We're new to Tanga and are loving the great deals presented. We've used their site to purchase a few offers and have found it easy to use and understand. The interface with Paypal was a little tricky, due to a lag between the sites - but that could well have been my internet connection
I ordered the wrong size boot for my daughter. I had to send it back. It cost me more for the shipping, than the whole thing is worth. I will never buy anything that has a size from them again. No free return shipping or at least a discounted shipping? Disappointed in Wisconsin.
Don't order from this company! They do NOT ship your product and they will NOT response to any of your customer service request. They sent me an email almost two weeks ago stating my product shipped, but when you track it, only a label has been created. I've tried to cancel my order, but they will not respond.
I'm the tanga seller, Tanga didn't make the payment for more than 5 months, and just ignore my instant emails till this month, told me Tanga has experienced financial issues which has made it difficult to pay our vendors. As of June 1, Tanga has filed for bankruptcy protection.
And tanga provide a proposal that pay 105% of invoiced goods on new sales commencing from the date we sign a new agreement until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Totally a cheater, stole all the vendor's money! And want to stole more from us, I think the new agreement is another way to stole our money. Do you have suggestion to take back our payment?
I purchased a Chromebook that was damaged when it arrived. The so called text option is non existent. No one answers. It took several days for them to respond to my email to get a return shipping label. Its been nearly 2 weeks since I sent back the item and I have heard nothing. For a company that touts itself as a little company that treats its customers like family. If my family treated me like they have they would be disowned. An absolute horrible experience with this company. Would never buy from them again
Purchased 3 pair of shorts, all the same size. 2 pair fit just fine, the other would appear to be many sizes too small, as if they were mistagged, making this particular pair defective. I asked for a return label to send the defective item back and was abruptly told "past the 15 day return", however Tanga's policy for defective merchandise is 30 days. I copied and pasted that part of their policy in my response email. After that Tangs refuses to even respond. I filed a claim with my financial institution, and Tanga's response to them was that i changed my mind so they are not returnable, which is not true, as they are actually DEFECTIVE. Hopefully my bank can see through their lies!
OK, so these were a "final sale, no returns" item. Men's Dress Socks packed 8 pairs to a bag. They looked nice in the advertisement and when they arrived. Each pair has an interesting design at the top of the sock. An embroidered design reminiscent of Native American designs. Here's the problem, you cannot put them on., The design is so tight it will not go over your foot and on to your calf. I mean WAY TOO tight. Although designed to look like socks, and sold as socks they aren't socks at all. Tanga's response is "No Returns."
I order from Tanga frequently and have been pleased with every product that I ordered. I have contacted the site once when something came broken and the price was added back to my card without a hassle and in prompt time. Thank you Tanga!
I have been shopping on Tanga for several years. I love the products, and that I get a small discount as a frequent shopper. There have been only rare glitches with getting orders, and any time there was one, customer service promptly fixed the situation. I have told many of my friends about Tanga, and they have become loyal customers as well!
Tanga.com should not charged me taxes for hearing aid batteries but they did. I ask them for refund but they don't respond. Tanga receipt shows no tax but they charged me tax on my credit card. Fraudulent company. Be very careful.
With my last order with Tanga.com, I didn't receive one of the items ordered. I sent them an email to let them know and it was answered very quickly and professionally. They were prompt in stating that they were sorry about the mix up and quickly refunded the money for the item asking me to reorder it if I still wanted it. Again customer for life!
I've ordered a bunch of things from Tanga over the past few years, and have always gotten great service. They have a lot of neat "I didn't know I needed it until I saw it" kinds of things, and the prices are always very reasonable. I like that they are small enough to have a personality to their business, as well. It's almost like the Internet equivalent of "shopping local"
I have purchased everything from shoes to wrinkle cream from these guys and overall have been pretty satisfied. One drawback, you may have to wait weeks for delivery of your items. If you aren't in a particular hurry then there are some great deals to be had.
Purchased some Guess dress shoes from Tanga. Paid for the item and waited for them to ship it. However, I received a phone call about a week later letting me know that the size I wanted was no longer available. They offered me a either a smaller or larger size. I wasn't taking any more risks with this website after that incident. They provided me a full refund though.
Bought a refurbished laptop from Tanga. Arrived with a non-functional battery. It wouldn't charge. Asked for a replacement battery. In the meantime, using it plugged in, I downloaded, installed and configured all of my essential apps. Tanga support wrote back in a timely fashion, but could supply a replacement battery, but did offer to send a return authorization and credit my card. That wouldn't work since I had already invested significant time configuring the computer. So, decided to eat the cost of a battery($22) and proceed. Next disappointment is the Windows 10 advertised with the laptop is not activated and no activation code was supplied. Haven't checked to see what it will cost to activate Windows 10, but it's an added expense no matter what it is. Tanga emails into the Spam folder from now on.
I have bought about 6 or 7 different items from this site. It is all JUNK. Poor quality, junk. I'm wearing a family ring I bought, for example, and it's turning my finger green... I could go on and on about the differents products. Do not recommend. One thing I bought was completely defective... had to send back. I still await my refund..
I ordered a bunch of these Olay Total Effects 7in1 Anti-Aging Moisturizer packs from them.

On their website, it reads "Expiration date: 5/30/2016 or better" (I have taken pictures and saved a copy of the site). However, I just opened 2 of them now, they both had expiration date of 4/16/2016. It is an unacceptable scam!
I order a toy for my sons birthday, and wait 10 days for it to ship. On the tenth day, suddenly order is cancelled. Don't even have the courtesy to email me to tell me, and no sign of a refund.
Thanks for ruining my plans for my kid's birthday present. You suck. Now I'm scrambling at last minute.
I messed up and bought 2 items that were in the end not what I wanted. My fault. I contacted Tanga and presented my problem. Next thing here comes a partial refund with full refund waiting until I return the items. Also they sent me the return label to ease my way. I try to never buy what I'll have to return but it happens and Tanga handles it professionally. I appreciate that very much.
I love the deals Tanga offers. I tend to buy things I am not in the market for because the price is so good I cant pass it buy. The quality is great and returns are easy. The only issue is that the shipping can take a while sometimes but I do understand because products are being shipped from all over the world. I love Tanga and will be shopping there for years to come.
Answer: Hi Sue :) You can contact us here: https://www.tanga.com/support. We'd be happy to help!
Answer: Hey Vanessa - this is Krista with Tanga. I saw that you wrote into the site and asked about these. I've responded there, but they are authentic :) These Beats are now currently discontinued. Recently Dr. Dre separated from the original partnership of Monster headphones, which is another reason we can get these at such a great price! These Beats are authentic, however are no longer associated with current Dr. Dre models. If you'd like to return, just reply to my email and we can go from there. Thank you so much for being a customer :)
Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
The company's reputation is marked by a stark divide in customer experiences. While some customers appreciate the competitive pricing and product variety, many express frustration with the quality of items received and significant issues with customer service. Common concerns include unresponsive support, inadequate return policies, and delivery delays, leading to a lack of trust in the company's reliability. Positive feedback is overshadowed by a growing sentiment of dissatisfaction, particularly regarding the handling of issues post-purchase. Overall, the company appears to struggle with maintaining customer satisfaction and effective communication.
