They Definitely failed. I should have looked at the recent reviews. I wish there was a no star option. Their Website mislead the filing process, Customer service agents were nice but good luck trying to get through to them. I spent over a week trying to get support, their call back system rings 2 times then hangs up. I had to wait on hold bypassing the call back option just to talk to an agent. But even though I selected option 3 for billing, the agent the picked up didn't work that department, transferred me, and then had to hang. I had wasted over and hour.

Eventually I was able to cancelled and was partially reimbursed. During the 2 week circus of trying to get support on the phone, was able to get my LLC setup with northwestregisteredagent.com for half the cost and in two days.

Be warned, swift will not fully reimburse, they have a cancellation fee which shouldn't apply for their failed website and phone system. Customers shouldn't pay for services not rendered properly.

I recommend using anyone besides them. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I lost $200 on using them. They also automatically sign me up and charge my card for 2 other's service. I was charged around 750 for services that I didn't needed. They did reimbursed all but $200.
