I ordered my stuff 3 weeks ago. Still have not received ANYTHING. Support won't help, and I won't get a refund. This site is a scam.

Ordered product in mid-May, never received it, I checked on it, was notified I would not get my product nor a refund.! Yet, they are still taking orders while in bankruptcy. Terrible, slimy business practice! Stay away from these thieves!

Orders from them in April, tried to get a refund in May a month later and the back and forth went on for a month, taking 3 days at a time. Never received refund for order of 3 items after a month of stalling and lies. The got bankruptcy notice June 1st. How convenient for them. Amazingly their website and sister websites it still up. You will never get your products so don't order from them.

Ok, they are a small business. I get that. I also understand that Amazon spoils me with 2-day free shipping. But almost a month after ordering, my item status still reads that they are boxing it up to ship. Really? Really? I wont do business here again.

They knowingly took my money for an order with no intention of ever fulfilling it. I now receive a notice that they are claiming bankruptcy and I can not get a refund. How can they get away with this?

I ordered short's a month ago. I never received the product and customer service was not responsive. They finally got back to me and said they filed bankruptcy. They attached a very confusing legal form/process to get a refund. They shouldn't be accepting new orders when they are bankrupt and not fulfilling the orders.

Good product selection and price.
However, the items I have received malfunction. Another purchase was not the correct item and cannot be used.

I have found many great deals on Tanga, including freebies. Website set up is attractive and can be easily navigated. I visit the website often.

I frequent a lot of icommerce sites, and I have come to trust Tanga a lot. Good products, prompt shipping, attentive customer service.

I like computers (mac, pc, chrome) and other technical stuff. I get notices at least once or twice a day and I have to check them out to see what I might be missing. I have ordered at least a half dozen times and have yet to be disappointed.

Have not yet had a negative experience with this site and have ordered at least 10 items from them. If I could change one thing, it would just be to received less frequent emails. One a day would be fine.

I like shopping at Tanga because of the deals, free magazine subscription and unique products, but sometimes the products do not meet my expectations.

If you love your item, perfect! If you don't, no problems returning it, perfect! Tanga items are so great! Even mine and my husband's wedding rings are from Tanga! I have been shopping here for years. It is truly a wonderful site, full of great customer oriented people.

I got what I ordered but the shoes did not fit. I contacted customer service via a detailed email and a refund was issued and return instructions received in less than 24 hrs. I will do business with this small company again.

The website said "iPad Air 2" and they sent me an "iPad 2"... Sent 2 emails and no one responded... You think a small company would be a good ideia but no...

My 1st experience and i didnt get what i ordered they sent me something totaly opposite from what i ordered im pissed but my fault i will listen to reviews for thd future if this is tooken care of i will come back but from the reviews i might be stuck with what i have i hate going through the hassel of returns... it did arrive quick and the bracelet i recieved is actually nice and sparkling but its not the one i order...

They do have some great deals, but your orders are slow to arrive! Hell, the Pony Express had them beat hands down, and yes some things are 'cheap crap". The Globe Decanter is beautiful, but it took six weeks to arrive, I ordered it for a Xmas gift, it arrived two days before Xmas, Sheesh, that was close!

I wanted to do business with a small company. But, that was a mistake. When I had a problem tracking half of my order I contacted customer service. My inquiry was ignored for 1 week. Then when they did finally reply the representative actually told me they had "been swamped" lately. As if that is an excuse for poor service. I won't be back.

Tanga is my favorite online department store. They have all you need for you or your family. I start shopping here first. Any issues i had were promptly solved.
