Just go to the tanga website and to customer service. Text them your problem and they usually answer you the next day. I have had very good service whenever I have had a problem or question. Very good company to purchase from.
At this time contact with Tanga is done via from your online account with Tanga. It's a bit easier since they will need the order number etc and to establish the return process. Hope this helps.

Customer service was good in responding to me with my product issues but ultimately did not resolve. I bought 3 bedsheet sets and after only 6 months use they pilled horribly. Very poor quality and Tanga would not stand behind the product.
Simple, go to the very top of the home page and click on "Need help" Scroll to returns and be prepared to have someone contact you much sooner than you would expect. They handle returns flawlessly.

I had a problem and I emailed them, told them what my issue was and to my surprise they took care of it. They also gave me the item for free.
You have to send them an email and they will get back to you. Go to their site and read it carefully at the bottom of the page it will say contact us, tap on that and then email them a message it usually takes one day for them to get back to you! They do make good on their products. Atleast they have for me!
Go to tanga.com and you can select customer service on the website. Enter your problem and I'm sure they will make it right with you. They are very prompt.
I contacted them via email. I wanted a paper trail since I was having issues with getting my product.
Go to their website and at the top of the page is Need Help. Click on that and you can send an email to them. I have done this before when I had a question and they are pretty prompt in getting back to me.

Their Customer Service # was on my order paperwork. Good luck, it was weeks before they EMAILED in response to my call...
As you can see by my review, they do not have phone contact. I had to take extreme measures and file a complaint with the BBB. Tanga is HORRIBLE!
I can only echo all of the previous responses. I contacted them on their website, wrote a message about the problem, and BOOM! It was taken care of. No hassles whatsoever.
