This is a dreadful company. They offer no customer service and no timescales as to when items will be delivered. I think may be acting unlawfully. Go elsewhere so you can at least speak to someone if there's a problem and you won't be left high and dry. These sorts of places should not be allowed to trade.
This game is very weird and annoying. It glitches out your device. The crab don't got no booty. I hate this game so much! I answer one question and it turns right off. I've ordered off Bellelily a few times and never had any issues before but the most recent order that I placed at my address, the order said it had all arrived but yet when I received it half was missing. I immediately contacted customer care and within 2 hours i got response from them.). 2 hours later I had been contacted by email to apologise for the delay and that I would have the rest of my items dispatched with next day delivery. The items arrived next day as stated and all my items were there. Yes, there was a little glitch to begin with but I can honestly say it does not put me off using them and I will certainly be buying the delivery pass in future!
