I only received 1/2 my order. They stated the weight of the package both were in there. The box wasn't even big enough for all of the order to fit in. This seems to be a normal for them. Totally scam company!
I had ordered a halloween costume in both sizes to make sure I had the ideal size for my body. They charged me for both but when the costume came, there was only one item (which doesnt fit)! I had contacted their customer support and have yet to hear a response! The purchasing slip had both items listed on it but the one was whited out. If they didn't have the size in stock, they should have contacted me and refunded my purchase for the missing item. This courtesy would allow me to find the item elsewhere! Inconsiderate! Never again!

I ordered the same item with qty of 2. I only received 1 and now I have to wait an additional 10 business days to see if they might ship the other one. The packing slip obviously shows 2 items, but package only has 1. After 3 emails to their customer service which take 24 hours to respond to each, wasting 3 days of "so what exactly is your issue?", I give up. I'm just going to have to call my credit card company to dispute the charges from this crooked company. No real number to call for customer service, and they don't respond to email when you reply. They only respond to email from their website and those dumbasses doesn't reply to previous emails. So they will continually ask you "Can you please explain what the issue is." over and over until you give up. They don't even deserve a star.

I read a lot of bad reviews on this company AFTER I had bought a defective product from them. I sent them a blistering letter of complaint. I didn't ask for a refund because, based on the reviews, I thought that would certainly never happen. However... on their own initiative, they responded to my complaint, apologized for the trouble AND sent me a refund. Could have knocked me over with a feather! Maybe they're trying to give better customer service?
Bought used MacBook which was advertised as B grade (which by their descriptions includes scratches and such). Unit that arrived was dropped from some height, both body and lid had large, obvious dents on corners, totally unacceptable. This was gift for college student, did not have time for returns/replacements. They lost good regular customer.

I have a problem with a site that never lets you unsubscribe. I never asked for it. Wanted to delete it but couldn't. I wil never use this site. If you can't contact them your being ripped off.

I am updating a previous review based on Tanga's response. I ordered an iPhone, a case, and a screen protector from Tanga. It appeared that my order went through, however, two days later, I received an email saying the phone was no longer available and they cancelled the order. Yet, they still sent the case and screen protector. This was the second time this happened. Not only was I furious about the cancellation, but also about their return shipping policy (customer pays for return shipping). They sent a case and screen protector I obviously couldn't use since they cancelled the phone order. However, they were fairly quick to respond to my emails and remained friendly (I didn't give them much reason to do so). When I emailed about returning the case, an initial email said they would send a free return shipping label. However, I got a second email saying it had been refunded and I didn't even need to return it. I believe this is a small company and they are trying. However, it looks really bad to advertise great deals, then not have them... especially when an order goes through, the customer is charged and believes there are no issues, then the order is cancelled.
The first time this happened, I ordered a phone on my 14 year old son's behalf, who had saved all of his lawn mowing money to upgrade to a better phone. Tanga had cancelled the order, yet their site said they still had two left. He tried again and the order went through. The phone he received was in "good" used condition on the outside, however, he had to spend an additional $75 replacing the battery. So... even though they refunded my order and tried to make it right, I'm not impressed with the phone my son received. Tanga advertises great deals, but believe the old saying... if it sounds too good to be true... it is. I still will not do business with Tanga in the future.
Tanga is a SCAM. Do not order from them. I ordered a phone, case, and screen protector. They canceled the phone order, saying it was no longer available but shipped the case and screen protector. They want me to pay return shipping for the case and screen protector. This is the second time I've tried to order something and, a few days later, the item is no longer available. You cannot talk to a live person... only email, text, or chat. They provide ZERO customer service. Save your time and $$$.
Once this company gets your money you will never hear from them again nor will you ever receive a return. I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH!

Their site says 100% safe and easy but that is not true. I purchased several watches and three came out defective. On one the big hand is loose and spins around uncontrollably. I wrote to customer service for an exchange or refund whichever they preferred and Garrett, customer service, tells me that it doesn't qualify for defective. I sent a video to show that it moves loosely because I didn't know what else to do to show the problem. I've asked for a return label and have offered to send it back but that gets ignored. A watch that can't keep time is the very definition of defective. They don't read your responses and will not give you a contact to escalate these issues to. I have always had a good experience in the past but this one has left me very UNHAPPY. I am still trying to fight it and will dispute the charge if I continue to get no response. As for the other two defective watches I am waiting for a response on my claim. Jury is still out on those. FYI, The number on their website for customer service is a non-working number. If you call their local number you get a recording to leave your name and number and someone will contact you in 48 hours. I will be leaving reviews wherever I can because the power of the words are not lost on buyers!
They cancelled my order. They don't live up to their end of the bargain. Never again. Don't know what their angle is, but I see other reviewers with the same issue: arbitrarily cancelled orders. Don't waste your time, especially if you're counting on your order to be filled.

Was shipped broken items that looked like they had come out of a trash bin. They were blinds and came damaged and wet. The outside box was not wet so these had been exposed to moisture prior to shipping. The smell was awful from mold and both blinds had either damage or did not work correctly. I also ordered moisturizer that proved to be fake. I called the manufacturer to verify when it did not arrive in the manufactures packaging. The codes did not match and the label was incorrect. I will never order from this company again.

What's the problem? Top of the list: misrepresentation and omission of important facts when you order an item like where it's being shipped from (China) and how long it's going to take (over 3 weeks via the slowest shipping on the planet). Prices are nothing to write home about and I found cheaper prices on ebay for a much better quality item. Back to Amazon and Ebay for me.

The first time I strayed from Amazon I got bit really good. Yes with the average purchase 80% go without issue. But I purchased a Parrot Bebop refurbished but I also purchased replacement coverage if it was crashed or even ran over by a car the coverage I purchased would of replaced it. The reason I purchased the parrot bebop was because it has a return to home feature if signal is lost. Well guess what? Lost signal and my investment i put into Tanga just kept pon flying away. Well for the replacement coverage to kick in it had to be 31 days after delivery which is understandable for the supplier should at least be held responsible for their product for at least a month after purchase well they DONT. Tanga did not stand behind their product. Get this, they told me that they had to have product returned to process a refund or replacement. How was I supposed to return their product when it was flawed from the start, the return home feature on the drone obviously didnt work which was why i couldnt return their flawed product they chose not to stand behind. I haven't felt this taken advantage of in decades. It was like talking to a brick wall. I explained it to them like this. Its like having fire insurance and your house catches on fire, so you file a claim but they say they cant do anything for you because your fire insurance policy burned up in the house fire, it was like wtf? The REASON i couldnt return the drone was because the "return home feature" the sole purpose I bought that particular drone, did not work and thats why i didnt have to return to you geniuses. Simple logic becomes freakin rocket science or just to greedy and no integrity of a company in this case,

Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
