I tried to open LLC company. I payed $399 and after over a month they did not open my company and didn't refund my all money! I want to know why would they take $49 from me when they didn't do help or service but waste my time.
Also they charged my credit card $149 without my permission, yes they did charge me before ask me. They refund that after I called them, but why would charge my card before asking me. The whole process was shady.
I just want to say, People you need to be careful, don't give your card info, you'll be charged extras.
I'm sorry to say That I'm not satisfied, and think It's a scam.
I'm not sure how they have such a high rating online, but they are an "F" on the site that matters. Must be the worst customer service I've ever had. Now, almost a year later of dealing with the same thing, I'm leaving a review.
Check out the Better Business Complaints and that will tell your everything. This organization is totally incompetent and corrupt. I am a medical professional and spouse of government law enforcement who made the mistake of doing business with these people. Do NOT waste your Time nor your Money.
I incorporated my business in Delaware. Their uneducated twenty year olds working for them, give misinformation coat me 600 more. They lie won't fix their errors. They are a bad, bad company. Do not trust them with your business
Ok, with all of the fees included, I would think that Swift Filing would at least have someone that you could contact. I called most of the day, emailed them and they have not returned my call. I encourage anyone to try to call them before ordering. I think it's unprofessional that they encourage you to call, chat, or email them and there is no one available
I contacted them after paying $ 124.00 for a service. Upon hearing my situation, they informed me that I did not require the service that I had paid for and... they asked if I wanted to cancel the service and have my payment refunded. They really could have just let the payment process, but instead THEY suggested that I cancel the order! It was very refreshing to deal with a company that did what was best for the customer. Thank you Swyft Filings! If I need a service like yours down the road, I will definitely use you. Also, I am definitely a REAL Customer, if anyone was wondering.
It did work to get a US adress - Was a lot more costly than advertised. I will probably have to call the credit card company for them to stop taking money. Request to cancel have been unsuccessfull.

I used Swyft to open a business and I told them I no longer needed their services--I thought our transaction was finished. However, they apparently marked themselves as the default representative to the state of Nevada. When I tried to get this changed-- they were vague and told me I would have to login to complete it with the state. The state has their email and password, which Swyft wont assist me with to change them from the default registrar. They also informed me that was being charged a large amount of money to "be my registrar." Apparently I was in default with the state and they never told me. The Swyft representative admitted that they were not really acting as a registrar as they never notified me my account was in default with the state. He said even though I asked that my account be cancelled-- I was technically unable to do so. They would not help me further in this matter and I am very frustrated and it appears they defrauded me for services never provided.
This company is terrible! The "fine print"has cost me well over $1,000 that I was not expecting to incur from using Swyft Filings. When I contacted them about the additional cost I was basically made to feel like an idiot. The only thing I'm ignorant about is thinking this was a reputable business who could help me get an LLC. Biggest mistake I've ever made..
This company is a fraud, they take your money, and email you standard forms and then they push them to the state, at which point if it gets rejected than they tell you that i had screwed up.
But apparently giving them money to file for you does not include that they will do it right and that it can get rejected from the state, and there goes another month. I would never do any business with they jokers.
Swyft Filing used to be great late last year they changed their subscription prices and sent a notification they were raising prices but did not get my permission and charged my card on file. I have tried to get them to refund my money but even with a "100% money back satisfaction guarantee" on their website they have just given me the run around. Very disappointing. I used them a lot but won't anymore.
I formed an LLC for an investment property and used Swyft Filings. They stated I would receive everything within 7 days. After 7 days passed, I tried to call the number listed, email and went on live chat but nobody ever responded, ever!
After more than two weeks later, I had to use another service. This time I called their customer service number to make sure they answered. They also provided a guarantee on their deliverables.
I then had to contact my credit card company since they did charge me the day I ordered the most expensive package.
It has now been over 3 weeks and they never got back to me despite numerous messages.
DO NOT use this company. If for whatever reason you are tempted then at least call the customer service number or go on live chat and you will not get a response.
They do not even get a 1 star.
I filed for a DBA which I had done myself before, for way less, but I needed to get this filed so I used them. The instructions were not clear, there kept being errors (which was my fault) and needed help to respond correctly. Hold times are way too long, chat never responds and when I tried to resubmit asking what was needed, the site wouldn't link me to what was needed. I am disappointed in this service and can't say I would use again. Too much time and money spent to make their service worth it.
I was over charged for their filling services that I thought was included in their package. Please don't go with this company you will regret it. I received no original documentation only fricken electronic digital copies. Stay away from this rip off scam artist company!
Swyft Filings was unable to secure an LLC for me, and charged me a filing fee that I am exempt from. They refused to honor their guarantee, and threaten to send you to a collection agency if you challenge their charges with your credit card company. They do not answer their phones and do not return voice messages.
Bunch of lying scam scum buckets. Was trying to pay for a simple llc it said they were only going to charge me 150 bucks on the check out and took 365 dollars out instead back in March. It is now May 28th and I have still not received anything. I called them and it took a week for them to call me back and the scum bucket lady was nasty and said that the total was 365 at the bottom when I have the screen shot saying it was only 150. Karma is going to you guys! Don't trust these scums of the earth taking advantage of hard working people.
I called and emailed on a Monday about a problem and no response back till Friday, yes Friday. Now I'm getting informed from my state that they have no documentation showing anything has ever been filed and Swyft has never sent any legal documents to me showing anything has been done but they took my money. Be Aware if Swyft
They helped me start an LLC. No problem. If they're your registered agent they charge you each year to send you one email. Not great but... they QUADRUPLED their rate this year to do absolutely nothing. I asked them to dissolve my LLC and they wanted to charge me an additional $149. Basically they are now charging almost $600 to do Absolutely NOTHING! Unscrupulous. They're service is awful. Stay away!
Look at their google reviews. They have a 1-star rating. I've been waiting for over 4 months to receive my corporate docs and have yet to receive anything. It is difficult to receive any support from your company. I had someone call me yesterday after me calling and leaving messages for 6 days. They could not assist me and told me that they had to speak to a supervisor and that they would call me back in 30 minutes. I never received a callback. Your company is unprofessional. I am requesting a full refund.
