The items I ordered were delivered in a timely manner and was exactly what I wanted. I'm very pleased with this company.
I placed an order from them for a wedding on 09/06, I received a email two days later that none of the items were available, and to choose other items. I tried to call not even possible only available through chat. I ordered new items through chat with representative I paid for signature delivery confirmation. Well let me just say I only received three items out of 270 items and the items we did receive weren't even correct. The other items ups released onto the sidewalk and yaya favors (tablecloths factory) did nothing to make up for the delivery mistake, and we were without items and out of $594.00 plus $700 more dollars to order from another company with rush delivery. You can only talk to an computer and the customer service is absolutely horrible

I can't even believe this, I ordered wooden slabs from them and the description said 8-10" when I first bought them. I wrote a review complaining about how the items were not even 8" and they took my review down and changed the product name. AND they won't even give me a full refund claiming I failed to include two of the wooden slabs when I absolutely put them all back in the box since they were the wrong size. Terrible customer service, deceptive product description, would never buy from this company again. Shame on them.

I was able to purchase satin table coverings for less than disposable products from well-known retailers! Pleased with the quality of the products also! Great partner to make event planning easier!

I ordered candle operas for my daughters sweet 16. I paid for two day shipping as I needed them ASAP. When they arrived 4 were broken out of the 18. I needed 17 as I was using them for the lighting of her candles. When I called the company I asked that they replace the 4 that were broken but I needed them to ship overnight. They refused to pay for the shipping and all they could do was ship them regular ground and I would receive them 3 days after my daughters party. I explained to them the situations and that when they shipped them they nowhere specified on the box that it was fragile merchandise in the box. I was desperate as my daughters party was in two days and I paid for the shipping only that when the replacements came 2 were broken again. The worst company to deal with you can only reach someone online who takes 15 min to respond to each question. NEVER AGAIN will I order anything from them.
I ordered tulle from this company months ago. I received an email stating items are on backorder. The email stated I could wait or receive a refund. I asked for a refund. Since then they keep sending me the same email. I have emailed them back 4 times for a refund. They responded with the same email all 4 times. No phone number for this company. Email only. I'm not sure how to handle this. Its too late to dispute this with my bank. $48 in tulle and no tulle
Omg where do I start. So I ordered a 7 tier square cupcake stand. It arrived in good timing BUT it was chipped on the bottom tier and had only 2 screws. I used the message app because apparently there is no phone number. After talking with a rep he asked me to put together the stand after I had just told him I had only 2 screws. Not rocket science here guys. After arguing with him for about 20 mins he finally said ok we will send you the replacement screws and give you 10% off the damaged bottom tier. I proceeded to tell him I did not order "damaged" products. He proceeded to tell me I understand but the best I can do is 10% off which equals up to $13. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he came back and said ok I can send you a new bottom tier and a $13 gift card. 7-10 days shipping he says... a month later I finally received my parts. Not to mention I didn't even get to use the cupcake stand because my event was in that month I sat waiting on the parts. I will NEVER order from them again.
FRAUDULENT COMPANY! DO NOT BUY! - A very long story short, this company is a complete fraud. I ordered a large set of chandeliers from them and spent MONTHS going back and forth over whether or not they were available, discontinued or shipped. All the while, my card was charged for the purchase. I made an attempt to exchange and items were also 'back ordered' after purchase. I never recieved any communication regarding items not being shipped, out of stock or disconitnued. I was forced to reach out to them via chat as you cannot speak to them over the phone numerous times. It is four months later and I still do not have a refund from them! Every step of the way they have made promises they could not keep. I keep records of all chats with them and am forced to use theme very time I communicate with them because they deny everything. This has gone on for so long that the card I used to purchase expired and I switched accounts. They were supposed to mail a check, but now are saying that they refunded the money to the closed account which my bank has no record of. They will not issue the refund now unless I provide bank statements of the closed account which is impossible because it's closed. This has been four months of nothing but lies. I have spent HOURS chatting with them over the past four months trying to straighten out orders and refunds. It has been a total nightmare. Save yourself the headache! My review is common if you do the research, which I did not before purchase. This company also goes by efavormart and Yaya!
After reading all the negative reviews I was not sure about ordering from this company but I give it a try. I received everything sooner than expected, this is a great company with great prices. Also the customer service personal are very responsive and professional. I truly recommend this company for your event.
This company deserves to be remove from the market. I've been taking with them by chat, because they DO NOT have phone line(witch to me is unbelievable) but long history short. I order a backdrop stand from them and my oder came missing some items, this company never mail the missing items or retuned my money, as of today 1 month later I'll be looking for a lawyer to deal directly with them. I am VERY disappointed at their professionalism and this is the first time that happened to me with a online business. Definitely would not recommend people buying from them ever.
Our UPS driver as soon as he saw COD guessed it was this company (tablecloths factory is not the actual company), as there are few companies that COD and told me they are notorious for customer complaints. They split ship or order several times and we are expected to pay ~$40 COD each delivery (we are in Canada), because they ship basic ground UPS which is a separate $25+tx UPS processing fee. After the first time, I requested upgrade to international air, they refused and I said I would even pay the upgrade, and they still refused and after 6 different attempts they still could not understand my sentences as to why.
Ends up costing much more than Amazon (warehouse / reputable Amazon seller).

I have never given a retail vendor a negative review but this one I couldn't let pass! We ordered almost $300 worth of merchandise from this company. Was assured that we would receive the items by the 12th of April 2018 as we had an event on the 15th which was that Sunday. They sent out partial shipments and then didn't send the rest and had the nerve to say that they sent me an email saying that the items were on backorder and they lied. The problem was that their employees carelessly did not track correctly what they had sent and thought that the order had been filled. I didn't receive my last shipment which was supposed to arrive today and when I contacted them they had no Ideal what items were missing. Then to add insult to injury Josh had the nerve to tell me that if I paid a $100 I could have it by Saturday. NO! He said that it would cost $288 to ship it so that I could get it by Saturday. Again NO! They had the nerve to want me to pay for their mistake and shipments don't cost that much it does cost the $100 that he wanted me to pay. Then he had the nerve to say that they could ship it to me on Monday, what for the event will be over? I told them that if they sent it to me then I will reject it! They are ruining our reputation because of their carelessness! THEY WERE QUICK TO TAKE OUR MONEY BUT NOT QUICK TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE!
Wish I had researched more before placing order. Further research revealed "F" rating by Better Business Bureau. I witnessed every reason why firsthand. I placed order on February 14th. I paid extra for "expedited" shipping so I would receive order by Feb 22nd. This would allow plenty of time before my event on Feb. 25th. They did not send out order until Feb 19th and sent it "ground" despite the fact I paid "expedited" rates. As soon as I received and checked tracking information from UPS, it stated an estimated arrival date of Feb 26th, which would be AFTER my event. I contacted them on Feb 21st, 22nd and 23rd letting them know it would not arrive in time. There was still time for them to send out another express order, but they refused to do anything at all. They kept insisting it would arrive by friday, Feb 23rd, despite the information being provided by UPS to the contrary. They said it was on its way and out of their hands. Order did not arrive until Feb 26th, after my event, as estimated by UPS from the very beginning. So I ended up having to rush and pay escalated prices to rent and buy the necessary linens for my event. Their customer service representatives were callus, unresponsive and completely unsympathetic or helpful. It was obvious this situation occurs on a regular basis and the company policy is to deflect and deny any responsibility.

Ordering way ahead of time is key, because they have a lot of customers that order on a regular basis and some items can end up getting back ordered, due to popularity.
