I contacted customer service because of a shipping issue (your end, not mine) and never got a response. It was a critical delivery for my wedding venue business that missed our deadline and I STILL HAVE NOT received a return call or email from customer service. They then had the audacity to send me an email asking for a review. If I clicked on the Excellent or Good rating, it would bring me to this site. If I clicked anything less than it took me to their same internal customer service site that already failed me. I believe that to be a deceptive practice - allowing only positive reviews to be sent to this review site. So potential buyers beware.
Ordered chair sashes for a small up coy wedding of 50 guest the sashes were too small for the chair there in Zero stretch to them. The return process is what horrible part I sent several emails and a couple of chats before receiving my gift card I still never got the email the chat customer service person finally sent it through chat soooooo frustrating!
Perfect for a bridal shower. The plastic plates were so pretty. We also purchased the gold cutlery along with matching napkins and cups. Everyone loved them! And the best part, i was able to use again the following weekend for my daughter's 30th birthday tea party. Saved me tons of money! Yay! Also want to mention the packing. I have not seen anything packed this well in along time. Nothing damaged. And a note inside with a follow up number if anything was wrong, broken or not as expected and a promise to make it right. Thats customer service!
Ordered these dishes for a bridal shower with a spring floral theme. So many compliments! I was asked numerous times, where the table setting came from. I expect that many of my guests will be ordering from here for upcoming events as well. Everything came beautifully packed with great care. You can tell this company takes their customer service seriously as i was reminded through an email as well as a note in my delivery that if anything did not meet my expectations, that they would rectify it immediately. It's been YEARS since I've come across that kind of care in a company.
Wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered. Their stated "free return" policy is a joke. Return and pay exorbitant shipping costs, or get one percent of your total sale for store credit. Never again. I'll sell them on Marketplace for more than I'd get for their "free" returns. DON'T BUY HERE.

Am 3 months pregnant & have never been so stressed out by a company before. They say 1 thing but they do not follow through or keep their word. They are also crooks. Long story short, I spoke to a representative named Diana who after I explained the situation of my return told me via chat "I spoke to my refund department who decided to refund you the whole amount you paid to your PayPal account". The next day I get an email from that same rep telling me that they can't & would be crediting my account with them instead & only refunding me $7 on PayPal acc of which I paid with.
What's funny is that I paid $33.46 with my PayPal yet they want to only refund me $7.
Please avoid this stress & aggravation & shop elsewhere for your event needs

I purchased 150 napkins and over 50 had oil stains. Some of the oil stains took up 1/4 of the napkin. You could clearly tell they were used. Some had seams that were pressed horizontal and some had were pressed diagonal.for a decorative fold. There is absolutely no way that somebody mistakenly sent these out. They looked terrible. I had even paid for expedited shipping only to get used oil stained napkins. Stay far away from this company. Would give zero stars if that was an option.
Our placemats came in as thin as tissue paper it was shocking I have never seen anything like that not even at walmart. They were creased down the center and on the end rendering them totally unusable. I contacted the company on all their forms they do not offer a phone number unfortunately I sent the pictures they asked for and have not heard back from them.

Don't order nothing unless your absolutely sure your keeping it. I ended up paying for something and shipping and wasn't what as pictured or described I expected it to be bigger size. If you want to return something you have to pay shipping to send back. I ended up paying a dollar more then I spent in first place and now at the end I end up with nothing and still negative. I paid extra 21.00 for something I don't have. Even with full refund. Ridiculous. So don't order anything unless your sure. Unfair business! Oh and I ordered a cake stand same time and that just arrived and has a dent in it. Afraid to return. Now I'm stuck with a dented cake stand. Smh
These flowers were perfect for my event. They were the size that I needed. I sprayed them with gold paint.

You better hope that you like what you order because shipping costs are deducted from the refund. In my case, I just kept some of the order because it wasn't worth sending back. I did return a rather large order and have waited for 2 weeks to receive a store credit. I ended up ordering something I didn't really need so I could use my store credit.
Placed an order for my company that was guaranteed delivery by May 4th... beautiful... came in 2 dsys... but was only half my order? I called for 3 days trying to get other half of order... wanted $125 to fly it 2 day air? What? Other half still has NOT arrived... my company event had to be replanned and I look like a goober! I am a very understanding and patient mother of 9 and do a lot of online shopping but have never in all my years been so highly disappointed with online shopping and customer care! After almost 3 weeks of placing my order (which indicated it would ship in 5-7 business days) I have to reach out and find that my order had been placed on hold indefinitely, with no email notification of any kind. This order was for my daughters wedding and unless I provided a copy of my BANK STATEMENT will not be processed and shipped out. When you call, you get a foreign gal, whom you can't understand clearly to "HELP" and they really don't care about your issues or offer any kind of service. I canceled my order and chose a new much more professional company to support!
