I bought some shoes last week, and when I got them, they didn't fit. Tanga would not allow me to return/exchange them for a larger pair even with my offer to pay my own shipping costs. They referred me to their policy on returns which state that they can only accept returns on broken or defective products. Buyer beware!
It's better to buy from Amazon. If the product fails within a few days of use, Amazon refunds no big deal. Tanga, however, in their fine print, only allows for returns up to 30 days from receipt, even for DEFECTIVE ITEMS. So if you're buying a keychain, fine, but anything that has any practical use, you just have to make sure it's really tested in the first 30 days.
I bought a hydration backpack from Tanga. First time I used it, it ripped apart. Bad quality. But rather than allowing me to return this shortly after the 30 day period, they would rather lose me as a customer forever. These items were only two of the 4 items in the total order, and funny thing is that I had about $200 shop cart in Tanga I was going to purchase, but luckily I didn't go through with it.
I'd recommend that you check out something from Amazon instead. Even if it's a little pricier, you'll generally get a better quality product and at the very least, get to return it within a couple months at least.

This was my first time shopping on Tanga and I was excited about my purchase. I was disappointed when a week later some of the money was returned and I was informed that one of the item I had purchased was no longer available. It just seemed like a long time to have payed for something and to be waiting on delivery only to be told that it was no longer available.
I've ordered from Tanga several times and been very happy from easy ordering to shipping to my door. Keep up the great work!
I recently made over a $100 purchase on tanga... one of the items that I order in clothing had 2 pieces... when I received it in the mail there was only 1 piece in the package. (mind you it was a bathing suit and the bottoms werent there) When i contacted them... you can only contact by email or text... their response was the vendor said the package weighed 1.6 pounds so the item had to be in the package. Are you kidding? What kind of response is that! They won't respond at all! SO DISAPPOINTED! For a small business this is not how you treat a customer!
Pictures are just that... pictures. They don't sell what they advertise. It is to hook you and get you to buy. What more... they will not respond to your complain. If you have some change to spend... give it a try and see but don't even think of doing a major purchase on this site. You most likely will bite your finger in regret.

I have purchased everything from shoes to wrinkle cream from these guys and overall have been pretty satisfied. One drawback, you may have to wait weeks for delivery of your items. If you aren't in a particular hurry then there are some great deals to be had.

I love the costume jewel I bought off Tanga. It looks real enough for everyday use. So my daughters and I can save our heirlooms for special occasions. And they were such a good deal too. Each piece was at most $9.
The food containers I bought are just as advertised as well. For $5 each I got meal to go compartmentalized plates that you can take part out of and nuke the rest.

I purchased a fitbit from Tanga on Jan 26th at a very reduced price. I got a bit worried because it was taking so long to arrive. I received two emails, the first letting me know my order was received, the second saying it would be arriving on Feb 18th. It did arrive on the 18th and it is brand new and in working order. Their website does warn you that it may take a little longer than some sites.
I find the application Easy to navigate loaded with quality products with pricing hard to beat.
My. Only issue with the website is the contrast of the lettering is sometimes hard to read because it isn't dark enough.

Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
