I would not recommend Swyft Filings to anyone. What started as what I believed was a $299 all-inclusive nonprofit filing package quickly turned into an outrageous $1,100+ charge — and then they wanted even more. Their pricing is deceptive, their packages are intentionally unclear, and their promises of a quick turnaround are completely misleading. Many of the forms they charged me for were publicly available for free, and had I known how much they would nickel and dime me, I would've done the filings myself or gone through a reputable nonprofit attorney. Customer service? A nightmare. Long hold times, dismissive responses, and no accountability for the surprise charges. This is a classic bait-and-switch operation masked as a helpful filing service. Stay far, far away. Save your money — and your peace of mind.

Be your own registered agent! All they did was keep my documents. I paid them $1,000 one year to do nothing. I encourage you to use them to set up your LLC but don't keep them as your registered agent or to 'manage your LLC, they dont manage $#*!. I signed up at I believe $25/year in 2020. In 2021, they took 4 payments of $249 = $996. I have no notification in my email or on their site of this increase. I asked them in 2023 to remove themselves as my registered agent and they told me it was "impossible" and only I can remove them. I struggled to get in touch with the state so I failed the follow-up for about another year. In 2024, the same exact conversation took place. "impossible" for them to remove me, I have to do it. Finally, I got in touch with the state. They said Swift filings is lying to me. They had to fill out a specific form, it's actually impossible for me to remove them. She said they knew this, and it's illegal for them to tell me otherwise. I called Swift filings back and told them what the state had told me and quoted the form they were supposed to fill out. They said oops, they would go ahead and file that form and refund me the last two payments. Now, in 2025. They have me locked out of my account and are still receiving my documents as registered agent. They have put a charge on my account for the last two payments they refunded. She told me the only reason they refunded was to settle a dispute between me and one of their employees. Told me they won't unlock the account until I make this payment. Told them when I contacted the state, they told me she was blatantly lying to me and that it's illegal and I will file a complaint with the state if they don't remove the charge immediately. The state also told me, there's a $5 fee to file the form to remove themselves as registered agent and they are responsible to pay it. Now, they have applied that $5 to my account as well.

I created an account on Swyft filings website did a basic package which doesn't cost anything it's free. When you are ready to register your taxes, they do it all for you at which point the state cost would either come out of your tax or you'd owe Swyft filings that money for their work.

Here's the kicker they don't work they don't do anything. I ended up not using that LLC I never filed any money under that LLC I never paid Swyft filings anything. Year and a half later they claim I owe them $800 funny part is according to the state I live in the business LLC doesn't even exist so they didn't do a $#*!ing thing and trying to steal money.

Swift filings makes it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. Their FAQ's clearly says you can "easily" cancel by email.
You cannot!
They will reply to you email stating that they will call.
You can also try to cancel by live chat, you cannot!
They will spend quite some time getting you to verify information and asking nonsensical questions, and then tell you someone will call you…

I've been dealing with swift filing now going on about 8 days. No fault of my own I have been held up they've gotten all the information that they needed when they say you're going to do something they don't except for when they say they're going to collect the money they do that in a hastily manner. They do not do their due diligence if you expect to get what you pay for that's a crap shoot. I'm being held up because I cannot fill out the ein application that is in my account I instantly started having problems with my account there is over 15 emails to Swift filing that I have emailed them multiple times a day every single day. They do not read your emails. You can tell by how they respond. They will not help you with your problem they're not helping me access my account what they're stating is you're holding us up because you haven't filled out the application that's all they say I cannot fill out the application of gaining asset without getting access to my account. If you want to be irritated and just want to throw something then this company's perfect for you perfect then but if you want a company that actually does what they say they're going to do in the service does her do diligence doesn't hold anything up just cuz they don't want to work do not use Swift filing they will take your money but they will not do these service!

They don't disclose anything about extra services that cost $300. I complained about the charge I never agreed to, a service no one even uses. Total scam place. I should have read reviews first.

I paid Swyft $150 to file a DBA application for my LLC. I was told to expect my application to be completed by a date-certain, 7 days after submission. That date came and went. I contacted Swyft and was told the process could take 3 weeks or more, depending on the state. This was news to me since such a timeframe had never been mentioned before. Had I known it would take so long, I would never have paid them to do the application. I was misled by the company and asked for a refund. They are not interested.

They don't tell you the price until the end, they said we do all the work but then you have to go to the county and notary to fill it anyway. So all they do is send you the form and then send it to the government. Also stick you with a compliance guard of $150 that they snick in in small somewhere that now one sees.

Please consider the reviews before deciding to work with Swyft Filings. This was disappointing and extremely costly. Be sure to check and review your account. Otherwise, you will be charged for services you did not authorize. This is certainly not the way to start a new business venture.

Worse experience of my life. A lot of hidden fees they don't tell you about. They will charge your credit card with out authorization for things you are not aware of. They lie every time they open there. They barely speak English. Stay away from this company. They are about taking your money and they don't care how they do it.

Auto enrolls you in unauthorized post service billing. States it is for "Compliance Guard" to ensure you are in compliance with state rules. The only rule to a company is ensuring you have an agent. I am my own agent as stated when filing. Compliance guard is a hidden, non advertised fee and they post bill you a year after they do a filing. BBB shows 170 complaints, and now thousands here. Next step will be either a class action lawsuit and or contacting the attorney general in the State of Texas where they are from. No, they DO NOT contact you back at all. How can one cancel a hidden service if no one responds to allow them to cancel even if there was a legit service, which there is not. Each state is required to maintain an agent of record for their company. "Compliance Guard" is something made up. There is no such service. Laws have been the same in each state since the beginning of time. I work in legal, and this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of.

Fellow customers who are looking for service providers for LLC registration services, stay away from this company.
They misuse your saved cards to deduct hidden subscription payments which you can only get to know from your bank alert when it's deducted.
Once you speak with their customer care regarding the concern,you get to know in 2 minutes they have baited you and it's too late. They don't refund.

PLEASE BE CARFUL WITH THIS COMPANY
I signed up with them several corporation, purchasing only the corporation with zero additional services, and i made sure that no services been added before i check out, i find out a year later that they charging me for each corporation $149.00 without my approval, and for me to change the registered agent (which i originally assigned with my CPA) and it will cost me a lot of money to change the registered agent to my CAP for each corporation including state fee, pay for your CPA to do it, you may pay a bit more now and save issues later, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BE CARFUL

This company is a complete scam. I am surprised they can even still be in business. Shame on the podcaster who recommended this horrible company. Swyft Filings double billed my credit card multiple times and said it was a "system glitch" (once they finally admitted they did it-this took several contacts with them to even admit it). After they admitted it, they then refused to refund the mistake they made. I disputed the charges with my bank after getting no where with them. They told me today that I would be "blocked" if I disputed any further charges. They also said with certainty that my bank would do nothing about this. I informed my bank that they made this statement. My bank informed me they have not even gotten back to them regarding the dispute. Apparently this company is secure in their knowledge that they will get away with this fraud. I plan to take legal action if they do not provide a full refund. I don't care if the attorney costs more than the refund.

No help they will just take your money. They say they will help you along the way, yeah right good luck say bye to your cash. Legalzoom or incfile never had a problem

I was charge a subscription fee called the hotline and they said there is nothing they can do. I advise other people to be aware use another company! They don't care about their client!

They charge you 1000 then want more and do not do as promised filibg law suite. They are a big scam and rude do your own filing or use legal zoom
