Swappa was super easy to deal with; Seller who was also excellent was thoroughly vetted by Swappa. Would not hesitate again to buy another phone. Great pricing. Plenty of photos to mae buying decision. All around 100% A Plus.

This has been my "go to" place to buy and sell phones and tablets. I've sold a tablet and bought a phone here. Customer service is very prompt and were very helpful in trying to resolve a failed transaction (was PayPal's fault). This is even a good place to gauge a price on certain items. If a sale pops up on SD, I usually go here to see whether or not that sale is worth it.

I have purchased a few devices on Swappa and sold one and every time has been a pleasant experience. People are courteous, Paypal is used to assure a safe transaction, and the staff is there to help and make sure everything runs smoothly. It's simple too.

I was nervous because the seller was non-responsive after the sale for three days! However, the staff at Swappa were very helpful and responded quickly to my concerns. Then the seller came thru and explained that she was on vacation, and sent out my purchase in a timely manner. I will use this site again.

I love browsing and shopping on swappa as it is a haven for tech junkies to buy/sell used electronics. Just beware of whom you're buying from and make sure to ask all questions. I would love to see more search options and a better mobile app..

I was looking through the laptops here and the prices seemed really good so I tried my luck and so far it is serving me quite well, only had some occasional minor scratches on the surface but that's to be expected and I'm not some perfectionist.

Better pricing than eBay without the bid it up thing going on. Great platform to purchase a new phone and then sale your old phone. The only place to conduct that type of business. Thank You swappa for creating a place to do business hassle free.

Looking for a new phone, specially the OnePlus 8 Pro in green was simple. Searching and listings are straight forward and easy to navigate. The purchase was a matter of seconds, the community is helpful making my choice confident and comforting. The items were shipped promptly and safely arrived in great condition.

So happy to have found a site where I can find reasonably priced used/refurbished phones! Never will I pay full price for a phone. The site is easy to use, there is lots of inventory and good pricing. Only one purchase so far. But I am sure I will be back again.

I bought the phone from the seller on a saturday of a long weekend, no response two days in a row, then the seller finally responded (emails were going to their spam folder) and they sent it 1 day priority to make up the time.

Easy site to use. It did seem like it was "to good to be true" but everything was as it was pictured. Have no problem with the cell.
