items for sale, you can get MUCH cheaper on eBay, especially their beauty items, for example: The have a 3 set eyebrow razor kit for over $4, on eBay I got he same item ( and same brand) for 0.74! DO YOUR RESEARCH!
I bought a sundress and after I made the purchase I realized the sizes were different than usual. I immediately hit the cancel order button and received an error message. After an email to customer service, I was told sorry. Once you hit submit you can't stop the order. I suggested they remove the cancel order button.
My next order still has not been delivered. No where when you order the item do they tell you it ships from China! Sorry, can't cancel the order because it's all ready been shipped according to customer service. There wasn't even an expected delivery date on the order. I still have not received confirmation that it was shipped.

They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
