It is not easy at all. Emails take days to weeks, chat never picks up and call hold times are insane.

The company offers an LLC, S Corp or C Corp for $49.- plus state filing fees. Based on the information given, I decided on a LLC. Everything goes fine, and I paid with a credit card, after which they had some more options. Among these were to convert to a C Corp for $99, and they gave an example of how much. I tried to call them to cancel, but couldn't get through. I also tried their call-back service, which calls you back but then hangs up. Well, I fell for their trick, but now I can't even get the S-Corp conversion as the web pages have "expired".
