Ordered product in mid-May, never received it, I checked on it, was notified I would not get my product nor a refund.! Yet, they are still taking orders while in bankruptcy. Terrible, slimy business practice! Stay away from these thieves!
Orders from them in April, tried to get a refund in May a month later and the back and forth went on for a month, taking 3 days at a time. Never received refund for order of 3 items after a month of stalling and lies. The got bankruptcy notice June 1st. How convenient for them. Amazingly their website and sister websites it still up. You will never get your products so don't order from them.
Ok, they are a small business. I get that. I also understand that Amazon spoils me with 2-day free shipping. But almost a month after ordering, my item status still reads that they are boxing it up to ship. Really? Really? I wont do business here again.

This company sent two computers to me and I bought 1 which was broke and the second had a bad license so it is no good.The do not have a phone to call and they only have a text number in which they do not respond to.The email is a joke also! They stole my money point blank! They took money out of my bank account! I bought my computer through pay pal and figured I would be safe. NOT! They somehow charge and extra purchase directly to my bank! Im out of $1000 and will be filing BBB complaint tomorrow and with my bank. I will be filing court papers on these people! I also have an open dispute through pay pal. So far the company has not responded.Do NOT buy from this company. You have been warned!
I ordered short's a month ago. I never received the product and customer service was not responsive. They finally got back to me and said they filed bankruptcy. They attached a very confusing legal form/process to get a refund. They shouldn't be accepting new orders when they are bankrupt and not fulfilling the orders.

They do have some great deals, but your orders are slow to arrive! Hell, the Pony Express had them beat hands down, and yes some things are 'cheap crap". The Globe Decanter is beautiful, but it took six weeks to arrive, I ordered it for a Xmas gift, it arrived two days before Xmas, Sheesh, that was close!
I wanted to do business with a small company. But, that was a mistake. When I had a problem tracking half of my order I contacted customer service. My inquiry was ignored for 1 week. Then when they did finally reply the representative actually told me they had "been swamped" lately. As if that is an excuse for poor service. I won't be back.

Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
