Pricey Return

The color of the tablecloth I ordered doesn't go well with my thing, so I need to return. I have also re-order the correct color. However the returns cost more than the actual price of the tablecloth that I'm returning. I didn't realize when I made my purchase but they're shipping is pricey! So now I pay for the shipping and now I have to pay 15.99 to ship it back?! This is insane. And the fabric is not quality. It's a cheap thin cream colored tablecloth, with no weight to it. I won't order from them again.

I sell handmade hairbows at www macaronijewelry.com and other places. I found tableclothsfactory.com when I was searching for ribbon. They have a variety of event planning, crafting, and home decorating supplies. My order arrived well packaged and on time. The prices - even without sales or discounts, of which there are plenty - are affordable compared to the industry. They will be my new ribbon supplier and have given me expansion ideas. Th I s was the first of what I expect to be many orders.

I love my covers!

These chair covers fit nicely. My chairs where a little larger than the ones shown but these spandex covers stretch to fit. I didn't have an event, I bought 4 for my kitchen table and I was very satisfied.

Damaged Placemats No Help
September 19, 2023

Our placemats came in as thin as tissue paper it was shocking I have never seen anything like that not even at walmart. They were creased down the center and on the end rendering them totally unusable. I contacted the company on all their forms they do not offer a phone number unfortunately I sent the pictures they asked for and have not heard back from them.

Don't order nothing unless your absolutely sure your keeping it. I ended up paying for something and shipping and wasn't what as pictured or described I expected it to be bigger size. If you want to return something you have to pay shipping to send back. I ended up paying a dollar more then I spent in first place and now at the end I end up with nothing and still negative. I paid extra 21.00 for something I don't have. Even with full refund. Ridiculous. So don't order anything unless your sure. Unfair business! Oh and I ordered a cake stand same time and that just arrived and has a dent in it. Afraid to return. Now I'm stuck with a dented cake stand. Smh

Horrible customer service!

I am a very understanding and patient mother of 9 and do a lot of online shopping but have never in all my years been so highly disappointed with online shopping and customer care! After almost 3 weeks of placing my order (which indicated it would ship in 5-7 business days) I have to reach out and find that my order had been placed on hold indefinitely, with no email notification of any kind. This order was for my daughters wedding and unless I provided a copy of my BANK STATEMENT will not be processed and shipped out. When you call, you get a foreign gal, whom you can't understand clearly to "HELP" and they really don't care about your issues or offer any kind of service. I canceled my order and chose a new much more professional company to support!

Cheap Products and Bad Customer Service
August 24, 2021

Worst customer service and worst products ever. I ordered 22 packs of cups (wine glasses and tumblers) for our wedding, the first three packs I opened were different degrees of cracked/broken - and overall cheap quality. I reached out to customer service three times - with being given the runaround, and charged shipping until I go through each pack to see 'how broken" the cups are. Needless to say, take your money elsewhere, and you will be much more satisfied.

Hours on the chat and the phone have led to me shipping the items back on my own dime, as this seems like a company that tries to refuse refunds until you give up trying.

Good luck - but I would go to the Dollar Tree before here.

In reading the other reviews, I feel fortunate that I did not lose as much money as some. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering and learned a valuable lesson. Do not order from this company! The customer service is terrible. I received damaged table overlays. I sent them clear pictures of the problems and they denied seeing anything wrong. I was offered a $. 30 refund and I told them to keep it. I vowed to tell as many people as possible not to use this company.

Just shy of excellent...

Overall the service was excellent. Speedy turnaround from ordering to delivery. Product was in good condition the coloration was just different than I expected and did not fit our decor.
Response time and communication have been excellent in the returns process. I would consider using this company again.

This company deserves to be remove from the market. I've been taking with them by chat, because they DO NOT have phone line(witch to me is unbelievable) but long history short. I order a backdrop stand from them and my oder came missing some items, this company never mail the missing items or retuned my money, as of today 1 month later I'll be looking for a lawyer to deal directly with them. I am VERY disappointed at their professionalism and this is the first time that happened to me with a online business. Definitely would not recommend people buying from them ever.

I ordered over $100 in glitter an have only received half of my order. When I placed my order, there was multiple colors of glitter out of stock, which is totally fine. I ordered 13 different colors, ALL were in stock. I received an email the next day saying 7 of the 13 colors were no longer in the warehouse... ‍ I am still waiting in my items. They have given me, not one, but two estimated arrival dates to their warehouse and both of those days have come and past. I'm still waiting. I reached out via email and all they have to say is "sorry for the inconvenience". Not happy. Not happy at all.

TERRIBLE

I can't even believe this, I ordered wooden slabs from them and the description said 8-10" when I first bought them. I wrote a review complaining about how the items were not even 8" and they took my review down and changed the product name. AND they won't even give me a full refund claiming I failed to include two of the wooden slabs when I absolutely put them all back in the box since they were the wrong size. Terrible customer service, deceptive product description, would never buy from this company again. Shame on them.

Poor service

Great product but shipping and fulfillment is horrible. Paid for rush shipping and product didn't show up when promised. Very disappointed in this company. They also have no phone numbers to call and talk to a person to try and solve problems.

Scam

I did my order online and a month has pasted and still do not have my order and can not get a hold of anyone at the site. My family is in law enforcement and are interested in this. They say if you do not receive your items, contact law enforcement or UPS or FED X. If they had sent it with a tracking number, could of contacted UPS or FED x. They tell you to tract it which is impossible without a tracking number. They are a scam. The bank is involved now since my money was taken and the bank could not get a hold of them either. Would of rated worse if possible

Do not buy from them

I placed an order from them for a wedding on 09/06, I received a email two days later that none of the items were available, and to choose other items. I tried to call not even possible only available through chat. I ordered new items through chat with representative I paid for signature delivery confirmation. Well let me just say I only received three items out of 270 items and the items we did receive weren't even correct. The other items ups released onto the sidewalk and yaya favors (tablecloths factory) did nothing to make up for the delivery mistake, and we were without items and out of $594.00 plus $700 more dollars to order from another company with rush delivery. You can only talk to an computer and the customer service is absolutely horrible

I ordered candle operas for my daughters sweet 16. I paid for two day shipping as I needed them ASAP. When they arrived 4 were broken out of the 18. I needed 17 as I was using them for the lighting of her candles. When I called the company I asked that they replace the 4 that were broken but I needed them to ship overnight. They refused to pay for the shipping and all they could do was ship them regular ground and I would receive them 3 days after my daughters party. I explained to them the situations and that when they shipped them they nowhere specified on the box that it was fragile merchandise in the box. I was desperate as my daughters party was in two days and I paid for the shipping only that when the replacements came 2 were broken again. The worst company to deal with you can only reach someone online who takes 15 min to respond to each question. NEVER AGAIN will I order anything from them.

Great Buy

Exactly what I was looking for! I blown up one to see what color it was going to be and its a pretty color and still up after 5 days. My son even bounces on it, and it haven't popped yet. And he's 2 and chunky.
