I just received my beats by dr. dre monster urbeats in-ear headphones and i don't know if i'm too happy with my purchased. i received a carrying case for my ear phones but it didn't have the beats logo. im worried that the earphones are not original when i payed quiet a bit of money for them.

Hey Vanessa - this is Krista with Tanga. I saw that you wrote into the site and asked about these. I've responded there, but they are authentic :) These Beats are now currently discontinued. Recently Dr. Dre separated from the original partnership of Monster headphones, which is another reason we can get these at such a great price! These Beats are authentic, however are no longer associated with current Dr. Dre models. If you'd like to return, just reply to my email and we can go from there. Thank you so much for being a customer :)

If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.

I placed and ordered for a furhaven faux sheeps orthopedic pet mattress (jumbo espresso) on december 7th. my credit card was charged december 9th but i have yet to receive the product or even an email saying that it has shipped? i am a little surprised it has taken this long. when can i expect to receive this item or should i be looking for a rebate? thank you for a prompt response, debra allen deballen36@gmail.com 413-652-5102

I see that none of these reviews are current. can i trust tanga to send me what i order?

The items they advertise/describe are not what you end up getting. It's a standard Bait-and-switch operation. They luer in customers with a well written advertisement, then take forever shipping, to only get Cheap Chinese products, that they make it impossible to return. Best thing to do is NOT order from them. The Wish app is better and at least you will know what you are getting.

How can i receive a return label for my order, i have emailed and sent texts. no response and time is running out per return policy. unbusinesslike!!

Answer:

I received a return label just days after filing a Better Business Bureau complaint... and I spent weeks trying to get anyone at Tanga to respond. Finally had to contact my credit card company for a resolution. Thank God for buyer protection! Use a credit card for any online purchase so you are protected.

Question:

I ordered the same product on two different times, 5/10 and 5/22, but both show same tracking info for 5/10 order. i never received 5/22.

Answer:

You wont be receiving anything including your money back. They filed bankruptcy... yet are still actively selling on their website. According to them anything purchased before June 1 st will no longer be shipped nor refunded... nice... right.! Shady company!
